22 years old german girl searching for a place to stay in beautiful Melbourne for about 3 months (October to December). I am employed during that time and working in Southbank. I've studied Psychology in Germany and now I would like to explore Australia. I am an easy-going, funny, tidy and clean person who likes to travel (obviously), go out or watch Netflix. Got experience with living with flatmates in Germany as well as in Ireland. I am not a great cook but I will try my best to get us filled. Looking forward to your message! Best regards from Germany, Chiara

About me I can tell you that I love to cook a lot and ride my bike everywhere, listen to music and play it, one passion I have is to talk about physics/universe and psicology/spirituality aaaand I work in the hospitality industry, obviously I sound like a very normal person...but I'm not hahaha!! I play the drum but don't worry never too late or too early and I play it good ;) I'm very respectful of housemates spaces and I'm clean, I've got a lot of experience sharing houses around the world. Hi! I'm Ivana and in my 20's. I'm currently working full-time at a project building company in Port Melbourne. I'm originally from Geelong and am finding the commute up to work on a daily basis too difficult so am looking for somewhere close to work. I'm looking for somewhere longterm but let's start with six months to make sure we are a good fit. The suburbs I'm primarily focussed on are Port Melbourne and Albert Park but am willing to stretch outwards a little further. I'm ideally looking at a budget up to $200 for an unfurnished room but am willing to stretch up depending on what's including (i.e. own bathroom/furnished room etc.). I have a car so will require some form of parking. I love theatre, music, movies, animals (all mine will be staying at home but I'll love yours) and exploring. I'm a very, verrrrry clean person (possibly to a fault), responsible and respectful. Would love to find some similar minded people to myself where we can enjoy each others company and be mates but also give each other space when needed. I'm looking for somewhere to move into as soon as possible so if you think we'd be a good fit give me a message!
I am a journo moving to Melbourne from Sydney for work with my partner Arisha (who is a mad cook btw) and hoping to find a place handy for work and exploring a new city. As we're fresh from the horrors of Sydney we'd be really keen for someone to show us around or at least point us in the right direction. We're pretty quiet; love pets (particularly dogs), music and good food. Always keen for a chat or you know silently leaving you well alone.
Hi we are James and Quinny. We have both relocated back to our home town Melbourne and now looking for our own space and home to enjoy. James is a full time employed Outdoor Education, Physical Education Teacher as well as an all round good guy. A wonderful addition to any house bringing with him endless stories and extensive handyman qualities. Loves to run, have good chats and socialising with everyone but also dives in to his work very heavily. Myself, I am a Primary school teacher, currently working part time teaching, part time as a nanny. Love to get outdoors and just generally stoked to be back in Melbourne. We are looking for a house that we can share the space with like minded people and enjoy our days.
Super clean. Fluent English. Punctual with deadlines. Good cook. Rock climbs, runs, and wants to learn to surf. Canadian.
From NZ! Have been living in Melbourne for 4years. I work in the airline industry so I'm in and out a lot and away on average 2-3 nights a week! I appreciate a clean and fresh environment and will always be sure to tidy up after myself! Definitely love some good social interaction but completely understand personal space! Always up for slumber evenings of wine cheese and movies as well as getting out and about! Absolutely love a good morning of brunching! outdoors and going on adventures are also some of my favourite hobbies! Would love to be able to call who I live with a friend not just housemate!! I also have a super cute and sassy pup named Cheska. She is an easy to live with Maltese Shih Tzu who is house trained, does not shed and is super loving! I also have a full apartment of furniture (couch, fridge, washing machine, tv, kitchenware etc) **please not we are not able to commit to anything until late October**
Hi there, I'm looking for a nice share accomodation with a nice housemate (just one) I have my own furniture that will like to take with me, but I could get ride of some stuff if need be. I'm also open to team-up to look for a place together. I work full time in the cbd and studying part time and also trying to get back on my fitness sooo I'm usually pretty busy. I'm very easy going and like to be organised and tidy (not a clean freak - just tidy :)
Hi future houseshare, I run my own space clearing declutter business so I am very respectful of spaces and keeping them tidy. I have travelled with my work all over the world and have stayed in many airbnbs, holiday rentals, hotels as well as private homes. My friends call me the bed whisperer :) I like to use my home base as a chill zone and focus on my business. I will usually go out to see a movie or hang with friends, I don't drink or smoke or party I did all of that in my younger years. I love one to one conversations and not into small talk, in fact I like to keep to myself mostly. Not in an weird way locked in my room, more about meditating and working, so I like to be free of distractions. I love to cook and love watching the odd rubbish tv show occasionally. I have an easy light personality so not into drama or heavy negative energies. Spontaneous dancing may occur. I practice Qigong and Kundalini Yoga and will finish my Lomi Lomi Massage Training at the end of this year in Hawaii. I love to laugh and believe everyone deserves to be respected and listened to. Because my business is about CLARITY, I like to discuss and clarify what is expected in the domestic running of the house, so that there is no room for confusion. It's also important to be aware of boundaries. Really look forward to finding a space that feels like "home" .... and chatting with you soon Thanks Eirena ( aka ell ) PS Some things that are important on my list. -NBN Internet is very necessary for my work -I run my own business, so my hours vary, so when you ask full time and mean the conventional 9 t0 5- that's not me. -I really would like a place with a bath tub - Love love love gardens, so prefer a house to an apartment
Hey. My name is Jesse. I'm a 31 year old male. Def getting old. Own my own electrical business and I'm always workzing hard. Fit and healthy through the week and don't mind sharing meals and having a wine over dinner with house mates. Looking for an awesome place that is clean and tidy and I'm happy to become part of an awesome environment. Hope to hear from you. Cheers guys.
