I'm a 29 old Spanish girl. I'm a very respectful, independent, clean, orderly person. I love dogs. I'm in Perth because I'm a PhD student and I'm doing a 3-month doctoral stay at Curtin University. In addition, I occasionally take care of children to earn extra money because I am a kindergarten teacher and I love spending time with them. I love to enjoy nature, beaches and outdoor sports!
Large room in a nice house in Applecross, close to Garden City Shopping Centre, 12 minutes By bus to CBD and 20 minutes to Fremantle. Walking distance to caffe', restaurants, post, grocery, pharmacy. The price is for single $180/wk and for couple $250/wk, all bills included, internet, Foxtel and much more. Not a party house. Looking for the right flatmate quiet, tidy and respectful.
I study full-time and work part-time in hospitality. In my spare time I like going to the beach, failing miserably to read books. When I'm not working I like winding down to a TV show or a movie over a beverage. I'm tidy, easy-going and I have plenty of experience living in share-houses. I appreciate my own space and respect people of the same mindset.

Hi all, I am a Masters student in Curtin university and am looking for a female flatmate. I am very active and when not in Uni, I am either chilling quietly, watching netflix or outdoors doing kitesurfing, windsurfing, rowing. I am looking for a unit/property that must be unfurnished but don't worry! I got you covered as I have a toaster, microwave, washing machine, couch, coffee table, vacuum, dining table and chairs. All you need to furnish is your bedroom. Since I am offering to share this with you, I would like to have the master bedroom w/ensuite (if it has one) or parking but we can discuss this further. I like to keep things neat and always clean up after my mess. I follow CLAY-GO (Clean As You Go) which just makes things easier for the general cleaning. I give high regard to the value of respect and will do so for your privacy and with nature as well so I make sure that I am friendly to the environment as well;turning off switches after use and making it pocket/bill friendly too! Do send me a message if you'd like to discuss further. Looking at 6months minimum and willing to extend if things go smoothly Cheers
Hey! i am a disability support worker, love to eat organic, exercise and enjoy the simple things in life. Very tidy and clean. My work is very flexible which means I am open to moving anywhere.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit). And sorry, I would prefer only females but couples excepted.
Located in beautiful Applecross on one of the Jacaranda streets, 5 mins to river, 2 mins to shops, 15 min walk to train station, clean big townhouse. Really nice place that is big and open. You will have your own bathroom, shower and toilet, the bedroom size is about medium, there is already a bed in their, a closet and a desk. It is an open kitchen and lounge and dinning room downstairs while bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.
I am 23, moving back to Australia after living abroad for 18 months and am excited to be near the beach again. I have a bachelor degree in Commerce (Marketing and PR) and am beginning a masters of education in 2019. I love hiking, riding, painting, cooking, reading, making music, drinking wine, movie nights and spending time with my friends and family. I like to keep my space clean and tidy, and I'm happy to be a part of a cleaning schedule. I appreciate some alone time from time to time and completely understand that other people do too. I'm looking for a place to feel at home, preferably girls but happy either way. Feel free to message me on this website or FB but my listed phone number is international so please keep that in mind, I don't want you to get a big fee by accident. Thanks :)
I’m Shana, 26, usually am a mining/infrastructure safety officer but in the middle of a makeover with workplces, friends and hobbies. Have been hoping all over the countryside the last couple of months now looking for a place to call home. Preferably not far from the western coastline (am flexible on location), and with some wicked new housemates that love a frothy or few with beats in the background to chill out. Can be a proper couch potato watching the most crap shows and will most likely leave a dish or two in the sink until theres of a reason to peel off the couch some days, just as much as I love cooking and cleaning the house up (yes I’ll probably be a bit of a ‘mum’ and do your washing if it’s in the laundry or cook you dinners regularly). Current hobbies include road trips and exploring for places to enjoy a good feed, beers (especially in the sunshine) or pinot noir, but I’ve an affair going on with the bushchook.. Took up paddle boarding for a second hobby but not yet mastered it. Am that nancy that wants the ensuite and a semi-modern home with a little bit of quirk, and a spare room for our guests. Would prefer mid-late 20’s gent as I find guys are easier to live with but wouldn’t say no to the right shella.
