The bedroom has a built in wardrobe. There is air conditioning in the main areas. I have a puppy who’s a staffy/poodle (random combo I know! Haha), so I would love if someone also had a small dog who moved in. I have a decent sized and fully fenced yard for a dog to be happy in. Weekly rent includes wifi, power and water. Netflix is on the main tv and I have no issues with you using my Netflix account in the loungeroom. I’m pretty easy going and have no issues with you having your partner/friends/family over.
