I am a social person, I don't dislike cleaning, I like cooking for myself and others, I respect others boundaries, personal space and property, and I love music. I pay my bills on time, I pay my rent on time and I'm not a loud prick on weekdays. Let's be great housemates together.
Currently working full-time, back to uni (Swinburne) next year. Checking out my options in the meantime.
Hi! I'm Shana, 23. I'm currently a student at La Trobe University, studying veterinary bioscience. I'm at uni most weekdays and I work weekends. I play netball twice a week as well. Although I do get pretty busy during the uni semester, I love to socialise and have a good time whenever I'm free, especially on weekends I'm a relaxed and easy going person. I'd love to live in a place with like minded people who would be down for a chat or the occasional drink. I'd like to consider myself as a pretty tidy person, and I'm respectful of other people's space too.
I'm a fun bubbly person who loves chatting, playing games watching movies or tv shows and loves reading books. I'm currently a student i'm studying my cert 3 in aged care and soon will hopefully be working in the industry which means early mornings. i'm originally from Western Australia more recently i've lived in cann river, kew, heidelberg and melton. i also have a fish tank and i am gay and a pagan
Pretty laid back guy, very clean and clean after myself. I work full time so if im not at home im at work or out with mates. i work in IT so i can help with any IT needs. :)
I will be at uni most days of the week and when I'm not I'll be studying and relaxing at home and would like a quiet, comfortable environment in which I can do that, preferably only one other roommate. Originally from Sydney I like to go out exploring what Melbourne has to offer including bushwalking and the beach. I have a car so would prefer if parking was close to where I'll be living. I consider myself pretty clean, quiet and independent and would like that in a roommate. My partner would stay over 1-2 nights a week, he is also quiet and we would be out together most of the time, I will compensate you for these days on which it happens. Happy to look after myself for food/supplies shopping but split bills with roommate. If you can't tell I'm an honest and upfront person :) Thank you

Monash law student full time and sales assistant at Kookai CBD causal! Just after a nice, enjoyable environment that is sociable but also tidy and respectful of each others space and that is quite enough for me to study.
Easy going sociable person. Weekends I spend out at the Yarra vally chilling with mates or going out hiking, camping, etc. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and having a laugh. I have a lot of great stories as well.
I am a very easy going, fun, loving student! :) I have a great record of paying rents for past 2 years and even though I am a student, my parents will cover my rent so no need to worry that I don't have a full time job. Some questions to answer for me :) 1. How neat or messy are you? I am clean when I am in the public area like lounge, kitchen, etc but can be messy in my room! 2. What time you like to go to bed? Around 11.30 to 12? But always different on weekends since I love going out. 3. What time you like to be up in the morning? Depends on my schedule but usually around 8.30 to 9. 4. Do you like to listen to music when you do work? I love music but I would always use my earphones. 5. How each of you feel about having friends in the room? I don't mind at all. You are living + paying the property and I believe it is up to you. Also, I think you would feel the same for me too. 6. Will guys be allowed to spend the night? Please, we all love a bit of tinder date night haha :D 7. How hot or cold do you like the room? I like it hot just because my feet are always cold. But usually I will use the electric blanket so no need to worry to much.
Hi, I'm Christopher. I just got back from traveling Europe and India and I'm looking for a nice place to share with some cool, likeminded people. I'm a graduate of film school and a full time barista at the moment but I'm really into doing film, photography, music, sculpture, you name it. I love the potential for a nice quiet tea with my housemates at the end of the day and maybe the odd loud music session while doing the dishes. I'm a relaxed person and easygoing person just looking for that chill lifestyle.
A furnished / unfurnished bedroom is available in a secure unit. Rent is $740, paid monthly, plus bills (unlimited internet included in rent) which are divided equally. The apartment is fully furnished, light and bright, very spacious, newish carpets (I moved in two years ago), freshly painted and built in storage space throughout. I also have a washing machine. The apartment is situated within 5 minutes walk to Whitehorse Road and 109 tram, 15 minute walk to Canterbury station. Easy and convenient for someone who relies on public transport. Close to Woolworths, cafes, greengrocers and butchers. I am in my thirties, and I work full-time in the CBD. I'm a little social, I enjoy cooking and I also have a part-time business on the side. I have a two year old indoor cat who you'll also be sharing with. I am looking for a housemate who likes to have a chat, someone who is independent, and also considerate and tidy of communal areas. May suit a student or someone who is travelling.
