The room is medium sized and can probably fit a queen sized bed. It doesn't have a wardrobe however I found some clothes racks from Target on the cheap and they fit really well in the room. It's also very bright, with two decent sized windows. We also have a spare room you use to store clothes etc. We use it as an office or it has a single bed for guests. The kitchen is also a decent size and the living room is very comfortable. We also have a back yard and front yard with laundry under the house. and on street parking. We have Netflix, some Foxtel channels and free-to-air. Internet is about $45 per month and bills are paid as and when they come in. Usually not too expensive either. We are looking for a like-minded person to join this house. If you love plants, you'll love this place! It's a beautiful area, with a bus stop right outside the house as well 2 more 5 mins down the road that go straight to King George Square or the Cultural Centre. Shops are only a short walk away and Woolworths/Coles are a 5min drive or 15 min walk. It's also very safe. Also a great wine bar called the Local Larder has opened up just a 5min walk away and Banneton Bakery is just as easy to walk to.....which is very dangerous!

The apartment is fully furnished including the room that is available. The room has a queen bed and wardrobe. Car parking is also available onsite at no extra cost! If you don't have a car, we are very close to everything in the city but if you need to get anywhere out of the city we are just a couple of minutes walk from Roma Street station. The apartment complex also has a swimming pool and a small gym on site. Bills are not included but the only extras are Internet ($26 per month) and the power bill (Usually $50-$55 per month). We are close to the river and have a big balcony with river view.
