I am open-minded and non-judgemental. I respect others' privacy but am also happy to sit down and have a chat. I'm very tidy and organised. I'm an introvert, so mostly quiet and keep to myself. I always pay the bills on time, whether I am working or between jobs. I like to have open communication about household issues. I am happy to compromise on some things, in the interest of a peaceful, happy home. I have two beautiful indoor cats (Toulouse and Pippin) that are shy but friendly. They are desexed and microchipped.
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do. I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if a sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. I'm a homebody and huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 15mths old and loves people and attention, she's quite cheeky.. friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. I'd like a big backyard, more space the better (No townhouses or units unless it's a whole property for myself to rent) My own bathroom only will consider shared bathroom if used rarely by other housemate Large house if sharing WOULD REALLY LOVE MY OWN PLACE HOUSE OR GRANNY FLAT/STUDIO/BUNGALOW!! IF ANYONE IS RENTING A PROPERTY OR ROOMS WITH MY DESCRIPTION PLS CONTACT ME.. ALSO LIKE NO OTHER PETS PREFERABLY AS DONT KNOW IF MY DOG IS UP FOR THAT YET.. Cheers 🙂
I'm a hygiene freak. I'm friendly, very open minded, cool headed, and hate drama. If you give me the space and privacy I need from time to another, and not bother my quiet time, I am your friend. I also smoke indoors when I'm writing. Please do respect my needs, I will, surely, respect you back. Looking forward~
I'm a youthful guy, responsible & clean, working full time in Balwyn in a professional capacity. Looking for a place close to work for the next 6 months (cheaper the better) until I get my own place. I'm easy going, sociable that prefers to live with friendly people. I'm happy to live with all females or guys. I love music, computers, mountain biking, an occasional beer or wine. I'm not fussy about ages as I respect all good souls. I'm adaptable so I can work with whatever is needed to make a harmonious environment. I don't mind smokers as I do sometimes socially but prefer if its outside.

Ready to return to the city having moved to Alice Springs a year ago for work. My year long lease in Alice Springs will be expiring in June and the sense of foreboding I experienced at the though of signing on for another six months made me decide it was time to return to the mainland. As much as I have loved living in Alice I'm being called back to the the coast by the food, old friends, festivals and the weather (my favourite season is Winter, except in Alice where ut consists of six months of cloudless skies). I'm a tidy and respectful house mate, as my current and former flatmates can attest (I'm more than happy to provide references upon request). Feel free to ask any questions you may have and best of luck in your search.
I’m a secondary school Drama teacher working 5 days a week. I’m a clean, friendly, and reliable housemate with a very good tenancy record. I’m a big AFL fan and enjoy casual chats and interaction. Also appreciate my own space a fair bit and you won’t see me for most of the weekend. Feel free to drop me a line.
Hey I’m Maddy, I’m in my last year of studying Building Design at Swinburne in Hawthorn and I work part time at Chemist Warehouse. I’m originally from Traralgon which is 2 hours south-east of Melbourne, but moved up here for uni. I’m easy going and can keep to myself but I’m also keen to chat and hang out from time to time. I’m very laid back, I’m clean and tidy, and I understand the importance to pull your weight in a share house.
I’m very easy going, independent and enjoy meeting new people. I like to be sociable but always respect others privacy. I’m currently working in the family business and always pay my rent and bills on time. My interests include good food, great coffee and keeping fit when I can.
Hi I'm looking for a room 20 minutes within the CBD - happy to team up with another person to get a place but don't want to be living with more than 4 people total I'm a 27 year old Personal Trainer + Health Coach - vegan as well (saw that some people don't want meat cooked in there house so totally get that) Looking to move in with people that are positive and laid back, and not party animals I'm a workaholic and love being out and about on the weekends and going on adventures I have a 3 year old kelpie so will need a place with a backyard and pet friendly :)

Hey, I'm looking for pet friendly households or people willing to team up for a rental in the eastern suburbs. I currently live and work in Camberwell so suburbs surrounding there are ideal but willing to travel for work. I have two Labradors Mac and Bonnie, they are fully house trained and stay outside 99% of the time ( they sleep on my bedroom floor, this can be negotiated if you prefer a dog free house). They as well as me prefer this. They are older so are chilled out and love everyone. They also get along with others animals so we wouldn’t mind sharing a home with others furry friends. At the moment I'm actively looking at places but I'm also flexible with move in date, but I'm hoping to find something in the next 6 months. I currently work full time as a dental assistant, and keep quite busy on the weekends. I'm Looking for house mates of a similar age group ( mid to late 20's and early 30's) who are willing to chill but are also respectful of personal space. I would prefer a long term lease , because seriously, who enjoys moving?. My max budget would also be around the $150 - $175 per week but am willing to fork out a bit extra if the perfect property exist. Flick us a message if this sounds like you Emma x
I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished 'self contained accommodation' rather than sharing. The house where my current 'granny flat' is situated has been sold and I require new accommodation by mid April at he latest. A 57 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and after all they are true judges of character ;) Michael
Very easy to get along with, very clean and tidy, spends most hours of the day at work, very welcoming to others and always up for a good laugh and a few drinks. i work in chadstone and would like something closer to work.
