Quiet and artistic guy looking to move out for the first time to be closer to friends and University. I'm 21 years old, from the Shoalhaven. I'm a full time University student and work part time. I guess i'm easy going, patient, tolerant, been called "too nice"(?!?), I respect, enjoy a good drink, I'm clean and punctual. I enjoy all kinds of music and I photograph gigs every now and then. I have a hefty amount of records, cameras and tech. Enjoy old 2nd hand stuff and really like exploring arts. Still on the fence about moving, but I really should.
Hi, I'm Ellie. I'm from Queensland originally and moved down to Illawarra to study medicine a few years ago. I'm funny and fun to be around. I am a low maintenance lady. I love outdoorsy activities, cooking and eating, dancing in the living room in my track pants.. stuff like that.
*Short Term Stay for One Person & Two Dogs* Welcome to my profile, I’m a single female, workaholic and froth over coffee and pancakes with the lot and double ice cream on my rare days off!! Now that that’s out of the way... I work full time shift work with the Government and most weekends in Wollongong, and spend my spare time out or at the gym. I’ve two friendly well behaved dogs, one husky and one husky cross. We can’t be without each other cause we fam. I’ve been completely independent for 10 years, cleaning, lawns and maintenance around the home doesn’t scare me. I love to cook, happy to make extras and am very accomodating, I get it from my Hungarian mother, love you mum!! Always happy to help out to make sure people get home safely so if you need me I’m only a call away and I’ll always have your back. Otherwise I keep on the down low and won’t be in the way. Just need a place for myself and my two dogs in between the sale of my house in Jamberoo, and until I find a new place! Happy to place most furnishings in storage if it’s an issue. I’ve one car and one road registered bike also. Moving date is still unsure/pending until sale of house and flexible with length of stay. Not a problem to communicate these things if interested* If there’s anything further I haven’t covered or that might be of interest to ask, please don’t hesitate to contact me! I don’t have any social media accounts to share, but always keen for a coffee if everything else checks out! My best wishes..
Room is pictured. Comes with a 50" (I think) TV. Beautiful 4 bedroom home set against the escarpment with ocean views and a short walk to the beach and train but very quiet. House has just been built so everything is new. Open plan kitchen and lounge leading onto 50sqm deck overlooking ocean through 3 bifold doors. Bamboo floors, BBQ outside, fireplace in the garden. 2 bathrooms, laundry, large driveway and parking.
Hello, I'm a student in Wollongong on my final work-based placement before graduating. I'm in the tricky position of needing a place for only 5-6 weeks as I've been away from Wollongong working and will go o/s over the summer. I've successfully lived in lots of different share houses over the last 8 years. I'm clean, tidy, easy going, independent, friendly and I love to cook. My work schedule will mean I'll be out of the house from early morning til early evening – or later if I'm at the climbing gym! :) If anyone has anything available, I'd love to chat or meet up.
The house is a 70's Hollywood Hills style pad in Austinmer. 5mins walk to Beach, Train station and Cafes. The room itself is rather huge with sweeping east, south and westerly facing views. You will have a private en-suite and a shared office space. We are big on family vibes, cooking, eating, hanging out together. Rent is split evenly per housemate, and are expecting another couple to move in. So $390 for the room or $195 per person. Price is negotiable if you are considering moving in solo or are a super cool couple.

I'm an easy-going Arts/Commerce student at UOW who loves her photography, fitness and chai teas. Originally from Melbourne, I moved to the Illawarra for the coastal lifestyle - rain, hail or shine, you'll be able to find me near the beach!
My name is Joshua Heath, I work in the creative industry as a cinematographer/director. I also write songs but am respectful and not too loud. I have been living in share houses since I was 19. I get it. I am clean and tidy and like to make my room homely. I am up for a chat but respect peoples privacy.
I live a pretty quiet lifestyle, regular gym goer and beach walker or bush walker, I travel to Sydney to see my Dad as often as I can. I'm courteous and would never invite friends/family to visit without giving some notice first, I like to keep a clean house (not fanatical or neurotic about cleaning but I'm not a slob either hehehe). Not into loud music, I'm always considerate of other roomies' comfort. I love plants and am a fully qualified florist (not my full time job though), I love gardening and having indoor plants as well. I am only interested in Woonona, Bulli, or Thirroul, please don't contact me if you do not have a room available in these areas. I am open to teaming up with people only if they want to be in any of these suburbs. Please call me directly (not text) as I don't have a paid subscription at the moment so I can't read messages sent through this site.