Hi there! Currently in a temporary apartment but looking to move in a new place by Sept 10. I'm a working professional for 8 years in Hong Kong and have just moved to Melbourne for my master study. I'm both outgoing (ie. sporty) and enjoy the peaceful moments at home (ie. a movie). Food and wine lover but not into parties and don't smoke. I'm in building planning industry so would be quite specific for what I'm looking for - in a leafy and airy area but walking distance to cafes and restaurants, spacious (both living room and bedroom) with study desk, neat and tidy, large windows with plenty of sunlight (ie. north-facing room). For now I'm thinking to rent just 3 months. Open to look for female flatmate(s) sharing similar habit / value. Love animals but prefer a dog than a cat if she has one. ;D
Hi there, My name is Elle and I am a female 28 years old ideally looking to teamup with some amazing housemate/s. I am easy going, free spirited, open minded, love the outdoors, time with friends and exercise. I work in childcare and also like to be up before the crack of dawn to go to yoga. So I wont be home too much during the week. I am sociable and have lived in share houses for the last 3 years and understand the need for respect and privacy. I would like my new house and housemates to feel like I am at home and be apart of a stress free environment that is tidy and respectful. I am not a party animal and dont wish to live in a party house although im certainly up for a few drinks and celebrations when I can. As mentioned I am pretty busy but also like to feel comfortable with my housemates enough to have a chat when time permits. I currently have a house full of furniture so can teamup with a new housemate looking to find a new home together. I look forward to speaking with you soon about the possibility of being your new housemate.
Hi! My name is Chelsey and I'm from New York. I'm currently in Australia on a working holiday visa and I absolutely love it here! I work in hospitality, but at a cafe so no crazy hours! I'm a pretty quite person but also very sociable. I enjoy a good Netflix and wine session and occasionally having friends over, but I am very understanding of roommate boundaries. I've lived with a handful of roommates so I know what to expect. I'm also a pretty tidy person so no worries with me cleaning up! Hoping to find a roomie that is pretty similar to me, but only looking for a place to stay from September - March!
Hi,my name is Tomoko Japanese female. I am working for Medical/Health sector. I live clean and tidy, think always other person, and I am a considerate, warm and caring person. Hey there! I'm from the US (Minnesota). I have been teaching and living in Indonesia for the past two years, but I will be atttending UniMelb to get my Masters beginning in July. I'm looking for a nice place to live with an easygoing roommate(s) . I enjoy all things pizza and beer related. I'm also very into finding new adventures, hiking, exploring and travelling! Lately I've really gotten into photography as well! I'm not looking for a party house, just somewhere to call home. I do enjoy going out on the weekends, or nights off and enjoying a drink or two..or three . I have an obsession with baking and oftentimes use my free time to make cookies. My current favourite is a delicious cinnamon pumpkin cookie. If I am your roommate, I might make you be my taste tester to help me find the very best recipes! Let me know if you think we'd make a good roomie match. :)
Hi. I'm Shahram 37 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and just finished my master degree. I have a car and a parking spot would be great. I love cats and puppies but not indoor, so I can't join if you have indoor pets. Thanks.
Hi. I am an animator building up experience locally before jumping over to Canada early next year for work. I spend much of my spare time exercising, spending time with friends/ family and on personal and professional development. I am easy to live with. I’m a tolerant person and am adaptable and open to feedback. You’ll usually find me out of the house or quietly pursuing my personal goals in my room. I’m always up for good conversations in the common areas. I’d like to live close to work, so anything near South Melbourne could work. Furnished room with bed and desk and stable internet would be perfect.
Beautiful big house in Albert Park with floorboards, high ceilings, large courtyard and massive kitchen, sharing with 1 other - heaps of space to allow privacy. The room is currently furnished but could bring your own furniture if you prefer. This home is peaceful and TV free There is space out the back for gardening if you are a green thumb. Looking for somebody who has a good balance between social interaction (eg some intelligent conversation and sharing the occasional meal) and private space/quiet time. The house has 2 medium sized dogs and I'm looking for somebody who loves dogs, and who would be happy to feed and walk them occasionally if I go away for a few days. Short or long term is okay at the moment. This is not really a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or big drinker. Also, definitely would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who uploads their personal life regularly onto social media (looking for somebody who likes to respect each other's privacy in the home). Available from mid to late July.
