I am a non smoker and non drinker. I like to keep to myself and read and watch movies and work on some personal projects when I am not at work. I am no drama, quiet, respectful and clean. I will take care of the place like it was my own.
Hi, I'm employed full-time in education sector, easy going, quiet and respectful, enjoy sports, fitness and making the most of the outdoors, not a party guy, don't do drugs, social drinker, non-smoker, low maintenance, happy to have a chat.
Hi :) I’m easy-going, grounded and accepting of others. I’m a health science student pursuing a career in dietetics. As a tenant I am considerate, respectful and will happily contribute to the cleaning and up keep of a household. Having been raised as an only child I naturally like having my own space and time to myself. I truly love the outdoors, fashion and having a laugh. I am the kind of girl who will keep her room clean, stop to say hello and always be happy to lend a hand. I’m flexible with my move-in date however looking preferably would like to find a room that’s available around the 25th February. I currently live in Adelaide but am looking for accommodation for 2017 either in Adelaide or the Gold Coast. Feel free to message me for my contact details to talk further :)
I'm 18 years old, working part time and about to start at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and go out with friends sometimes. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere in mid January, with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. Places with majority female housemates is preferred.
This is a STUDIO / GRANNY FLAT like nothing you will have seen before. The space is suitable for one person only but as you will see from the photos, extremely comfortable. You'll be treated to the best all year round comfort with reverse cycle air con, under floor heating, stone bench tops, stainless steel appliances, separate full size bath and shower, clothes dryer (washing machine can be provided for extra $10 per week too), under cover parking and your own private grounds with garden! The first to see this property in previous years signs a lease so be quick and schedule an appointment to inspect by calling Sean.
21 year old student. I keep a tidy living area, keep mostly to myself. Sorry i am unsure what to write here if you want to know anything just send a message. (:
I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
Clean, quiet neighbourhood. 25 minutes to the city, half hour to the beach. Close to major shops and hospital. Plenty of beautiful parklands near by. House and property is easy to maintain, plenty of storage and ducted aircon and heating throughout.

