I am looking for a room to rent. I am willing to pay up to 300 a week plus bills. I have been living in Adelaide for over two years now and am working full time 5 days a week (Monday to Friday day shift). I moved here from Ireland and love living in Adelaide. I am very clean and take pride in having a nice home. I would be very respectful towards whoever I am living with as I understand that a home is where we all should have peace and a nice comfortable environment. I am reliable and I have a rental reference from previous home where I have lived for almost two years. I am easy going and friendly and hope to have a nice quiet home. Hi! I'm Catherine, 31 year old female looking for a private room in a share house. I'm looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful where personal space is respected. In saying that, I am friendly, happy to socialise and keen to maintain positive relationships with others in the house. I work full time Monday - Friday and have flexibility to work from home 2 days per week. I do have a friendly small cavoodle (no shedding) who will be sharing time with me and my ex. Most places are not pet friendly so I would appreciate flexibility to have him for short periods throughout the week, e.g. a weekend day (not overnight).
