I'm looking for a private room for a short-term currently, 3 months or longer, a private bathroom is required, furnished is better. I will be a full-time student, and I will work part-time. So I will spend little time at home, and I cook meals if I'm free. I love to spend my free time playing on my PC or doing outdoor activities. My budget is $300-350 (depending on the car space).
