I'm a 35-year-old female who works as a registered nurse in the operating theatre, I have just completed a 1yr contract in Canberra and have decided to stay permanently. During this contract my accomodation was based in Kingston so this is the area I am highly aiming for. My interests revolve around travelling and outdoor activities like skiing, camping, and hiking, but I do love a good Netflix binge or a casual stroll by the water with a coffee. I also love spending quality time with my friends and family, whether it's hanging out playing the occasional board game or having a glass of wine together. When it comes to my house, I strive for cleanliness and a relaxed atmosphere. Respect for each other's space is important to me, It's all about striking a balance between enjoying social interactions and having moments of solitude. I am aiming for a space that includes my own bathroom. I would ideally like to live in a place that has off street parking for my car which needs a 2.2m clearance height but will happily settle for on street parking if the place was right. I would love the place to have a spare room so all housemates have a room for family and friends to stay but this is not a necessity. A place where I feel comfortable to have friends over on the rare occasion is important. I don't smoke, own any pets, or have kids. I am a big animal lover so more then happy if there is already a resident pet :-)
