I’m ever mindful of privacy, keeping shared spaces clean, and the general courtesy and common sense needed to maintain a harmonious and stress free living environment; I’ve been fortunate to have had some awesome shared accommodation arrangements in the past and I’m more than happy to provide contact details for excellent referees to confirm that. Lastly, I understand one of the most stressful aspects of having housemates is the share of financial and communal responsibilities, so I’ll always have my rent transfers automatically scheduled, I’m ever-mindful of my resource consumption (elec/gas etc), and absolutely happy to pull my weight when it comes to helping out with chores/cleaning etc.