Fun loving, Neat and tidy guy , working as a community service officer and also studying towards CPA. Living in Adelaide for 5 years. Was living with friends in a leased property and dont want to get into a new lease as my friends (housemates) are moving out of Adelaide. Could see me in the house very rarely as busy with two jobs with night shifts and weekends.
Hi! My name is Chloe (or Cleo) and I'm a clean, respectful, and relatively quite roommate. I have a medium domestic lop eared rabbit named Buttercup (that's her in the pic!) She's adorable and is an OUTDOOR bunny, she's pretty happy in her hutch (which is secured and raised of the ground so she wont destroy your lawn) and she'll be your best friend if you give her sultanas!! I'm a friendly person and I like to have a laugh with my roommates, though I do also tend to lock myself away so I can study. I work for state gov and study Psychology full time (at this stage, I might go part time with study). I spend a lot of time with friends but don't tend to be the kind of person coming home at all hours of the night. I like to cook really simple but delicious meals. I love reinventing leftovers into something new and scrumptious!! 6 months would be my minimum stay at this stage :)
Rent is $85 per week, bills $30 a week extra. Three guys in their 20's need two extra housemates. All three guys are gainfully employed doing this and that. Both rooms will be available on 15/1/17. Yard is low maintenance. Landlord is chill. House is cat friendly. Five bedrooms, two bathrooms. Laundry and kitchen are good to go, the washing machine is super easy to use to and will launder your pantaloons to perfection; meanwhile the kitchen has gas for the oven and stove, a dishwasher, and if you ever feel the need to make a mess in the kitchen cooking all afternoon we're fine with that. House also has LNP posters from last year's election, because a e s t h e t i c s. Lounge is fully furnished, you'll just need to furnish your bedroom.
I am a graduate teacher keeping an eye out for jobs and currently looking into relief teaching (possibly along side a masters course). I am pretty laid back, i keep my spaces clean, ive lived in a sharehouse before and i look forward to making new friends and sharing a place with good vibes.
Hi, I am looking for share house or someone who may be interested in renting a 'new' 2 - 4 bed place with me. I like relaxing in a clean & tidy place, with mature easy going people, male or female. Any quiet area of Adelaide & reasonably close to shops & public transport . I have my own bedroom furniture. A built in wardrobe in the bedroom would be good. I am friendly, clean, respectful of others and like to live a healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately can't live with cats or other animals inside the house and prefer no carpet though its ok in bedrooms. I rarely watch tv as have other things to occupy me. I'm quiet but also enjoy socialising. I'm a bookkeeper and studying and in the process of moving from Brisbane. I stay in Adelaide regularly though where I am is too far from the city. I'm looking forward to getting established in Adelaide early next year 2017.
Am very good with money and always pay bills/rent on time. I respect properties and ensure I leave them as I found them. I also respect peoples schedules and ensure that my night owl qualities never negatively impact the people I live with.
I am having a busy life in last year of my PhD. I would like to enjoy my spare time doing some physical activities like playing soccer or tennis. I am a quite and clean guy that enjoy nice chat with housemates as well.
I am a clean person, always making sure the house is tidy. I pull my weight around the house, not late with rent or bills. I have a bubbly personality and I'm easy to get along with.
Heya me and my bf are looking for a place to stay while he's on home D. Can promise good rent money and no bullshit, trying to save him from serving 12 months inside that hellhole by finding someone who will take us as boarders because we currently have no house. We're both easy going, friendly, good, overlu clean people. Enjoy being with friends but like having our own privacy, he's got kids that's aren't living with him ATM but they would come over every so often, they're the best kids ive met so u won't have sticky walls lol. I'm a full-time tafe student studying automotive servicing and he's a diesel mechanic.
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. I do come with appliances, (a few such as my juicer and knife block are a must) so if need be I can bring them along or sell them, whatever is convenient! My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested
Hi, I'm a bit shy at the beginning but get easy pretty soon later. Very neat and clean. Love food so will be happy to cook meal together time to time if you want. Usually busy from work and uni so I'm a bit quiet at home. But it doesn't mean that I don't want to mingle. I'm happy to have cuppa and chat together if you just knock my door! :) I have my own double size bed and desk at least, so I'm looking for a place unfurnished.
Returned to Adelaide after 20 years in the UK. Professional, looking for a place close to the City. Easy to live/ share with, very happy to join in with jobs around the place. Interested in culture, music and the Adelaide way of life.
We are a easy-going couple moving to Adelaide for the first time. Cassie is working full time as a teacher and Amanda is working part time and studying full time. We come with a friendly and much-loved Kelpie who sleeps on our bed and is great with other dogs and children. Having a dog means an enclosed garden is a must for us. We're happy to manage our own food, or share the occasional movie night and meal with the household. Nothing much bothers us, we're so excited to make Adelaide our home in January 2017.
I am organised, reliable and very friendly. At the moment i am on holidays and am working part time although next year i will be studying as well. I like to cook, hang with friends or watch movies in my spare time.
Community friendly cul-de-sac location, still only one street away from public transport (bus) to anywhere around Adelaide. Central point to CBD, Magill and Mawson Lakes Universities/Campuses for a short commute. In a group of single storey units it offers good privacy and security. I've shared this rental with a close friend for the past 2 years but she needs to relocate so won't be renewing the lease at the end of April. I have one indoor cat and weighing up what options there are for us before the end of the lease - renew or find a new rental on my own (plus cat of course). The right flatmate would give us the opportunity to stay in a unit we like very much. The unit is spacious and I am offering the larger bedroom to the right flatmate. It accommodates a queen sized bed with plenty of space also for a desk/drawers/TV etc., has floor to ceiling built-in wardrobes and direct access to the two way bathroom. The right flatmate must be cat friendly and considerate of the importance of making sure that he remains indoors (there is access to a secure cat run).
Close to city universities. I can drive you 3 days a week, only 30 minutes by bus. I work at casino at night as a croupier and sleep mornings, so I appreciate the mornings quiet, but I'm often out during days also. The inside of the house has been recently renovated with new bathroom and new kitchen. The house is furnished with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, exercise bike, weights bench, etc. The room can be provided with a single bed, pillows and linen if needed, and a small desk is also available. 2 rooms available. My name is Chris.
Furnished secure rooms in renovated cottage Freshly painted, ducted air con, celing fans in each room. Well equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Bathroom facilities include 2 showers 2 toilets Close to major transport routes, ARC Campbelltown and Magill Campus Price includes bills and internet Min 6 months lease
So, starting off my current lease expires 10/03/2017 but I am trying plan ahead. I am currently looking for work and hoping to study a Cert IV in education support. I'm pretty quite for the most part and you may completely forget I am there. I'm not overly tidy however it isn't dirty just scattered. I have very few belongings and just a few pieces of furniture that I am happy to store, sell or use. Am really happy to just have a small space to myself or to coexist with someone else. While I have a preferred area I'd like to live, if it means moving a little out of my known comfort zone, probably a good thing for me.
quite person, clean, has own car and P2 licence. studying at the Giles planes Tafe. I am a rover (over 18 scout) I love camping and animals. I would prefer to live with pets but I'm not fussed.

I'm from South Korea and I've lived in New Zealand, Thailand and now living in Adelaide for just over 6 years. I love people, pets, food and music! I'm a respectful guy who mostly keeps quiet in the house and I love meeting new people and socialise with friends but I also respect peoples privacy & alone times. Looking for a clean, tidy place preferably furnished but if not thats okay. dont mind sharing bathroom. I'm a smoker but I do not smoke in or around house, just to and from work & while working. I also need a small garden or an empty space somewhere outside for my plants. Most of the days I will be out working or school so I dont think i'll be around much, if i am i'll probably be tired and looking to rest and just chill in my room. Look forward to meeting you!

It's close to shops, hospital, school and public transport, it's air conditioned/heated, spacious yard, there is an extra lounge room(negotiable), I have my 10 year old daughter most weekends,so kids are OK, I would prefer someone who is employed.
