I love a beer, I don't socialise at home just as it's always easier when out at the end of a big day. Font mind a house that is big upon the socialising aspect. Make no difference e to me if you party at home , just pointing out that I don't. I have studied in environments that others couldn't so please don't think it won't work with you cause that may be the disposition of yourself and flatmates.
