Hey everyone, I'm a 27 year old female looking for a long-term share house with my boyfriend (24), that we can make a home, not just a crash pad. I'm in my second year at uni, studying my Bachelor of Education (Primary), and working as a nanny. Nick is a trainee arborist (& yes, he will do free tree work if needed). We enjoy getting outside, camping, hiking, photography, as well as sitting inside with a cuppa and a good book/Netflix, mostly Netflix though. I'll be out of the house a few nights a week with basketball, but do my best to keep quiet when coming home from late games. Nicks up really early in the mornings, so a party house wouldn't be a good fit for us, however, were definitely up for housemate dinners/drinks/board games etc. We'll (mostly me) keep tidy and will put in the effort to clean the house, and expect the same from housemates. We don't mind sharing a bathroom, but if there was a bedroom with an ensuite, we'll be even more interested! Definitely hit us up, if you think we'd get along, and happy to come over and meet potential housemates too :)
I am clean, tidy, relaxed, respectful and outgoing! An international student finishing up her Master's course and am keen on staying in Melbourne for work. I am not much of a party go-er but do enjoy staying quiet nights in when I am not at school or the gym.
Short term sharehouse in Balwyn is looking for a new housemate. There are three different rooms to pick from. Depends on your budget. The rooms can be furnished or empty. The choice is yours. Currently, there's only one housemate. The housemate is in his mid 30s. Seasoned housesharer. Works full time in the custom furniture industry. Very easy to live with. The house comes with all your everyday needs. Its a well established sharehouse thats being running for a few years. Balwyn is a quite and green neighbourhood. We are close to the freeway and public transport. Local grocery stores, banks and restaurants are walking distance away. In addiction to your weekly bills. All utility bills are split equally between all housemates. Wifi internet is available and free all through out the house. If you have any questions relating to the house or the housemates. Please don't hesitate to ask. Happy hunting..
Hi Guys, Little bit about me, I am looking for a place to move into so I can be closer to work and the CBD. I have lived in share places before so am very familiar with it all. I'm easygoing, clean, respectful and organised and looking for a place to call home. I'm pretty outgoing but also love my quiet time. I work the classic 9-5 Mon-Fri and during the week and I'm always up for a post-work debrief, a cheeky wine and rubbish TV! On the weekends I'm normally out and about, usually brunching, at the footy/movies or just out for drinks with friends. If the weather is blah I'm also content at home with netflix & snacks! I'm flexible on suburbs and have a car but being near PT is always handy. If you have any questions or would be keen to team up feel free to send me a message :)

Hi ladies and gents, My name is Kiera and I’m currently looking for a place in which myself and my beautiful kelpie can move into! I work full time at an accounting firm which keeps me quite busy, but when I do have spare time I’ll often be watching the football or catching a drink with mates. I’d consider myself an easy going house mate that is clean, tidy and respectful and hope to be in a house with people who share the same qualities. Whilst all of the above is “important”, at the end of the day I just want a place to call home, and be surrounded by people that I can live comfortably with whether that be having a drink together after a long day, going to the local to watch the footy or just saying g’day! If you think me and my beautiful dog would be a good fit for your home, flick me a message! If you think you’d like to do a team up also, this is something I’m 110% interested in so let me known NOTE: I need a place that WILL accept pets.
Hi, my is Jean Ammi. I get along with pretty much everyone. I work full time on burke road in a financial institution and just completed a MPH. I like staying active, gym, drinks with friends. Would like to live with someone who will not just be a housemate, someone with whom i can share a laugh, meal, or an occasional drink.

Hello, I'm Kamara, I work for a health organisation. I'm looking for a place to stay (at least 6 months) around the Eastern suburbs with people around my age, 24-28. I am after an unfurnished room, friendly housemates who also respect space. Bit about me: I am friendly, generally tidy and clean up after myself and would expect the same of others. Socially, I'm up for a chat or hang out. I prefer a non party house as it's nice to unwind from a long shift at a peaceful home but I enjoy occasional evening dinner/movie nights at home. I also lead a semi-active lifestyle and go bike riding or walking. If I sound like a good fit for you, please reach out, cheers :)
Hi there, My name is Sonya, and i am moving to Melbourne from India for my Masters at Deakin University. I'm a person who likes to keep her place 'presentable' and comfortable enough to live in. I am looking for a furnished place with a private room along with an attached bathroom. I'm respectful of people's personal space and their belongings, pay bills on time and always willing to lend a helping hand around the house when I can. My culinary skills aren't the best (even though I love my food), but definitely look to dutch in with the groceries and other expenses pertaining to the house. I love playing board games, and I'm a sport enthusiast. I have absolutely no problem with friends coming over as long as i get my personal space. I also am very fond of cats and dogs, so having a pet at home would be a plus !
This place offers large living spaces, including a rumpus room downstairs, and separate dining and living spaces upstairs. There is a room available, offering a built in robe and enough space for a double bed/desk. There is plenty of storage space - both in the garage and the house for extra furnishings. So if you need to bring any furniture for outside your room, this will most likely be no problem. The house has a bus stop for routes 304 and 302 located right out the front, which takes you to the city - roughly 45-60 minutes depending on time of day. The house is also a few doors down from the belmore shopping strip which features coles, restaurants, cafes and the like. We are looking for a housemate that is independent, keeps shared spaces clean at all times (especially bathroom and kitchen). We are also after someone who doesn’t make too much noise - that said, occasionally we will have friends over on a Friday/Saturday night, but nothing too rowdy. There is a large outside entertaining area which is nice for gatherings every now and then. No couples sorry. This place would suit young professions working full time or students who are also working part time (and who can financially afford). Sorry, no pets allowed. No smokers and not 420 friendly. Rent is $150 pw plus bills. These may be around $60 a month. Internet is also additional to this. The lease is also on a month to month arrangement. The room is move in ready now, so looking to fill immediately. If you have any questions, please send me a message. If you are interested in living here, please tell me a bit about yourself and any special requirements you may have! Looking forward to hearing from you :)

Hey there, My names Talitha. I am 21 turning 22 in October. I am a full time dental assistant in the city. Excited to be on here and meet new people and make new friends. I'm generally very busy with work / study and fitness / dance. In my free time i like to see my boyfriend & friends, Play Xbox, draw, cook / meal prep. I'm very organised and tend to be a clean person. I have struggled when i have lived with anyone younger because of this. I love to have a wine with my friends after a long week. I do work Saturdays which tend to be very busy at work so i really need a quiet room. Ideally I'd like to be somewhere that was a quiet place for the week and a place where we can have a drink together in weekends but leave to party. Love a boogie and party but prefer to keep it separate from my living arrangements. Somewhere with respectful, clean & positive people that are welcoming to friends. My lease ends in August so I'm trying to line up a place before then About you- Clean & friendly! Male or female is okay! Pets are fine too!
