Im super cool! Im not a room hermit, I have 3 rabbits and Im always up for netflix and chill under a heater at literally any point. I work in early learning so tend to make things like glitter bottles on weekends and usually come home covered in glue and play dough. Looking for a big house, not an apartment, looking for a family, not just randoms, looking for a big room with preferably an ensuite as I do actually have a lot of girly stuff. Im arty too, so like to paint and make things in my spare time. The more social the house-the better! Let me know if you want to meet me and my fur babies. Ps-i love cats, please have a cat! My rabbits are all rescues, i have two giants and 1 mini angora. Pepper, fraser and molly. Pepper comes to work with me and will only be home on weekends.
Moving to Melbourne for work. Would like to meet new people and live with friendly social people. I like wine but don't drink every night. I'm a great cook, and enjoy cooking for others Ride a motorcycle and would like off street parking
Very easy going and respectful of others. Clean & tidy. Live a healthy and active fit lifestyle. Work full time. Prefer car accommodation if possible. Cheers John
I am moving to Melbourne from Sydney for work and am hoping to find somewhere with a min stay of 2 moths to start and the option to stay longer if I stay in this new job. I work in the gaming industry and love board games I enjoy a casual chat but also love quiet time to myself. I am tidy and clean. any questions just ask.
Super neat, hardly home, quiet, pet free, smoke free, drama free! Hobbies? Cooking, reading, yoga, travelling and dining out. I work full-time in the city for an engineering company. Looking for a furnished room within 5km of the CBD in a clean, neat, pet-free home.
Hello, FlatMatties! I am doing my bachelors from La Trobe University Bundoora Campus and working part time at Collins street. Have lived in room and flat shares before so I know the etiquettes of share houses. I am a decent jolly guy who will always try to understand your situation and deal you accordingly. I am mostly out for work or studies and just come back in the night. I am a pretty much welcoming guy and love to meet people from diffrent cultures. I like to party once a while or go out on weekend to beaches or maybe exploring the city but don't worry if the house vibe is not party like I will respect other people's comfort. I would love to meet people who like to have a conversation or a drink once in a while but at the same time can give me some alone time. I am looking somewhere either in the CBD, Southbank, Docklands and Carlton or I will be willing to move to suburbs on tram 86 route area or any surrounding suburbs from where the commute time to city is 10-20 minutes. I am more than willing to rent out a place of our own and start a share house with like minded people. I am actually looking for long term place but my lease at current place will expire on 13th June
NOTE: WE ARE NOT A COUPLE so we will need TWO SEPARATE ROOMS!! Hey my name is Jacob. I'm a 21 year old contracted electrician but looking to get out of that industry and move into realestate. On weekdays I tend to spend my time either working, going to the gym or just kicking back and watching some tv. On weekends I usually just chill out and hang out with my housemates, go out and have a beer somewhere quiet and chill or go on an adventure. I am a non smoker, I don't own a pet and Im very considerate of other housemates space. Id also like to add that even though I am still young the party life is behind me but if there is a special occasion I will crack a beer and join in on the festivities, but I’d much rather be in the kitchen making an awesome as meal or going on an adventure and experiencing life. Hey there! I'm Katelyn, I'm 22 and originally from Surfcoast, Victoria! I'm a chef so I work pretty hectic hours, but when I am home I love to be in the kitchen, keeping myself busy or I'm super chill, love to spend time with whoever's home, as well as being the occasional hermit (you can blame Netflix). I'm fully house trained I promise so I love to make sure the house is clean and tidy. I'm respectful of everyone I live with so I'm sure we'll get along great!! And would love to have the occasional drinks if you're up to it! I have been living in Melbourne for the last twelve months. I love it here and can't wait to find some awesome new housemates to enjoy it with too. As well as myself, I come with two very cute additions!!! Two five month old kittens that will do anything for some cuddles! NOTE: We are not a couple so we will need two separate rooms.
Hi. I'm Shahram 37 yo. I'm very easy going, clean and tidy. I'm after a place to call it home. I respect other ppl's privacy but also happy to share a meal and have some chats even outdoor activities if you like. I have a full time professional job and finishing my master degree. Thanks.
Hi! I'm moving from Sydney to Melbourne for work in late June. My weekday routine is the 9-5 and exercise a few days a week. I love to binge watch a tv series or read a good book. I enjoy the company of others but equally enjoy being on my own. I'm looking to share with females only. Looking for a place where I'd have my own bathroom and car space. Alternatively, looking for a flatmate to team up with and find a place together.
We have one large unfurnished bedroom available in our home. About the house: it's a large two storey Victorian house right across the road from the beach. Our home is fully furnished so all you will need to bring is yourself and your belongings. In winter, we have an open fire in the living room which is great to keep cosy, and in summer, we have a large courtyard out the back with a BBQ, which is great for entertaining.
Large double room available for 1 person in a bayside house in Albert Park. House comprises of 5bdrms, study, open plan kitchen/living room with high ceilings, one bathroom (outside toilet also available), laundry, storeroom, built in BBQ, double doors to rear private paved courtyard. Situated nearly opposite the Kerferd Rd Pier, angling club and a short walk from two tram lines (No.1 and No.12), shopping centre and the beach.
