I am a Patient Transport Officer (non-emergency Ambulance Officer) and am seeking 'granny flat' accommodation. Requiring furnished/partly furnished 'self contained accommodation' (Not house share). Access to a laundry is preferable. A 58 yo divorced 'gentleman' who has been a home owner in the past and who is clean living, quiet and respectful. Dogs seem to love me too and after all, they are true judges of character ;) References available on request. Michael
I have a time limit to move out of home as my parents mental health is unstable. Im looking for somewhere long-term, or at least until i can work full time and provide history to get private rental. I study short courses every week, I am continuing V.C.E. to go to uni and I work part time. I am reliable, quiet, easy going, friendly, and love to relax with friends after a hard-working day. I keep my circle small so you don’t have to worry about disturbances e.g. parties, people walking in and out, loud people.. -420 friendly would be great
I am pretty friendly, easy going and extremely clean when it comes to kitchens and common areas!! I like my own space and the opportunity to come home and relax - I am warm and friendly though, so don't mind a chat and a hug if its been a hard day for me or my fellow housemate/s. I have a gorgeous pure white, short haired cat who is totally deaf. She is the most loving and affectionate cat you'll ever meet in your whole life. She is quite a character! Hoping to find one or two other people to live with, preferably people who have already lived together for a little bit so that I know they already approve of each other. Do not want to live with people who: hold grudges, are passive aggressive or controlling. Definitely DO want to live with people who are reasonable, mature adults, who are aware of how they make other people feel, and who are also quite tidy and clean. I like a more minimalist lifestyle - no clutter, just the stuff I really need and a few intentional, well thought out decorative things. Things that bring peace and joy! I know this can be hard to achieve but thought I'd put it out there. Also, I love Christmas and would really love permission to be in charge of putting up a Christmas tree <3 <3 <3 I am obsessed with well decorated tree that fits in with the current trends.
Hi I’m a 38 year old female with a beautiful kelpie x staffy female 18 mth old dog. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place preferably with a large yard that’s either on my own or granny flat/bungalow self contained or at least with an ensuite attached. If I am to share then I’d like the house to be large with multiple living areas. I need somewhere without other pets as my dog is friendly but not when it comes to her food as she’s very protective over that and had issues at my last place with this when someone brought his dog after we had already been there first so I know for sure this does not work!! I am looking in the Manningham, Whitehorse and Maroondah, Plus Montmorency, Eltham North eastern areas. Looking for a chilled out, respectful household and homely environment as want a home not accomodation. I want to be close to my family who live in Doncaster so that’s why these areas are where I’m looking at...
Born in rural South Australia. Raised and educated in Melbourne. Always loved to travel; parts of Asia, Europe and Northern U.S. over the past 15 years. Travelled Africa for 2.5 years since then. A lot of life experience lived. I am good at respecting other peoples' space. I do my best to keep a pretty low profile, and not be a bother to other people.
Hi I’m looking to move out some time next year and just getting an idea of what’s out there.. I am a genuine, kind, bubbly person keen for a chat and always open to making new friends, although I still like my own alone time. I currently have 3 jobs, part time at Woolworths on weekends and a casual primary teacher during the week I also do freelance makeup artistry on the side. I am looking into getting a more full time position as well. I clean up after myself and usually keep very neat, I also love to cook and bake and don’t mind sharing.
Hi, my name is Tim, I'm 41 years old, I work full time on afternoon shift in the printing industry. (So you'd have the place to yourself in the evenings). I am eating a plant based diet and am into a healthy lifestyle, I go to the gym when I can usually in the morning. I love to travel I recently got back from Cambodia checking out Angkor Wat. I also like socialising with my friends and making new friends. I consider myself to be a friendly happy person I also like to keep the house clean, neat and tidy.
