Hi, I am looking to team up with others to find a really nice place. That's well maintained by the owners. Not a run down old place that receives no love. If you are also looking and finding the rents way too much on your own I'd be keen to team up and look for a place to share. I don't mind if it two plus me or one plus me. It must be possible to find relaxed, mature aged people who also want to find a good place and nice person to share with. I run my own business in human resources consulting. And I teach two nights a week. I exercise regularly. And love going to the beach. I'm friendly and relaxed about most things. As long as we are respectful of each others boundaries there should be no problems. I also love a good chat and socialising. Sharing meals and drinking some wine and relaxing. I do have a child not living with me who is now living independently.
