I am looking for a place to stay sporadically, perhaps around 8 nights a month, when I need to visit the office (Port Melbourne) or head to the airport first thing in the morning, etc. I typically ride a motorbike, so it would be good to have somewhere secure to park it while I stay, or away for work (usually a week or so, once a month). Ideally, I'm looking for somewhere furnished (have bedroom furniture), clean, and with flatmates who are comfortable with the fact that I will not be there much of the time.