Hi, Well, I’m a fun, sociable and easygoing guy. I respect someone’s own personal space and privacy, I’m a clean and hygienic person, will always promote a clean living environment. I currently work 2 jobs As a fireman Fire/Rescue and also at Raffles Hotel Head Security. I’ve been living with my sister for the past 4 years care/support whilst she recovered from spine surgery twice, she is now recovered hence looking for a place. My parents were originally from the UK though I was born here in Australia, I grew up in Paraburdoo a place up in the Pilbara region of Western Australia then moved down to Perth for the rest of my upbringing. I like going out with friends whether it’s for a drink and catch-up or to the cinema, restaurants/bars ect. I’m not a big drinker though will have a couple when catching up with friends. I also like camping/fishing/4wding ect, absolutely love going to the beach in summer time and keeping fit by going to the gym regularly. I really look forward to hearing from you. Regards Michael EYRE
I am a good-natured and sociable person. I like having my own privacy and will always respect that of others. I work full time with occasional travel for short periods. I am considerate of others and keep spaces tidy and clean.
Relaxed nature but house proud at same time. Active in the community; socially conscious; live simply but enjoy beautiful surroundings. Preference is to pool resources to rent a luxury property.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
Hi there. Just some background about me. My names Simon, I’m a 24 year old male and working full time. My background is Scottish/Chinese and I was born in Sydney but grew up in Malaysia. I’m looking for a place to stay for a few months so I can save up to move over to the Eastern states. I am a very laidback type of person who is sociable but also tend to keep to myself for the most part. In my down time I enjoy photography, martial arts and cooking. Would ideally like to move in with housemates that are clean and aren’t too loud as I’m a little bit of reserved individual.
Hi Future Housemates, Two of our lovely housemates are finishing up at uni and leaving Perth, so this means we are looking for 2 new easygoing and clean housemates to share with 2 others. The house in is a lovely tree-lined suburb of Ardross, located nicely between Perth CBD and Fremantle. We are walking distance to the river, bus station, Garden City Shopping Centre, boutique shops and cafes! The place is fully furnished and has mostly jarrah floorboards throughout. There is a small kitchen/laundry and a larger open dining/lounge room. The great advantage of this place is you don't have to sign a fixed term contract! Just give us notice if you intend to move out. For $140 per week, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair and built-in wardrobe and a free standing chest of drawers. Shared bathroom. Bond = $560 (4 weeks rent). For $165 per wekk, the bedroom has a double bed, study desk and chair, large floor-ceiling built in wardrobe, 2 seater sofa and a private ensuite bathroom. Bond = $660 (4 weeks rent). Bills are split evenly between housemates. Utility bills are water, gas, electricity, NBN internet and are usually around $20 per week per person. Our house is fairly quiet house but sociable, not a party house though. If you would like to view the rooms please message or text me. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hello there, The name's Alvin, and I'm currently working full time in the city as a User Interface and Graphic Designer and would like to move somewhere closer to work (currently in Joondalup). I’m hoping to move early December but can move a little sooner I like to take it easy when I'm home – usually with some video games or a tv show. I'm not much of a drinker or a party person. But don't mind simple gatherings and outings with a few friends. I also endeavour to abide by the clean ninja code by aiming not to leave a trace of myself in the shared spaces. A tidy and cosy place in the inner suburbs is where I'd like to call home. I'm hoping to stay for the long term or at least 6mths. I hope to share with only 1 other housemate (I've had my fair share of crowded sharehouses ). But I could make an exceptions for a cool bunch of people or couple, but my preference would be for one other person. I also wouldn't mind teaming up for a 2bedroom apartment – seems like there's a few good deals to be had. Though I'd prefer to go for one that's furnished. Parking would be a requirement for me as well. Thanks. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi! I'm Suzie, I am a student at Murdoch university, I am just finishing my 2nd year and I am looking for place to live for at least a year. I am a fairly easy going, relaxed person. I like socialising but I enjoy my own space at the end of the day.
