$200/week•29 year old male
Looking for a place to live for a year or so, having moved to Perth for work. Previously been in the military for the last 10 years, so I'd say I'm very clean, tidy and responsible. Have another government job now so good steady income. Respectful of other people space and mainly do my own thing. Either gaming (need good low latency internet 😂)or out and about. Always enjoy a board game night or dinner though. Have a girlfriend so will stay there every now and then and she will do the same. Looking for an unfurnished place as I've got everything I need.

Hello Everyone, My name is Amanii I’m 22 and I’m looking forward to finding immediate accommodation within any of these suburbs (bonus if it’s nearer to Fremantle) as working under an apprenticeship (Hair & Beauty) depends on it. I’d be happy to pay up to: $150p/w for a shared home. $250p/w for something more private. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ℹ️ • It must be a clean comfortable environment, I won’t live in a messy house. • I’d prefer it if bills were included and utilities accessible. • I don’t mind share accommodation as long as other tenants are respectful of each other and understand that when I’m not working I like to try and make time for my own circle; as it is, I care about my family and friends a lot and since I work hard all week I’m going to make every spare opportunity between studying for them count - I add this because previously I had a landlord who was under the impression that we would be like BFFs and more ( I don’t mix landlords with my personal life ) only my home life and respectfully I also think landlords need their own private life as well. So no clingy landlords please. • I don’t do drama, I won’t bring drama into my own space, so if you live in an area with a lot of that going on, straight up, I will pass. • I don’t smoke (nothing against it), and sometimes on occasion I like to share a drink over a BBQ or other chilled out reasons (birthday, NYE.. ect) • I’m pretty cultured so there’s no issues with people from all backgrounds, and also animal friendly. • Perks of having me around, I’ll offer tenants free haircuts, and always pay my bills. - I understand the concerns about COVID-19 and how it affects you. I will provide any clearance of documents that prove I’m safe if you need. I also can get a police check clearance if you wish. Feel free to ask any questions. Kind regards, Amanii.

I'd love to live in a convenient location with 2 or 3 considerate and genuine people. Preferably, somewhere near the beach. I'm a bit of a week-day nana, but I love my sport when I'm not drinking tea on the couch. I'm a non-smoker but enjoy a bevvy on occasion and am partial to a bbq or board game evening with mates.

Kiwi living in Perth. I work for the coffee club which has taken me to Brisbane and New Zealand and now back to Perth for work. Became a qualified personal trainer while working part time, i have a passion for health and fitness. I'm great to live with as im friendly, I clean up after myself, enjoy quite nights in and eating nice food with great company but also like the occasional night out on the town. Am after somewhere permanent if things go well with flatmates as I don't want to move every few months.

I'm a bubbly, easy to get along with, and also, a very (very) tidy human! I love cooking, I'm super chilled out and have a very diverse range of interests so I get along people from all walks of life and stages of life. I am the Arts Editor for a magazine here in Perth as well as a student at Murdoch University studying English Lit and Theatre and Drama. Uni is super important to me - I'm in my last year. I have a gorgeous little Selkirk Rex cat named Meow-Ah who is older, very cuddly, and just a good lil cat. Everyone loves him! I'm a respectful person who values my privacy and so therefore the privacy of others. I'm from South Africa originally, but have lived in New Zealand as well as England, before moving to Australia 7 years ago. I've lived in Perth since 2016. For fun, I love watching cricket, rugby, and mixed martial arts. Diving is my passion! I love reading, writing, and just nature in general. I'm also partial to a cheeky wine from time to time.

My current lease ends on the 22nd of September and I loved living with my flatmate, but I've realised I'd love to live in a bigger place with more people. I am looking for somewhere new to live by September 19th. I’m currently studying a Cert IV in Community Services at South Metro TAFE and am hoping to go on to complete a Cert IV in Youth Work next year. I have probably spent more time knitting and embroidering than I ever will in any club, but I promise I am social, laid back and very competitive at board/card games and trivia. I am reliable, supportive, open-minded, value kindness, have an ever-growing DVD and book collection (shelves will be needed!) and love pets, although mine live in the family home. I do play the guitar and am hoping to one day learn the piano/keyboard, but I won’t be playing loudly or hosting concerts in my room. I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can be myself, make some friends and feel at home. My greatest necessity is a close bus stop/s as I do not drive! Absolutely fine with mixed gender flats/houses 😊
