I'm respectful of others' spaces and having lived in share houses before, I understand cleaning rosters etc. required to make the house homely for all housemates. Because I am also studying, I'm looking for a large room that can comfortably fit a double bed and desk with room to move. Or if the room is smaller, access to a study would be great. An unfurnished space would be my preference. I will be away on weekends each fortnight and will have my partner stay over on the alternate fortnight.