I'm a neat and tidy individual and very easy going and will chat to anyone! I've lead an interesting life and love finding out about other people's life experiences. I've lived in six countries and loved different aspects of each one. Clearly I love to travel and I'm always looking for my next adventure...I love photography and scuba diving so travel in future will be focused around those activities, however I also love hiking and chilling at the beach! Fitness is part of my life...I love cycling both on and off the road and go to the gym to keep in shape.
Hi I'm Lina and I'm looking to relocate closer to the city. Not too picky as to where as long as it's within walking distance to trains/trams and grocery shops. Somewhere nice to walk nearby (eg. park, river, beach) would be a bonus! I am currently working regular hours in admin, but will be going back to full-time studies starting in July. I'm pretty quiet, tend to hibernate in my room with books/movies/video games (...uh...and studies from now on, I suppose) when I'm at home and go out every other weekend. I'm fond of art (both seeing and making), music (I've learned the value of headphones early on, don't worry) and animals (none of my own but if you've got them - fantastic!). I like to cook, but only have the motivation for it 2-3 times a week so I won't hog the kitchen too often. I'm neat, respectful of other people's things and personal space, pro-equal-distribution-of-chores and I've never been late on rent in my 5+ years of shared living. Please let me know if you have a room for me! :)
Hi, My name is Michael and me and my friend Cormac are looking for a place to live. We're both 22 year old Irish guys working in Melbourne for the year on Working Holiday Visas and are looking for shared houses/rooms to live in for June and July. I'm working as a bartender and waiter at Greenfields, Albert Park and Cormac is working in Harvey Norman in the QV Village in the CBD. We're both very tidy and chill individuals (our previous housemates can vouch for that!). If you have any questions or would like references, let me know!
Beautiful big house in Albert Park with floorboards, high ceilings, large courtyard and massive kitchen, sharing with 1-2 others but heaps of space to allow privacy for all. This home peaceful, TV free and mostly vegetarian (aside from the dogs' food!). There is space out the back for gardening if you are a green thumb, and there's even a worm farm/compost. Looking for somebody who has a good balance between social interaction (eg some intelligent conversation and sharing the occasional meal) and private space/quiet time. The house has 2 medium sized dogs and I'm looking for somebody who loves dogs, and who would be happy to feed and walk them occasionally if I go away for a few days. Short term is fine (eg if you're only needing a place for a couple of months, that could suit quite well at the moment). This is not really a party house and wouldn't suit a smoker or big drinker. Also, definitely would not suit somebody who is addicted to facebook, or who uploads their personal life regularly onto social media (looking for somebody who likes to respect each other's privacy in the home). I work at home several days a week, but there is a separate office space.
I am moving to Melbourne for work from Brisbane. Originally from England and have been here 3 years now. I don't know many people in Melbourne so keen to live with people/a person that will be a friend as well. I am sociable and love to explore new places, tidy and respectful. Honest and great fun to be around. I love nothing more than being outside, keeping fit and happy :)
My finace and I are looking for a place to rent between 4th June to the end of August. We are in Australia on a working holiday visa from the UK, planning on working in Melbourne before our visa ends at the end of August and will then travel for a few more months before we have to return back to England to our jobs. In the UK I am a high school teacher and James is a kitchen manager. We are extremely tidy and easy going, looking for a place near to the CBD. Thank :-)
Hieee! I'm Jessie. I'm 25 and work in health insurance fulltime. I am fun loving and out going but also at times, introverted. I am a good listener, great cook and I know how to clean up well! I pride myself on being kind and patience but also resilient and reliable. I am looking for somewhere to live inner suburbs..hopefully with a cute doggo! I love dogs! For fun, I like to be social and go for cocktails or a dance but also like a good a Netflix binge too.

I am a 30 yo working professional looking to move closer to bayside in a social environment. Consider myself clean, fun, active and easy going. Am happy to share the odd meal, drink and have a laugh but am respectful of others privacy at the same time.
Hello there Melbourne peeps my name is Lucie. I'm looking for a place to live. I'm a friendly, tidy woman. I'm not a party animal but good for a chat with a glass of red and a cheese platter. I like foreign films, bikeriding and I'm a foodie. I'm very reliable when it comes to money, I have had utilities in my name before and been responsible for dividing bills, any of my former housemates will affirm. I'm looking for a place with at least one woman living there and maximum 3 people including me. Good heating is very important to me, coming from Queensland :) Also a place with wifi and is fully furnished but I do have my own bedroom furniture. Also no offence to anyone but I'd prefer a place where there no smokers or pets. I'm pretty solid really. Looking forward to meeting you cheers Lucie
Hi, I'm Astrid, a 31-year old neuroscientist. I worked as a research fellow at Monash University until January and have been traveling around Southeast Asia since then. However, I will come back to Australia at the end of May and I am looking for a room in a nice flatshare near Melbourne (no location preference atm). I am currently preparing for a career move, i.e. I'm preparing applications while studying on the side. I also spend as much time as possible in the gym so you don't have to worry about me being at home all day. I'm a reliable, quiet and clean flatmate. At this point I can't tell for sure how long I will be staying (4+ weeks) so I'm looking for someone who is flexible in this regard. Looking forward to hearing from you! Cheers
