Hello! I’m Sine. I’m 21 and living in Copenhagen, Denmark. Last summer finished the danish equivalent to high school and have for the past six months been going to a folk high school close to copenhagen. I am currently saving up money to go to Melbourne and get a job, and hopefully live there for six months or more. As a roommate I would consider myself to be open minded, social, reliable and flexible. I’m down to have a good time and a beer or two, but of course with respect for my roommates. In my spare time i like to chill, I usually watch some Netflix or draw and paint, but since I’m going to a brand new place, I really want to see the city as well. I want to explore the city, learn from locals and start a new temporary life in an unknown place. I am looking to stay in a flat or something similar, preferably in the central part of Melbourne and in a place shared with others. I am more than willing to exchange more information, if you find my profile interesting. I am looking forward to maybe being your new roommate!
**1 Room next available mid August** One of our lovely housemates is moving back overseas so seeking a new housemate. Beautiful big house in Albert Park with floorboards, high ceilings, large courtyard and massive kitchen - heaps of space to allow privacy. There is an outdoor space for bicycles, sitting in the sun, drying washing, gardening etc. The rent is extremely good value for Albert Park (arguably the best suburb in town!). This home is peaceful and the living area is TV free. The house has 2 dogs so dog lovers only! :) Close to everything you want to be close to: - 3 min walk to the beach - 1 min walk to the tram (tram takes only 15min to the city - option of either the #12 or #1 tram) - 5 min walk to shops and cafes - Cycle to the city in 15-20min - Bike track along the beach if you want some sea air - Beautiful wide, tree-lined street - House has Wifi - If you happen to like swimming, rowing, sailing, kite surfing, sitting in the sun on the beach, or good coffee, these are all walking distance (Albert Park lake, beach, MSAC swimming centre, great cafes). - Free street parking I'm fairly flexible with length of stay for the second room (if you're seeking a short term stay of several several months that could work). The house is fully furnished, including the rooms There are 2 rooms for rent in the house (one currently rented long term but negotiable which room is available) - Room 1 (larger) currently has a double bed, wardrobe, and dresser/desk. - Room 2 (smaller) has a single bed, desk, small bookshelf, and hanging clothes rack. This is not a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or a heavy drinker and definitely no drugs. Also, would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who needs to photograph everything they do or upload their personal life constantly onto social media (looking for somebody who prefers to respect each other's peace and privacy at home). Prefer vegetarians or vegans. If interested, please include in your message details about why you'd be suitable for the house - thanks!
Hi my name is Helen and I am looking for a change of scenery from my current sharehouse in Yarraville! I work full time as a speech pathologist with kids. I’m looking for a clean and relaxing place to come home to in the evenings. I myself am quite clean but also laid back. I’d like to be able to get along with my housemates and have a chat every now and then but I mostly like to do my own thing. Weekends are spent brunching with friends and family and an occasional night out. Looking for females with the same ideals! Thank you ☺️
Hi! My name is Jessica, I'm Italian, 29years old. I'm back in Melbourne and I need an accommodation. Can be short term or long term. I'm a clean and tidy person, friendly and open minded. I'm working in hospitality, food is my passion. I like cooking, going out and discover new places. I also love music and good wine. I'm an occasional smoker, but I never smoke inside the house. I know the respect of sharing a house. I like to share nice moments, having a beer, a dinner or a cup of coffee, but I also enjoy my time alone. I would prefer a room with a double bed. I have been traveling for the last 9 years, I lived in Spain and Germany. I can speak English, Spanish, Italian, a bit of German, I would like to improve my French and learn Russian ;) Let me know if you are interested! Cheers
I am handy in the kitchen and have had my fair share of house sharing (in Australia and overseas). Easy going and well travelled, I enjoy time with friends and happy to share meals hear and there, love getting out and about in nature.
Hi, I'm a graduate student pursuing a joint PhD at the University of Melbourne. Hoping to find an affordable place after or on July 15. I'm clean and quiet. I am friendly and always happy to help or have a chat. Looking to find wonderful people to stay with =D I'd prefer an ensuite but am okay with sharing a bathroom too. I'd also like a place where I could possibly stay on after 3 months if needed.
Hi, I’m Elainor, I’m looking for a private room for long term stay. I’m a student, 23y/o, clean respectful, quiet and enjoy mingling with different people. Looking for a house or a townhouse with good vibes. Cheers:)
My name is Alvaro and I am going to start my Master degree at RMIT University this term. Currently I’m looking for a private room to rent at least for one year. I am organised, easygoing and clean person to live with.
I’m a 26 year old working full-time in accounting in the CBD and studying part-time. I’ve lived in Melbourne for three years and I’m looking for a flat share that’s closer to work. I’ve lived in share houses/flats before and I’m tidy, organised and easy-going. Ideally, I’d like to live with like-minded people, who are happy to chat and socialise where they can, but also give each other personal space to do their own thing.
We are a quiet easygoing couple. One of us works full time and the other is looking for a full time job. We are non smokers, like to excercise and being outdoors. We are looking for a room in a share house
