Hi my names Cody recently broke up with my girl friend currently living with mum and dad, looking for a new place closer to work. I work full time, I'm abit of a fitness freak and martial artist, I'm into healthy eating I like cooking ,some people think it's abit extreme but I'm happy to share if you like. I don't really mind where you are located as I'm traveling 3 hours to work and back currently.
I love to keep busy so always up for a weekend adventure and post work activities (climbing, salsa, yoga, cooking together, music gigs. surfing, open to weird suggestions by friends) and not afraid to try new things. Addicted to sunlight. Early riser. Always have a good supply of tea and peanut butter available and makes great rice.
I'm clean and respectful, I do like my space but generally I'm interested in finding a couple of housemates who I can also be friends with. I'm studying in Adelaide to become a teacher and work two jobs, one part-time with children and the other as a casual nanny. I am a bookworm, so as long as there are some shelves to store my books I'll be happy.
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University which I’m hoping will lead to a career as a criminologist or forensic psychologist. I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like playing my PS4, reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Hey! Adriana here :) I’m originally from Venezuela but I’ve lived here for over 7 years (yes I can help you with your Spanish! :P). I’m fairly busy as I work and study full time so I don’t spend a lot of time at home. In my spare time I enjoy doing muay thai and cycling as well as trying new restaurants and having a drink or two! Ideally I’d be looking at getting a long term lease if I find the right place. I’d love to live with people who are in a similar situation and that are fairly relaxed without being crazy messy. I’ve lived in shared houses before so I know how it works. Please contact me if you think I might be a good fit! Thank you!!
Ello ello! I’m a waitress in a cafe/barista in training, easy going, creative and should probably mention I’m vegan. I’d love to be able to have friends round every now and then, maybe small parties or something fun like that. This my first time moving out of home but I’m a responsible and reliable person. So some social house mates would probably make life easier for everyone. I’ve got a dog and cat, they’re both quite old and very mellow but love people. I would really love to foster animals again, so a animal loving household would be ideal. I’d also prefer to live with house mates around my age 19-27. I’m new to this and have no idea what else to say a part from it would be wonderful to live in between the beach and the city!
Looking for a place for myself (preferably female household), to move into asap. Wanting a nice environment where I can feel at home and get along with my room mates. Looking for someone clean who can respect my vegan and environmentally conscious lifestyle. Bit about me: I work as a bartender in town, working every weekend and usually til 5am. Have a partner who works a miner out of Adelaide who works week on week off. So I’d spend most time at his when he’s in Adelaide. I’m very organised and clean and like my household that way, in my free time I go to cocktail bars with friends. Play video games and watch my shows.
Easy going, clean, and tidy part time working post grad student. I spend most of my weekdays either teaching or studying. In the weekend I like socialize over a few beers or go climb some rocks for fun.
Room available until mid November. I'm left the share house to move in with my partner so it's time for us to find a new housemate. Room available now so looking for someone to move in ASAP. The house is in a great location - it's a really good spot for people needing to catch public transport with train and tram spots ten minutes away. Would definitely suit someone studying or working in the city. The house itself has a big communal space, a great kitchen with a gas stove top and a dishwasher, great projector for movie nights, an outdoor entertaining area, fire pit for autumn, big garage, and a really nice garden with some established fruit trees and a big veggie patch There is airconditioning in all the rooms, a gas heater in the communal area. There is NBN internet installed. There is one bathroom and one ensuite. Elleca and Colette will have the ensuite, so you would only be sharing the bathroom with Jatin. The room up for grabs is the biggest in the house - plenty of room for a queen size bed and furniture and it also has and also a decent sized built-in in robe. There is one small peculiarity with the room - it has a second door which goes into the shared bathroom (we haven't ever used it!).
Hi guys, I have a master bedroom on offer in Edwardstown. Huge wardrobe and own private ensuite. Room furnished with Queensize bed (with drawers), desk, chairs and TV. Internet, water and gas bills included. $200/week with split electricity bills. Couples $240/week. The house has open plan living kitchen area with reverse cycle air-conditioning. Large backyard with alfresco area perfect for BBQ. The house is also safe and secure with a remote controlled security gate, complete with intercom system and security camera. Nearby: Local cafe and convenient store 5 mins walk away. 5 mins drive to Kurralta Central Shopping Centre or Castle Plaza Shopping Centre. Close to various pubs - Maid of Auckland, Avoca, Castle Traven, The Highway Public transport: Nearest bus stop 5 mins walk (route 241). 10 mins walk to Edwardstown train station. 15 mins walk to Beckman St tram station. If you are interested or have any questions, feel free to pm me.
Hi there! I'm a final year med student, and will be working as a junior doctor next year. I also run and do yoga. Looking for a room in a share house.
My name is Lucky. I moved to Adelaide from Melbourne about 3weeks ago. Only just started my master degree program in Social Work at Flinders University. I'm a simple and down to earth person and certainly easy to get along with. I love to clean after myself and respect peoples space. I am basically that individual who wants the best for everyone and loves to see people happy.
