An Ensuite or toilet I can have priority use of. For example if a house has 2 bedrooms one with ensuite, I can use the other toilet. Air Conditioning ( I have issues with body heat regulation) A fridge freezer to keep frozen and refrigerated meals which I have delivered weekly. A Garage or parking space near a power outlet - I have an electric mobility scooter which needs a location to charge and sit when not in use.