Hey Im Matt, I'm a tidy person always like to keep my place clean, I like to cook, love to go out with mates for a quiet drink. Love sport and hitting the gym. I keep pretty quiet on week days as I am up early, weekends little more chilled. I just sold my house so looking for somewhere to live in the next month or so. Open to either renting a room (needs to be unfurnished) or meeting up with someone who would want to look for a rental. Moving Date can be arrange as soon as possible!!!!!! I am a very chill and laid back person, also don't mind a lot of things at home since I used to live in other share houses and I do know about the own privacy for everyone. Always clean up the common area and happy to share meals and the house spends (Toilet paper, kitchenware, and etc.) I am a smoker but I never smoke inside the house, and I only smoke outside the house since I do respect others. I do smoke but it doesn't mean i do drugs. I can't tolerate any drugs at home. I love animal, so anyhome with pets I am happy to live with. (I don't have a pet though) I work full time at a cafe as the head barista in Kew, so I work 5-6 days a week. So if you like a quiet moment at home during the night then I am the one because I'll be dead in my room and cuddle my blanket. I am originally from Taiwan, but I have been living in Melbourne for almost 10 years. And I like watching movies, listening music, hanging out with friends, having good coffee, have a glass of wine occasionally, and also love to have great food!! I hope I can hear back from the enquires I have sent as soon as possible, thanks for reading!! :) Thanks guys! Regards, Vanessa
I work as a personal trainer, so I'm fit, super outgoing and love being healthy. I'm very neat and organised, only slightly OCD I promise! I'm a bit multicultural, was born in South Africa, lived in NZ for 10 years and been in Australia for 10 years now and loving it here! I have a little dog, pomeranian x jack russel. The absolute sweetest dog you will ever meet! She's full grown at 3kg, isn't used to being allowed to roam around the house too much due to it being a rental but I'd love for her to finally be able to have the freedom of a house to herself instead of a little playpen. Just another note as to how well behaved she is, she barely EVER barks! I love the arts and crafts. Don't have heaps of time for it but when I'm inspired I like to get my pencils and paints out. I absolutely love the outdoors. Camping and hiking is to die for, too much fun! And I believe honesty and communication is key to happy friendships/relationships, so I will certainly tell you anything you need to know about me and I'd appreciate honesty in return :)
I'm a respectful, easy-going person looking for a home with the same environment. I work full-time in hospitality and study part-time at Monash University, and if I have some spare time I tend to spend it reading or having a chat over a coffee or wine :-)
My name is Marina and I'm an easy going 22 year old girl. I am currently looking for long term accomidation in a private room. I am very considerate of others and their privacy and I will always pay my rent on time. I like to go out most weekends and have the occasional drink, but I'm also quite a home cat and like to have a nice quiet night in. I love gaming, movies, music, drawing and spending time with my friends, these are most of my hobbies. I do smoke but not heavily and only outside so I dont bother anyone. I love to cook and I'm happy to cook for myself and others on most days. I do have a car and will be looking for some sort of on street parking. Im also always willing and happy to help with cleaning up the house when required. So, if you think I'd be a good fit for your house please give me a call, as I'm looking to move by the end of September :)
Hello, this is Sabrina, late 20s. I work as a healthcare professional in my home city for a few years. I'm planning to move to Australia and looking for a professional job as what I did. I've been staying in Melbourne for more than half-year in 2015~2016. And would like to stay for longer. Therefore, as long as the accommodation is suitable, it could be a long-term. I'm a respectful and responsible person. I pay rent on time and enjoy living in a tidy and clean environment. I don't mind joining gatherings once in a while, but I don't like drinking/partying too much. Prefer accommodation with parking place. (Might get a car for future use) Prefer NO SMOKERS in the property.