Business professional working full-time. Just moved to Melbourne last Oct from overseas. Love cooking, doing yoga and craft art, easy going, clean, tidy, non-smoker, and respectful for privacy. Not a party person but always up for a chat/drink after work.
Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm looking to move into a share house Mid May. I'm a relaxed, fun loving person and very social. I'm respectful of personal space and am clean and tidy. I make a mean Sunday roast and piña coladas. Originally from NSW, studying my masters in Physiotherapy and working at a pub. I love sports, the outdoors, getting together with friends and a good night out. I look forward to meeting potential housemates and hopefully making life long friends in the process:))) I'm also allergic to cats. So cat free households are a must haha
28 year-old full-time Software Engineer (working hours 8-5ish) who loves gaming (board games and video games), camping, keeping fit, reading and going out. Been living in and around Melbourne since a very young age, rented a lot and always had full bond return. I like things to be tidy, but I'm not a clean-freak. Looking for a mix of social and solo-time, preferably with people aged roughly up to mid-30s. Have 2 dogs - a 5-year-old Husky and a 1-year-old English Pointer x German Shepherd - both well-behaved and well-trained. Happy to provide assurance in the form of extra bond or pet agreement, etc. I'm adaptable and like to think I'm easy-going, also have quite a few pieces of furniture and appliances to bring to the table (no pun intended?). I'm a decent cook and used to cooking large batches of food and I'm house-broken (used to doing the chores required to keep a tidy place). Would also love to get together and start a share house - shoot me a message!
Hey! My names Liv - I'm 19 years old and currently taking a year off uni to work part-time. I like to think of myself as a pretty fun, laid back kinda gal. I'm always down for a drink or two and a chat but i'll also respect your space and time alone. I've just moved back to Melbourne after living in a share house with 12 people in Geelong - so communal living is super familiar to me and I have no issues living in close quarters with others. I'm also all about the LGBT+ community, and would have no qualms whatsoever about having a rainbow house! Shoot me a message if you want to know more about me as a potential flatmate! Liv :)
In the darkest of nights 29 years ago long before dawn broke across the horizon, amidst the deepest pain and highest joys a child was born the likes of which this world has never seen before. They would be destined to change the world. I hope to meet them one day, we share the same birthday. :) So… I’m a Melbourne native. I came from a big family, grew up fighting aliens and avoiding homework, and along the way became passionate about artificial intelligence, the galaxy, entrepreneurship, fitness, mediation, relationships and human minds. At least that’s what I seem to talk about after a glass of red. When out in the world I fall over trying to juggle being the best version of myself and not taking life too seriously. Fun Fact Time! - I work full time in Software Support. - I eat all of the things. - I have a pet cat Genghis (like the Khan) and occasionally 2 others Ebony and Gemini. - I have half a postgrad in economics. To be continued…. - I’m really good at listening carefully and then giving bad advice. - The gym is a recent habit I’ve picked up. - I read a lot. Good writing is more important than genre. TL;DR I’m a 31, clean, fun, working professional, have 2 cats and won't murder you in your sleep.
I am very easy to get along with. I am overall a very clean and hygienic person. I am organized and pay rent on time. I have an indoor British Short Hair Cat. She is trained well and does not scratch anything. She likes to sleep alot and stays in my room so wouldnt get in anyones way. I work long hours most days employed as a Traffic Controller. In my free time I like exploring new places and trying new things (anything adventurous)
