Riley
$300/week•26 year old man
I'm a 26-year-old guy who works full time as a disability support worker and enjoy playing football and hitting the gym. I don’t have any kids or pets and am looking for something quiet where I can wind down after a day. A lot of weekends I will be away from the house for either work or footy. Currently I am in a rental that my mum and dad own so moving day can be flexible. Feel free to reach out.

$350/week•27 year old woman
Hey I’m Nic! I’m single, 27 and love my job in a permanent position working as a full time primary school teacher. In my spare time I’m very much into the gym, hanging out with my friends/sister or I enjoy going to the beach most weekends for a coffee and a walk (and swim if it’s warm). To live with I am very tidy and house-proud, smart with money and love a good chat! I previously lived out of home for 2 years but moved home due to my lease ending. I’m a package deal and come with a small loving, friendly indoor-only cat named Luna. A private bathroom would be ideal for us as it provides me somewhere to keep her litter without disrupting joint spaces in the house. I am looking to move into a female-only household. I’m flexible with moving dates and the length of my stay as I’m currently living back at my parents home. Let me know if you’re interested in having me and Luna as roomies. x

To the Property Manager, My name is Dedevi Afi Agbali and I would like to take the opportunity to introduce myself and my family to you. I’m a single mother, my son Desmond was born on the 7th of August 2020 and we are now looking for a new house to call home. Currently, we are renting a property privately located in Semaphore Park. We have been living and caring for this home since November 2024. Prior to this we lived with family in their rental property located in Woodville North 5012. I currently pay $630 weekly towards rent and have always paid my bills on time, I am confident that my current property manager has given me a glowing review as I am an ideal tenant. I have been working casually at Creativ Minds as a Mentor earning roughly $800 fortnightly depending on availability while enjoying my role as a full-time parent. I have been actively job seeking to increase my current employment to part time. My son is due to start school in 2026; it is my intention to gain full time employment once I have increased availability. I worked full time previously at Community Nursing SA but stepped back into casual employment to focus on parenting, on occasion I receive shifts from them as I was a valued full-time employee and have built a strong foundation in the community services sector. When I return to working full time I am looking forward to working in a role that aligns perfectly with my values of dedication, compassion, and advocacy for people with disabilities. While working casually I am also receiving Centrelink with a single parenting payment allowance and family tax benefits. My payment from Centrelink is currently $1530 fortnightly, this income adjusts alongside my fortnightly working hours and can change if they increase therefore my primary income would become my salary. In my free time I enjoy reading and crocheting, I’m passionate about keeping a clean home and work diligently to maintain and safe, tidy environment. We are very conscientious people, and I understand the responsibilities of being a reliable tenant. As a single mother I take pride in our home environment and work hard to maintain a clean, safe place for Desmond to grow. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Warm Regards, Dedevi Agbali
