Hey everyone currently looking for a new place to call home 🩷 (rushed timeframe) 2 weeks remaining to find a new place and it’s been quite tough out here 😹 Have been share housing for 10 years, respectful, easygoing and tidy. I value communication and kindness when in shared environments that creates a safe space for all. I work within a teaching agency over the state (mainly Melbourne) but sometimes venture off to regional areas when required. Definitely not looking for a party house 24/7 but I don’t mind at all if others come around or the the occasional social gatherings with wine or 2 😉 I’m a sucker for a good bonfire 🔥 plant mum and foodie🪴. lover of all things film photography (nature and architecture mainly). Music, boxing/sauna soothes my soul and love to go away camping. I love to game and I may be a little competitive hehe. I did just recently sell my Xbox but I have a Nintendo switch I’m more than happy to set on the communal TV for everyone. Very friendly, value social share house moments and I understand the importance of respecting one another’s downtime and privacy! I Need to move by the 9th of November, ideally like to be out by the 1st. Could team up also! I come with my dog Nila (Very sweet German shepherd. 3yrs) so must be okay with big dogs 🐕 Please note: I will NOT tolerate any aggressive physical behaviour towards her as I had found out this was happening in my last rental without my knowing. I Hope this is understandable as that is not my approach. I’m flexible with house furniture as long as the room is unfurnished Can add my coffee machine if don’t already have one. LGBTQ+ Friendly Respectful of all diversities and religions. I value myself on treating others how I’d like to be treated and appreciate that mutual understanding with everyone. I’m quite persistent in cleaning up after myself because I do value a clean home and being extra respectful when sharing with others. Just looking for a chill welcoming environment to settle down.
