I have a reasonable amount of furniture at my disposal and can bring all, any or none with me (apart from my own bedroom gear) to the living spaces. Currently I work afternoons/nights in the customer service/retail industry (not WFH). Basically full-time, always 30+ hours a week. With my hours and wake up times, you won’t have to worry about sharing common areas at peak times too much. I’m single currently and would discuss as a courtesy if that changed. Main passions are craft beer and football (soccer) events around Brisbane, along with time with friends. I usually only have a few quiet drinks a week.
