Hi my name is Chris. I'm an easy going, friendly, funny and honest 38 year old guy who's looking to share a house/apartment/unit with someone like minded. I'm very clean and respectful of others and love a bit of banter but my days of going out and partying are done. I would be looking after the property as if I owned it myself. I've got solid rental history and also own a number of houses which I tenant out and air bnb but due to their unavailability I'm requiring a share place of my own. Preferably looking in the following areas but am open to any surrounding suburbs: Unley, Parkside, Fullarton, Glenside, Wayville, Hyde Park, Hawthorn, Burnside, Frewville, Adelaide CBD, Rose Park, Dulwich. Hi, my name is Tamsyn, but most people call me Tam or Tammy. I am 24 years old and have been employed as a pharmacy assistant. However I have recently got a job as a Vet Nurse Assistant in Port Adelaide. I have done my fair share of study. I completed a Bachelor of Criminology at University. I recently completed my Certificate 2 in Animal Care, and am about to start my Certificate 3 in Animal Care at Tafe. Here’s hoping I’ve finally found what I want to do in Vet Nursing. I do love animals! I enjoy playing field hockey and being active. But I also like to chill at home with a glass of wine and watch TV. I would consider myself to be neat, tidy and very respectful. I do enjoy being social with the people I live with. And would hope to build a friendship with my housemates. But I also understand the need for time apart. I have two mini lop rabbits. Smudge (male) and Misty (female) (both desexed). They live in a hutch outside undercover, but also love a run around outside together to stretch their legs. They also love cuddles, and so would need to be allowed to come inside into my room. They have lived with dogs before, and we no issues keeping them seperate. I have all my own bedroom furniture and a little bit of kitchen equipment! I would need somewhere like a shed or carport to store the straw, litter, hose, newspaper and broom to clean the hutch!
