I have 1 room to rent in my home in Grosvenor St, Balwyn. It’s a quiet area with off-street parking. Woolworths and the Whitehorse Rd shops are 750m away. It's typically a 35-45 minute tram ride into the city. The room is unfurnished, as is one of the living areas, so if you have a lot of stuff, there's plenty of space. I have Stan and Netflix, you're welcome to use my account. There's central heating which keeps it cozy at night. Utilities are not included, the gas and electricity are billed monthly with water being quarterly. Electricity has been around $60 per month, gas around $50, and water $130 per quarter. I've got unlimited data on the nbn at $55 per month. All up, your share of utilities would be approximately $100 per month. The lease will expire in October, but I'm likely to renew it. Apart from needing a housemate who can pay bills on time, and will keep on top of their half of the cleaning, I don't have any set preference for my future housemate. I'm looking for someone who's ready to move in now.
Hi there! My name is Keletso and I am from Botswana, moved to Melbourne for school and work. I’m studying full time at Deakin University and work as a casual at Sunglass Hut. I am a very easy going person and definitely easy to get along with. Also, I’m a very cleanly person so you will never complain about mess with me. Ideally I’d like my flatmate to become a friend rather than just an acquaintance I happen to live with. I enjoy going out - having drinks with friends, restaurants, concerts, festivals etc but I am also very content with staying home and watching a movie/show with a nice home cooked meal (Best of both worlds) If this sounds like you or someone you can see yourself getting along with please don’t hesitate to message me 😊.

I'm a very relaxed and laid back person. I work part-time in Bentleigh and I'm studying full time at La Trobe University in Bundoora. I'm looking to move closer to my work as I currently live very far from both work and uni. I'm not a huge party or going out person. On the rare occasion I will go out but the most I'll do is have a couple of drinks at home. I like socialising and spending time with my friends but definitely value my own space and having time to myself. I also am very respectful of other peoples space as well. I am a very clean person and would never expect or make anyone clean up after me. I am very easy to live with, will respect the house rules and pay my rent on time.

I’m enrolled at Deakin’s M.Sc program, a football, gaming and music enthusiast. I come from Pakistan, aged 23. I’m welcoming to people from all sorts of backgrounds, and pretty patient and cooperating when it comes to co-living. I like my surroundings tidy and organized. Totally up for sharing household responsibilties. Hit me up for team-ups and shared accomodation. Cheers!
Hi there, I'm Tobias, but you can just call me Toby. I'm working part time at a restaurant/cafe in Camberwell. I spend most of my nights in, either talking to my friends on my laptop, playing games or watching Netflix but I don't mind going out or partying either. I don't make too much so I'm looking for someplace modest that isn't too far from work.
I'm a neat and tidy person, loves a chat but respect when you need your own space. Have busy schedule between work and would most likely only be home at nights and weekends.
Non-smoker, no pets, tidy, silent, bubbly, and jolly person. I am an international student here studying IT at Deakin University and working on part-time food-deliveries. It will be fun to live altogether!

I was born in Melbourne and have lived here my whole life. I just finished my Psychology degree at Deakin Uni, and currently, have a part-time job as a secretary. I am also in my final year of studying drama and theatre at an acting school in Footscray, which is 3 days a week. I'm a friendly, kind, outgoing, motivated and social person looking for a share house. I have lived in my current share house for 2 years but my housemates (who are a couple) have decided to buy their own place, so I am moving on to somewhere new. I would love to find a place with friendly, clean and motivated individuals, and hopefully a dog or cat as I love animals!
