my fiance and I are having to be out of our place by September 7th and so far not having luck with rental applications so are potentially looking for a short term share house. I work permanent part time as a peer support worker for an LGBTQ organisation. My partner is currently on a working holiday visa and not working, however has very substantial savings and has been paying $675 weekly rent in new farm for over a year. We would prefer a more private space i.e own bathroom and a little seperate, not due to being antisocial, we are both very friendly and considerate and happy to share space, just is ideal to have some of our own. In regards to housemates just want people who are respectfulz good and reasonable communicators and relatively laid back. We are artistic, enjoy music (gf collects records) mostly plant based, it's ok if you aren't though, we love going to the markets, occasionally gigs. Neither of us drink, very past partying of any kindz pretty quiet individualis. We have two dogs, both small, they both take time to get used to new people but once they do they are lovely. We have three rats! They are very sweet, love in their cage obviously so you don't need to love them. But great if you do.
