Hi everyone ! My name is Jeanne ! I'm from France and i'm 29 years old. I'm already in Perth for the moment (since the 15th of junuary) ! I have accomodation until the 30th of junuary! I'm with a working holiday visa here ! I've done already my 1st year here (i've done the east coast already, the red center and Tasmania, travelling and working) ! For my second year i want to stay on the west coast! I try to find a job now, and love to stay for 3 months minimum in Perth ! I have accomodation until the 30th of Junuary ! I'm looking for a share house, if I could have my own room, it will be better ! No more than 200 dollars with bills.
Hey all, I am looking for a room in a share house close-ish to the city/ beach. I am hoping to move in around 27th January for 6 months, with possible lease renewal. I am a kind, down to earth, very clean and respectful person who loves to socialise and is up for an adventure, but also appreciates my own/ others' space. I am looking for like-minded individuals to share with. Feel free to message me with any questions you have, I'd love to view houses and meet potential roomies.
Hi I'm a 24 year old single non smoker, outgoing and clean. Currently looking for a room suitable for a FIFO workers on a 2:2 roster, and will also be travelling a lot this year. Looking for somewhere relatively cheap as I'll rarely be in Perth with bills and internet included.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit).
I'm quiet and I keep to myself. I'm currently studying biomedical/laboratory science, and I'm cat and LGBT+ friendly. I spend the majority of my time in my room gaming, reading, or studying, and I'm more inclined to go out to spend time with friends than entertain them at home. I am very passionate about my studies. If you want someone to talk to about epidemiology or blood parasites, I'm your girl. If you want someone to really very NOT talk to you about epidemiology or blood parasites, I am also your girl, because I'll be too busy studying to talk. I don't smoke, I'm disinterested in drugs, and I very rarely drink. I require an unfurnished bedroom as I have my own bed and desk, and I'd prefer <4 housemates. The location isn't a problem so long as the area is safe and there is public transport nearby.
About me I'm Ella, a business owner and blogger looking for a positive vibe home for me and my dog, Daisy. I am looking for a room to rent in Perth, somewhere less than 25 mins from the city with a high vibe community. I am looking for the perfect place and am flexible with a move in date. Daisy is an extremely well trained dog, who gets plenty of exercise everyday and has no behavioural issues. She is a kelpie/cross staffs who needs a yard. She doesn't bark excessively, and is super friendly with dogs, people, and children. There will need to be a backyard suitable for my her at the place we choose. She also knows over 30+ super cool tricks! I unfortunately don't know that many tricks, but I am super positive, clean, friendly and considerate. I love sport, photography, blogging, writing, reading books, personal growth, business, netflixing, travelling, eating and most of all hanging out with good company.
Easy going student, studying Marine science and working as a bartender, can make you cocktails and always down for drinks or the beach
I’m clean, don’t get grumpy and love having fun but also like my own company, I’m down to earth and super chill if I say so myself. I’m a beauty student and work on the side and I don’t do the clubbing thing. I’m looking for somewhere chill with good housemates that don’t get awkward and won’t label everything.
Currently working full time in the city and studying. Looking for a place to call home until June/ July 2019. I tend to keep fairly busy, lead an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoy spending my weekends at the beach, catching up with friends and indulging in the brunch scene. I would rather live with people I can have a conversation and a glass of wine or a meal with, not the hide away in your room type. I like to keep a tidy house, am mature and respectful of personal space. Preferably looking for a place that is within easy access to the beach or river and close to public transport :)
** Flexible move-in date. Available either January/February 2019. Huge private bedroom available in beautiful home off canning hwy. Lovely green street with great neighbours. 10 mins walking to Canning bridge station, bus stop 4 houses down. Take a stroll down the road to find magnificent views of the city. Lovely quiet street, lined with Jacaranda's - stunning when they start to flower! The room would be suited to a respectful, considerate person who has share housed before. You must be willing to contribute to weekly house chores, cleaning, occasional gardening and general upkeep of the home. Hopefully you will have a good initiative and take pride in your home. The room has a large built-in-robe with additional shelves. Room comes equipped with Queen bed (with frame) -though it could comfortably fit a king bed, plus bedside tables, chest of drawers with room to spare. Very spacious room. There is also a friendly cat who lives with us, however he is very shy a d tends to stay inside the housemates room.
I’m usually quite busy working, I believe in an active lifestyle, I love cooking healthy food and absolutely love animals since I am a veterinarian. I am also extremely particular about cleanliness, and need my flat mates to be pro-active about cleaning. I love spending weekends in with a glass of wine and a home cooked meal. I do go to bed early and am looking for a quiet person with a similar lifestyle.
