PETS I have an indoor cat Bailey. - Domestic short hair so there is some hair shedding. He's a well behaved little man who uses his litter to perfection. - FIV positive so we're seeking a person/place either with no pets or another FIV kitty. I have all my own household goods including furniture for living and dining rooms, washing machine, tv, microwave and fridge that I can contribute. I don't drink or smoke. WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR: HOUSEMATE - Ideally female similar age - Tidy and respectful of boundaries - Similar interests and values would be nice but not necessary - Non smoker THE SPACE I'm honestly just seeking somewhere quiet and comfortable - Either No pets or another cat with FIV - Enough space for me to bring and utilize all my white goods and main space furniture, (happy to share of course) or some storage space for anything that doesn't get used.

A place where bills and workload is fair. A bit of room to make my food. Occasionally soak in a bath, room for mountain bike,fishing gear .Have a back inversion table(which folds up) too now. Car space would be handy with the part time uber. Have plenty of references, police check,rent check all done. Hi I'm from New Zealand and moved to Queensland in Oct 2018 I wanted an adventure. I have two adult sons and five grandchildren and two fostersons. I became an Australian citizen in March 2025. I'm 65 years young and am a support worker in aged care/disability/palliative care. I work various days a week and sleepovers at the moment. I'm looking for a safe and stable environment for myself. I am very clean and tidy and a responsible person who pays there bills on time. I need somewhere for myself and two female cats, I have some furniture and preferably a carport or garage for my car, if not, off road would be great. I enjoy watching movies, listening to music, and theatre and concerts and going to the gym, dancing, beaches, singing and bush walks, are just some of my activities. I would like to have some adventures maybe snorkling and kayaking. And seeing more of Australia. I am very clean and tidy and pay my bills/rent on time. I do my share of house chores and take very good care of my living environment. I have a good sense of humour and generally enjoy life. I'm just needing a stable base where I can feel safe and secure.
