$400/week•58 year old man
I am an educator and classical musician working at schools. I have been a head tenant for many years and I have a solid understanding of what makes a harmonious flatting experience. (The current place will be renovated, therefore, I could move in a week.) I’m clean, tidy, and mindful of shared spaces. I also use gas, water, and electricity responsibly to keep costs under control. Respecting others’ privacy and maintaining a positive and cooperative environment is important to me. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports like golf and futsal, as well as exploring nature through hiking. I believe in balancing a peaceful home life with active and fulfilling hobbies. I’d be happy to connect if you’re looking for a considerate, reliable, and friendly flatmate!

Hi I am a 49 Year Old Guy who grew up in Melbourne and currently resides in Wantirna South. I completed a Bachelor Of Applied Science in Human Movement, a Diploma of Digital Film Production, then travelled across Asia, thru some parts of the UK and Europe, and I have also worked in Colorado, USA and stayed for two Snow Seasons at Beaver Creek Resort, near Vail in Colorado. I then worked for an Apple Reseller in Melbourne as a Service Technician, Service Manager and then as Store Manager before owning and running a small Apple Reseller in St Kilda. I am now interested in Music Production and are hoping to study either full time or part time either this year or early next year. I am a fairly relaxed and chilled out person who is friendly, neat, tidy, and respectful of others space and life.. I anm now looking for a place or a room to rent in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. My budget is around $260 per week which is not a problem in terms of weekly or fortnightly payments, and I am hoping ti find a place asap. Cheers.

I bring warmth, structure, and genuine care into any space I live in. I’m someone who values harmony bringing a bit of laughter when things feel heavy. Having lived in Deakin Res as a Residential Leader, I’ve learned how to balance responsibility and fun: I respect others’ boundaries, but I’m also the kind of person who will remember your coffee order or leave you a note before an exam. I’m easy to communicate with, emotionally aware, and reliable — the kind of person who takes initiative when something needs to be done but also knows how to give others space. Whether it’s organising, listening, or quietly making sure everyone feels included, I bring a sense of calm, compassion, and community wherever I live.
