Looking to move into a place at the start of Octover for 6-12 months (hoping for a flexible contract). A BIT ABOUT ME : I'm originally from Europe but have lived in Australia for around 11 years. I work as a high school English teacher; Monday-Friday work routine. When I have free time, I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, the beach, cycling, camping, going out for dinner, cooking, playing card games/board games, stand up comedy and the occasional festival. I'm usually out and about during the day and like to have early-ish nights. POTENTIAL HOUSEMATES: Not looking for a BFF - I am a very independent person - but I would like to to move into a place with friendly people, who are happy to hang out/chat every now and again, so that the house feels more like a home than a hotel. I am a non-smoker and would like to move into a house with non-smokers too. Happy to have pet housemates too if the house comes with one. HOUSE VIBES: I like a home where people are free to have a friend over from time to time for a few drinks or dinner (while respecting the shared space), but I'm also after a place quiet enough where I can relax, sleep and have some down time when needed . A social/friendly house, but not a party house is ideal.
