Hello, My name is Daniel and I am 27 years old, I have been working as a disability support worker for over 9 years, I also run my own business that is also in the same industry. I am looking for an unfurnished room in a home that has a friendly, mature, drama free vibe with access to a NBN connection (more info below), I would prefer a longer period of 12+ months, I am 420 friendly, I would prefer living with other men that have similar interests, but I am open to living with couples or possibly females if the situation fits. I of course always clean up after myself, I have no allergies to dogs/cats, I do not smoke tobacco at all, but I do not mind being around smokers, I have never missed a bill, I do have a rental history, but I prefer to live with homeowners so I do not have to deal with their annoyances. - I do not mind sharing the cost of basics. A little about me, I'm a bit of an introvert that enjoys time to myself, seen but rarely heard type of bloke, but I of course do not mind having a drink/socializing, I spend most of my time on my PC gaming (I am not loud), watching Netflix/Stan or just reading, but I realized I needed to get out more so I bought a NP300, camping maybe? I plan to buy a Dirt Bike as soon as possible for another Hobby (More than welcome to come/bring yours if you have one/want to get one), I'd also like to learn new skills such as gardening etc Please note: I would need an Ethernet port in my room which I would of course cover the cost of it to be installed or by just running a Ethernet cord to my room and then strategically covering it with tape/nice looking carpet mat, I'm just a gaming nerd and Wireless is not suitable. - Dedicated parking in Garage or on property parking would be a plus for my Ute. If you have any further questions, feel free to get in contact. Thank you for reading. Budget - $180 Inc all bills or less Per week/split bills.
Im a zookeeper with many skills. Im a great, fun loving guy, easy to get along with. Respectful, clean and tidy. Love a good laugh, will keep you forever entertained. Love having people over or a quiet night in, easy going. Handy man :)

I live a quiet (retired) life spending time with my friends socialising, going for canal walks, reading, movies and I am pretty easy going. I am also tidy and enjoy having a clean house. I have a great sense of humour, laugh easily, have a warm personality and enjoy a chat over a glass of wine or a cold beer on a humid day...cooking definitely not my forte! I am very respectful of your space and privacy as much I value my own. I love spending time with my friends as much as I equally love my own quiet down time. My life is simple and I enjoy peace and appreciate nature and good happy relaxed and friendly people.