Looking for a housemate for our sharehouse, a homely and well situated character home in Ardross. The house is very close to Garden City shopping centre (5 minutes walking distance) and 1 minute to bus stops that go direct to Perth City bus port, Canning Bridge train station, Murdoch University, Garden City bus port and Fremantle. The house is also well situated to catch buses to Curtin University and UWA. There is space in driveway for off street and covered car parking. The house is fully furnished and the two available rooms are furnished. Both rooms have built in wardrobes with lots of storage space. Room 1 - The first room is ideal for a single student. It has a single bed, study desk, bedside table and built in robe. It can also fit a double queen bed. This room is small to medium sized. Room 2 - This room is large sized. This room is perfect for people who want their own space as it has a 'mini living room' in the overall bedroom. The room is structured in 2 parts - one part is the bedroom area and the other part is a mini living room. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and side table. It has 2 built in wardrobes with ample space. The mini living room area has enough space for a couch and TV and even a study desk and is great if you want your own space and privacy. The room also has it's own door for entering and exiting the house. Split bills for electricity and wifi internet. Water and gas bills are included in rent. The house, including the rooms, have heating and cooling facilities. The share house is low key, relaxed and quiet. You'll be sharing with a couple which are full-time working professionals in our thirties that have fairly busy schedules but do enjoy catching up with housemates for a friendly chat. We are ideally looking for a housemate who is independent, clean, tidy and reliable. One our favourite things about the house is the location as it is close to Fremantle (15 minutes by car), the City (10 minutes by car) and a 5 minute walk from the Swan River which has fantastic views of the Swan River and City. It is also very close to supermarkets at Garden City Shopping Centre (5 minute walk). The house is also very close to public transport (1 minute walk to bus stop which goes to Canning Bridge Train Station and also buses to Perth City). The rooms are ready to move into now. We look forward to hearing from potential housemates :)
Como is a great place, very near the city and the river is 5 v min walk from the house. Canning Bridge railway station is a 2 min drive from here. The area is far enough away to be quiet and feel like you are in your own hideaway on the weekends. All amenities and schools are close by.
We live in a quiet, tree-lined street in a perfect location in Como, close to the city, close to Curtin especially, but also UWA and Murdoch, a short walk to Canning Bridge bus/train station. Garden City and Waterford shops are close by, as well as many smaller shops and cafes. The house itself is older and renovated. Lots of lawn out the front and back and a pool for those hot summer days! Inside there is evaporative A/C, wooden floorboards at the front of the house and plush new carpet at the back. A brand new kitchen with lovely SMEG oven for cooking and 2.5 bathrooms. You would have your own bathroom with vanity, WC and shower at the back of the house. There are two lounges and you would pretty much have your own at the back of the house (where the lovely warm gas heater is in winter) and there is a TV there and DVD player. The bedroom itself is secluded from my bedroom area of the house and although it only fits a single bed, you are welcome to use the space outside the room for desk/storage as we do not use it. The back of the house is able to be shut off from the front if you have guests etc so it can be quite private :) The rest of the house is furnished, so washing machine, iron, TV with Netflix/Stan/Foxtel in the front lounge etc. Everything you could need. It's fairly minimalist in the house, we only have what we need really, without too much clutter, so it's a lovely space to live in and we love it here.

Hello I am 23 year old happy, bubbly, social person who enjoys the company of others but also enjoy my own time. I work as an occupational Therapist full time Monday-Friday and sometimes Saturdays. I enjoy spending time with friends, going to the beach, playing basketball, going to the gym daily and having a glass of wine or three on weekends. I’m wanting to live with people around my age with similar interests so we can become friends as well as flatmates.
I am a recent graduate from Curtin looking for a lively clean place to live. I'm a friendly social person and looking for flatmates that are similar, so I'm not too worried about the kind of place I live except I need enough space for my 3D printer. My hobbies also include mountain biking, Floorball (indoor hockey) and hanging out with friends. I'm ideally looking for a place that won't mind having a couple mates over for cards and drinks once in a while, but I will follow the current rules of the house.
Really funny, I make good NutriBullet smoothies, I'm easy to live with, and I have steam mop that can steam clean anything. I am an Engineer for Baker Hughes so for the most part I have the classic 9-5 weekdays And I’m from America but have lived in Perth for 3 years

I’m a storyteller, a budding social worker, and a big fan of the Oxford comma. By that I mean, I’m writing a book, I’m studying social work, and I’m a pretentious twat.
