Hi, I'm a friendly, genuine, respectful, honest man in his 50s who moved up from Sydney 3 years ago now and have two adult children as well as my Mum and younger sister who all live up here as well. From December 2021 to April 2024, I was renting with my adult son in Arundel (reference available) yet he has moved out to his girlfriends, and have been sharing a house since then in Arundel, yet am now looking to share a home with multiple living areas plus outside pergola just to use as options to sit in or my own apartment, unit or granny flat. I do need room for a desk as I sometimes work from home as I work as a property Buyers Agent, and also have online business investments. I'm out and about most days working, going to the gym etc, yet in-between I need a desk or a living area to work from which is usually just on my laptop yet I make some calls as well. In saying that, I'd always respect other people in the home and keep the call noise level down. I'm very tidy as like a clean and organised home, so will always clean up after myself, quiet and respectful and can keep to my own if needed and am happy to chat and be social for sure on occasions as I like to chat on most subjects. I am a non-smoker, love reading, watching streaming services like Netflix and sports in general. Since 2020, I have been interested in Cryptocurrency, AI and Blockchain and like to keep as fit as I can as a man in his 50s by going to the gym a couple of times a week and walking, riding my push bike as well, love all types of art and most types of music. I'm after: Yes you read that correctly a driveway, I live in my van fulltime, I have my own internet ( Starlink ) just need to plug into power and have access to bathroom shower kitchen… I just need a secure place to park up with ease of being able to move my van and go for weekends etc I have been in Sharehouse arrangements before on both sides where i have given rooms and applied for rooms and never had a problem and always left on positive terms. I am not the party type of person, i am a gamer, i have everything else and have 2x vehicles one van and one traffic control ute.