Hi there, I am a self employed architect with an 11 month old German shepherd puppy named Elvis (Presley). He is a very friendly muppet who I take into the office most days (in between HOURS in the Park)! I enjoy my own space but also love having interesting people milling around to share a wine or two or three :) I also love cooking, reading, movies, a bit of disco... open to anything!
I am only looking for accommodation til Dec/Jan as i'll be moving to QLD. Just staying down here til my course is finished (studying disability support). I won't be home a whole lot, will either be at TAFE or work. Also going away for 1-2 weeks in October. Super clean/tidy and very quiet/introverted (with random spurts of eagerness to socialise haha). Love the beach, animals, yoga, gym and vegan food :) Ideally looking for somewhere between Wollongong and Sutherland-ish... Nice and modern, no clutter, with my own bathroom. $250 max including bills.
This is a large turn of the century house in Austinmer. Close to the beach, with views to the escarpment from the three balconies. It has lots of common areas, gardens, deck, organic veggie patch, chooks, professional artists and art students. We are 200 metres from Austi Beach. Five Minutes from the train and buses to Wollongong. Ten minute walk to Thirroul. Ultimately we are looking for like-minded, long-term tenants that are happy to live in a communal share house. Students, artists, and professional creative people gainfully employed. No layabouts! We expect people to clean up after themselves, but a housekeeper is employed to keep all common areas tidy. There are various rooms available of differing sizes and rent includes all bills. If this sounds like a good fit for you do not hesitate to email some details about yourself and what attracts you to the The Artists Outlook at Austinmer and why you think you would be a good fit for the place. Look forward to hearing from you
I’m an artist and writer, as well as a part time carer for people living with disabilities. I love the ocean, great coffee, books, art, nature, creativity, music, good food and wine. I enjoy interesting conversations but I also love my own space and will always be respectful of yours. I’m looking forward to returning to the great love of my life: the Sea of the South Coast.
The home is a townhouse within a safe and respectful community complex. It is set in a cul-de-sac yet a 3 min stroll to Thirroul beach, shops, bus stops and 12 mins walk to train station. The home is styled as a zen and serene ambience. The room is a cosy space. The room is furnished with a king single bed, wardrobe, BIR, side drawers, the window opens to a stunning escarpment view. Living with female homeowner and small dog, the home would suit a older and mature female who is gainfully employed and seeks a quiet lifestyle. Clean, neat and tidy is a must-attribute. Respect of each other and space is important. No late night or party animals or TV addicts. Not available to males, couples or children, smokers or substance users.
Beautiful home and great place to live and study, very quiet, safe, peaceful with great views across ocean and escarpment. Apart from your own room, you will have access to separate Lounge room, shared top front verandah for studying/meals in summer etc. Large kitchen & laundry with all the mod cons as well as BBQ on back deck, also ducted air conditioning/heating. Walk to station, bus, shops and beach. Easy to get around without a vehicle (express train 9 mins to Wollongong). I am prepared to be flexible with arrangements. Rent includes bills. Feel free to contact me and find out more details.
Thirroul is a beautiful little town on the south coast. Still has such a nice village vibe but is close to Wollongong and Sydney! The apartment is close to everything. 5 minute walk to the beach and train station and across the road from the shops, cafes and pub. The apartment has a super spacious living area, big kitchen and two balconies. One of which is off the bedroom being advertised. The bedroom has a built in two door sliding mirror wardrobe, is Spacious and has sliding doors out onto the balcony. We have a washing machine and bathroom with bath. The rent is $225/wk. Internet is available but not included in Rent - $40 a month. The gas and electricity arent included either but is only quarterly and is not expensive ($30 each last quarter) There is one car park off the street which I’m happy to share. Otherwise the street has all day parking up one end. The apartment is one of 3 but one is an accounting firm and the other a tax office so on the weekends and after 5pm it’s just us in the complex! Unfortunately no pets allowed and no smokers please!
Great place - really keen to go halves with someone who likes to be walking distance to the beach, train station shops and cafes. Internet and bills are included in rent. Own room, access to plenty of storage, outdoor/upstairs deck, courtyard with barbecue.