Employed single male looking for accomodation with easy transportation to North Terrace in CBD. I prefer single-person accomodation (either studio or share house) around $200/week or whole house with 2-3 bedroom under $400, which i can share with my friend. I have a routine life, full time job and respectful manner. I've never had any housing or accomodation issues or conflicts with landlords or agents during my 2 years backpacking around Australia and the previous 2 years studying in Adelaide. I'm sociable but also respect my housemates' needs for privacy and quiet space. I would like to have a place where pet is allowed, but it is not required.
This recently renovated house is located on a quiet tree-lined street in Edwardstown. Just 5 minutes walk from the railway station, you can be in the city 20 minutes from when you leave the house! With a new kitchen and bathroom, the house also has a large backyard with huge lawn and undercover area. The room available isn't huge but can easily fit a queen bed and has a built-in wardrobe. There is also lots of living space with an open plan style lounge, dining, kitchen and sun room. Big TV with Netflix (included)
STUDENT ACCOMMODATION Hi there I have two rooms coming up for rent from mid August, just getting them ready at the moment. One large room and one small room, bed 2 and bed 3 as shown on the house plan. This is a awesome restored mid-century home. Its at the end of a Calder sack which means very little traffic other than the other home owners on the street. The Avoca Hotel is just around the corner literally 1min walk if you like a good local pub. I have a large front a rear yard with a lovely deck and bbq setting ready for entertaining. The house is pretty much 15mins drive to all the things that make Adelaide a great place to live. 15mins to the beach, city, airport, universities or entertainment and sporting facilities. There are also buses and trains nearby, I cant tell you much about them as I don't use public transport at the moment. there is parking available on the street and has been a very safe and quiet area to live in, touch wood so security isn't a worry for me but I'm still very security conscious none the less. House is fully equipped with most things you would need, ie kitchen tools and living and dinning room furniture. I have been thinking of getting a couple of international students that are quiet and respectful furniture is provided. The large room has a built in wardrobe, book shelf, desk, double bed, 32inch tv and small heater. The small room has a built in wardrobe, desk, single/king bed 32inch tv and small heater. Both rooms have ceiling fans. Power always being the big one I ask that housemates be cautious with what power they use otherwise rental rates have to be increased.
Rooming house available in popular South Plympton. Located just a short walk from the tram line, you can have the best of both worlds with easy access to the city and the bay! There is one room available featuring a lockable door, shared common kitchan and bathroom. To arrange a time to view, please call ouir office.
I'm a full-time uni student in my final year of a Bachelor of Education/ Bachelor of Arts at Flinders Uni. I also work in childcare during uni holidays and usually nanny during the semester. I'm seeking long term accomodation for myself and my dog, Narla. She is a 2.5 year old labrador retriever, who is very obedient and an all round beautiful girl! I'm looking for a place that is first of all, safe and secure, and pet friendly. I'd like to feel that I am able to use the living spaces and not confined to my room. I enjoy the occasional social interaction, shared meal once in awhile and movie in the lounge. I'd hope to have house mates that also enjoyed the company of others occasionally and not just remain in their room and never communicate and interact with each other. I'm a non smoker and would not consider living with anyone who does.
Hi my name is Ganesh, I am looking for a room in a share house that is ready for someone to move in or just a room. Also happy to set up a share house with people. I am a young student age 21 studying youth work. I am quite independent I am clean/tidy, make minimal noise. I play and love soccer. Quite sporty will have a go at anything so dont be hesitant to shout out if you want to go to the park for a kick. I am very flexible about how you would like the place treated (eg. Household chores, what needs fixing, sharing in bills) but of course I will be respectable at all times. Can provide previous rental refrences.
I am a very happy person and positive. I study for 2 days in the week and the other 3 days I work full time. Saturdays I spent the day at church and friends. and Sunday I stay with my girlfriend.
I clean, I cook, I'm helpful around the house , easy to talk to, im very tidy, always concious of how loud I am, love saving money Into health and wellbeing and just talking to people
I work for the Government for 16 years. I am quiet, matured, honest and reliable. I always pay my rent on time and have a very good rental history. I also have good references from former landlords.
I’m nineteen and currently studying at the university of Adelaide (economics and social science)! I’m super passionate about the social science segment of my degree and want to pursue academic work in social policy issues such as gender relations. Outside of study I currently work at Kmart Noarlunga and I’m starting my new job at Pandora ACP on monday :). I really enjoy fashion and having fun with my style. I’m hoping to find room mates that are similar in enjoying social interaction but also are mindful and aware of needing space! I also don’t mind going out every now and again to events at rhino room as I have a great interest in music and live music events :)
Just finished my uni degree, starting TAFE in the mid-year. Currently working as a maths tutor, bartender and volleyball coach. Looking for rent below $150 a week. No preference on genders to live with. I have one dog who would stay on some nights I'm not working. He's an excellent doggo :) Looking to move out before the semester starts on the 23rd of July. Generally very clean and willing to help clean my fair share of the house. Hit me up if you think I'd fit in at your place as I'm keen to move out ASAP.