Hi, My name is Michael and I am from Ireland. I am currently living in Dianella and looking somewhere near the coast or south Perth. I work full-time in Applecross, Mon-Fri 7-3 pm. Occasionally I have to fly out to site. I like to be active and out of the house but at the same time like to just to chill in the evenings. Love both cooking and eating out, and the odd few drinks here and there. Easy going, clean and respectful of others space. Can easily have a chat over a coffee or drink if needs more info. All the best, Mike.
Heya, Need a room from Feb. 10th, I am a research professional at the Curtin University Tech Park. Regards Mahavir
Hi! I'm a full time teacher who travels during holidays and rarely spends a weekend at home. I love keeping fit and in summer you'll mostly find me at the beach or snorkelling. I've done a fair bit of flat sharing so I know that being respectful of other people's property and personal space is a must! I'm also very clean and tidy (I'm not about to shy away from doing my fair share of the chores) and I always pay rent and bills on time. Hope to hear from you soon 😊
Hi Everyone! I am moving to Perth for work after living in Sydney for the last year and I am pretty keen to move into a social house near the beach so I can live my best beach life. Or really anywhere in close to the city which can offer some amazing brunches. I have loved my past share house and have become really good friends with all the people I have lived with last year (even went to Mexico with my housemate last year) and would love to replicate this in my new house in Perth. I can offer great chats, can make really tasty pina coladas, and will probably try to pass on my love for the tv show Shameless onto you. Very happy to live with any pets so I can live vicariously through your pet ownership until I decide I am adult enough to have my own.
Hey! I'm a U.K exchange student at UWA studying economics. I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, rock climbing and trying out water-sports. I'm not a big night out person and I'm not very noisy but I still like to socialise and make new friends. I just need a place to stay for Semester 1 of Uni.
We are a tidy, quiet and no-smoking young couple, travelling from Melbourne to Perth on January 27th. We have been living in Melbourne for 6 months, and we are moving to Perth to improve our careers (me as a Chemical Engineer and my wife as a Business Manager) We also have references from our landlord. We always pay on time. We do not have children or pets. We both work and study Mon-Fri all day. We are looking for a cozy apartment, studio, or granny flat with one bedroom and one bathroom.
I'm a full time working gal - working in Communications in the Perth CBD. I'm looking for somewhere walking distance to a train station so I can have a quick commute to work! I am friendly and up for a chat, but quiet and enjoy my own space. I love reading, going to the gym, coffee at cute cafes, playing board games, travelling, Netflix, and animals (especially cats)! I studied Photography and Communications at uni. I'm originally from Bunbury, but have also lived overseas, then moved to Perth eight years ago. I'd like to live in a non-smoking, drug-free household, preferably with other female housemates similar to my age. I'm definitely not a party animal but like having a few people over to hang out occasionally.
Hi future roomie! My names Shan! I’m 25 years old and work full time as a marketing account manager for a corporate magazine. My current landlord is selling our property, so I need to find a new home. I love keeping fit and eating well. I keep to myself during the week as I wake up quite early, but I don’t mind debriefing our day over a quiet drink or dinner.
Fun, easy going, love to cook, clean and tidy. Work mon-Friday. Active and healthy. Looking for a place of my own or to rent with like minded people
My name is Lucinda, I am 28 years old and I am studying Naturopathy at uni full-time. I am also a Registered nurse. I moved from Victoria to WA 12 months ago, so in my spare time I really enjoy exploring new places and doing some camping and hiking. I am reasonably health conscious but would never turn down a wine and cheese platter hah! I am considerate of other people, enjoy a chat and don't mind spending time alone. I'm looking for housemates that are respectful of others, value a sense of community within the house, and might enjoy the odd shared meal or night out.
My work is based in Kewdale but requires me to fly in fly out to WA and overseas a lot on no set rosters. I'm fairly chilled out and looking for housemates i can actually call mates, preferably a mix of males/females. I like to be clean, tidy and hygenic. I don't smoke and don't like the taste of beer, spirits are good. I am drug tested regularly for work and can provide a police clearance if required. On weekends i like to go camping, road tripping and visit friends family. I require off street parking, so i can leave my car knowing it will still be in one piece when i get back from working away. Also air conditioning and own bathroom would be an added bonus.
Hi, I currently have a place in Hamilton Hill but am looking at moving to save some money for a trip to America at the end of the year. I would like to team-up with a like minded individual who is clean, intelligent, working full time and whilst enjoying their own space doesn't mind a shared meal, a couple of drinks etc. I work full time in Fremantle, have most furniture items required and think I am pretty good company. Finally, as a bonus, I do have a place with a spare room so that can be used until we find something suitable.