I have a healthy sense of humour and I like honesty between people. Am a Counsellor, Reiki Master looking to set up within Natural Therapies in The Illawarra. Currently working from Sydney Health Centre. I enjoy the beach and walks, meditation, conversation over a nice red, and catching up with friends.
I'm a pretty laid back, relaxed guy who studies journalism at UoW. I also work part time at Beer Wine Spirits. Happy to help out with housework and chores. Looking for housemates down to have a relaxed, friendly atmosphere who don't mind going out for a drink or two and socialising. Would like to have housemates who are also students as it gives us something in common haha. I don't smoke but I don't mind if you do. As far as interests and hobbies go, there's the standard stuff like getting munted with mates and all that, but I'm also really into film and reading. I've recently built a PC so I do play videogames a decent amount too.
Hi, Im Josh, currently living at home in Gerringong, aged 21 and looking to move out of home finally and start my own life. Currently working at Wollongong and looking to study in an online course through TAFE. I'm an independent person, but very social in interactions. I enjoy a variety of things, going out to the beach especially, and going out to clubs, movies etc. I do like to explore and visit people around the Wollongong area, and moving there would make my social and work life a lot easier.
Hey, I'm Emily! I'm a casual Gallery Host at the Museum of Contemporary Art, and I also do a lot of outdoorsy stuff, rock climbing and hiking most free days. I have a 3 year old cat and a bit of furniture that I'd like to be able to bring with me, including a washing machine, a small dining table and a lounge, so ideally I'm looking for teamups to start a new place with people who don't have these items. I'm easy going, and mostly like privacy and quiet, but enjoy a good chat like anyone. Hit me up if you think we could find a place together!
Very reliable and respectful of other people and their property. Clean and tidy person. I enjoy the company of others, but I'm also aware that everyone needs space. I enjoy creating music & physical activity.
hey my name is Dan, I'm a pretty laid back guy. I love surfing, rock climbing and snowboarding. I'm not a big partier but i love to chill out and have a few beers. im clean and very respectful of my roomies bedtimes and privacy. i dont currently have a car so being able to walk to the train and supermarket is important
I am very down- to-earth and love spending as much time outdoors as possible. On the weekends I often go hiking. I also love going to the beach and doing yoga and indoor rock climbing. I am looking to find a neat and tidy place to call home in Wollongong or surrounding suburbs. I am hoping to find somewhere that is walking distance to supermarkets, train stations or buses (as I do not have a car and tend to walk everywhere) . I am social and enjoy spending time with friends but do not want to live in a "party house". I am a bit of clean freak so you will never have to worry about me not doing my fair share of the house work (I'm not obsessive about it either though!) I am very health conscious and am looking at starting a new career in either the health and fitness industry or adventure tourism industry so if these things interest you I'm sure we will get a long well. If you have any other questions feel free to ask me 😁
I’m an easy going person, who likes to obtain a clean environment, I am very much into eating healthy foods, I also really enjoy cooking. I am a very friendly and understanding person who isn’t bothered by much. I do enjoy down time to myself. I’m a full time childcare worker and love to spend my weekends out with friends or making new ones. When I’m not working I’m normally enjoying time with my friends or spending time at the gym.
Hello my name is Joanna and I have recently moved down the coast, something I have wanted to do for quite sometime. My family members have been down here for years and Im very excited to settle here. I work in the Aged Care/Disability field, I am a very down to earth, easy to get along with person. I am pretty quiet, tidy and respect others privacy/space. I believe quite strongly your home should be your safe place and I am allergic to drama. I have just found out there not selling for a little longer so will be looking next year...hope everyone finds a great housemate!
Hi I’m a 22 year old nursing student looking for somewhere to live in my last year of uni. I am social and fun but enjoy my peace and quiet for study. I’m active, love the outdoors, am bubbly and friendly :) Would love to meet you, see the house and see what you have to offer! Coffee?
This is a beautiful home with a north eastern aspect facing towards the ocean. The house is built to capture the sun in winter and its large verandahs give apply shade in the summer months. We had views to the escarpment and there is a lovely rainforest and creek behiind Its a short walk to the ocean and a short stroll into Coledale or a 5 minutes drive into Thirroul