I am generally a pretty easy going person, enjoy a place that is clean and tidy most of the time but not fastidious.. I love dogs if you have them. I like a bit of gardening so will probably be keen to get some planters going with some simple herbs. I also love to cook when the mood takes me and enjoy a glass of wine/chat with people I live with but also happy to do my own thing. I am from Adelaide but been in Melbourne for the last two years. Looking for a place to make home long term. I would prefer to live with other women that are also renting. I am currently working full time and studying part time but will be going full time in March at Deakin doing psychology and working part time so I imagine I will be out quite a bit! I'm left leaning and enjoy hiking and yoga, would also prefer to wait to find the right place :)
Hi, I'm Patrick. I'm an engineering/computer science student studying at Swinburne. I'm a tidy person that doesn't make a mess. I'm out of the house most Friday nights with friends, and occasionally spend the weekend out camping as well. I don't mind having a chat or joining a group meal. I'm looking for a no drama longer term living situation. I ride a motorcycle, so off street parking (preferably out of sight) is a plus. I've been living in a share-house in Blackburn for the past 15 months, and am only moving out to find a place closer to work and uni. I have some furniture I can bring with me, including a dining table, spare bed, mini fridge, and a compact BBQ.
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
You will be sharing our beautiful house, we are family of 6, the environment is friendly and respectful, our house is fully furnitured, the kitchen is open with all the facilities to cook that you can use. The room for rent is ample with a huge wardrobe and double bed, two desks, etc.
ABOUT ME I'm 26 years old and work full time as a Social Worker with DHHS. This generally keeps me pretty busy during the week and I prefer quiet evenings on week days as a result. P.s. - I come with Nextflix and a yearly Costco membership. MY PARTNER My partner, Hashan, is 25 and works full time as a mechanical engineer. He's generally up for a good chat after work but can appreciate alone time as well. AS A PAIR My partner and I are pretty social people and enjoy a good chat or regular catch ups with family and friends - we tend to keep this away from home but for an occasional BBQ or dinner and drinks. We are both respectful of personal space and we don't argue. We like having straightforward conversations and working things out for the best of everyone (collaboration is key!) As we both work full time, our weekends are generally spend out with my dogs or doing other life stuff... Or sleeping in... We both enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places (you will most likely be invited to join in!) and are an active, healthy eating kind of couple (I like to bake sweet things and brownies occasionally though). Both our families live in Melbourne and we generally go to family events 2 or 3 times a month. THE DOGS I have 2 dogs - Vespa and Nox - both girls. They are both purebred boxers whom I compete regularly with in dog sports. Both dogs are fully house and crate trained and they don't bark unless there is need (or, occasionally, when they play). Vespa and Nox are very affectionate, friendly and enjoy the company of people. Nox loves playing fetch with a frisbee and Vespa would play tug-o-war all day if she could! Both girls also love a good cuddle and will happily Netflix and chill all day. Vespa and Nox generally spend their days in the yard, but I tend to have them inside with me when I'm home. They are walked/trained for 30mins every morning and on weekends my partner and I like to take them on adventures.

I (Connor) work part time and am currently studying a bachelor of business at Swinburne University. **MOVING IN FEBRUARY!!** Hi! I'm Beth. I'm 20 years old and currently studying my Master of Teaching for Secondary School. I'm an American, but live here permanently in Australia. I've been told my accent makes me sound like I've just come off the plane! I'm a massive book nerd and Netflix fiend. I enjoy my space, but don't mind a cheeky drink once in a while. I'm very low key and like my space to reflect chill vibes. Therefore, I'm not interested in a party house. I'm not an obsessive clean freak. But I am tidy and respectful of the communal areas. I am VERY allergic to cats, therefore I cannot live in a house with cats, regardless of if I keep my door closed. The things I am looking for are: -Quite a large room -Dishwasher -Air conditioning -Washing machine (dryer is a bonus) -Prefer bills included -No more than 3 flatmates -Allows dogs -Has some form of parking available

When I'm not out with friends, I spend most of my time doing computer stuff or reading. Looking to live with someone who enjoys the occasional brunch and movie night! Happy to meet up a couple of times to see if we get along. Need to be walking distance to a train station or 109 tram stop, with a parking spot near home. Allergic to cats! :(
