$250/week19-24 year old woman, man, man and man

Hey there! We’re a group of four close friends who’ve known each other for over three years, and we’re currently looking for a place to live together. We’re all super chill, clean, respectful and just generally easy to live with. Here’s a little about us: Nina is clean, responsible, and creative. She loves music, thrifting, discovering new artists, cooking for friends, gaming, and collecting cute little trinkets. She works part-time at a beauty salon and is also studying. Jesse works at the same salon as Nina. He’s super reliable, creative, and into making music, creating art, talking philosophy, and just vibing with friends. Also very tidy and lowkey. Sam works as a teacher’s aide with disabled kids. He's honest, ambitious, and pretty chill. He loves reading, cooking, music, movies, and hanging out with the gang. Caleb is from New Zealand and is hilarious, laid back, and just a good time to be around. He works part-time at a restaurant and is very into Lego, it’s kind of his thing. We’re helping him get set up to move out of New Zealand and in with us. We’re a respectful and friendly bunch, not much of a party house, but we love shared meals, movie nights, and just hanging out when we’re all around. Clean, quiet when needed, and always good vibes. Our weekly budget is set at $800, we have bond and first month of rent ready! Let us know if you think we’d be a good fit, we’d love to chat more! Cheers, Sam, Jesse, Caleb and Nina

Hi!!! I’m Rachel, i'm 22 and i’m looking for a home for myself and my cat, and ideally would love a car park as I also have a car :) i’ve lived in a share house for the past year and a bit so i’m very familiar with the typical ins and outs of living cohesively with others in the house. Im very clean, close friends with my vacuum and great with keeping on top of household chores. A bit about me: I’m working part time as a receptionist/ecg tech for a cardiologist clinic at the moment giving me very reliable income, whilst also studying my undergrad in criminology and creative writing at melb uni. I love a night in with a dinner, book or movie and have plenty of hobbies like camping, crochet and sketching that keep me busy in my free time. I love the melb live music scene too and try to get to pubs to watch local bands any nights i can! My cat (his name is Monty) is an 12yo tabby with a heart of gold! he’s very low maintenance and he can be quite shy but once he’s used to a place he’s talkative and friendly, and he gets on well with other cats too! I’ve had him for most of his life so he’s well trained when it comes to litter and scratching furniture and he doesn’t jump on tables and benches (although he loves to sit at the table with you while ur having dinner and longingly stare at you) I take pride in keeping common areas clean and organised and am considerate about noise and personal space. I'm also reliable when it comes to chores and bills, ensuring that we maintain a comfortable and stress-free home.
