Working full time (marketing) in the city. Enjoy a couple of beers on the weekend with friends, love nature and a bit of a foodie. Looking for a housemate who’s tidy, friendly and relatively relaxed. Always down for a chat but also respect your alone time. No gender preference. Preferably another professional mid 20’s-30’s. LGBT friendly. Not open to living with children. I have a cat so must be okay with cats. He isn't friendly with other cats but very people friendly and low maintenance. Would be keen to team up and find a place anywhere between Clovelly Park/Brompton/Kensington radius. Hoping to find a place with a bit of an outdoor area, a dishwasher and preferably not too close to a main road as my cat enjoys the outdoors. Seeking a room that will fit a queen bed and some furniture, and also has a built in robe. Drop me a line if you think I’d be a suitable housemate :)
I have recently moved out of home and am looking for a room in a sharehouse either with or without my partner - moving in ASAP. Apart from the occasional bit of singing or guitar-playing I'm a relatively quiet person who would happily get involved in household activities or keep to myself depending on what's preferred. I'm currently working 5-6 days a week at a cafe and I have the capacity to go busking whenever time permits as well. I am really flexible and adaptable when it comes to living arrangements, would love a tidy and nicely-decorated home with friendly, young-ish people but would also be happy to live in almost any home so long as it is clean and I have my own little space to nest in. Can spend around $200-250/week max. - WiFi and carpark not essential, just need easy access to public transport as I don't drive.
I'm a food and beverage geek who works in a lab during the day. I like to relax in the evening by changing into activeware, and watching YouTube videos of elite athletes whilst I eat cheese. I am friendly, tidy, and enjoy cooking. I am also often up for activities :)
I work in the hills in my workshop building theatre sets and artistic commissions. I'm interested in music, art, reading and animals, you'll probably come home to find me listening to music or reading a book. I've lived in places before with big gardens and enjoy planting things too.
I’m a considerate, respectful and responsible housemate. I’m into good food & wine, working full time as a somm, making wine, reading books & watching Ru Paul in my spare time. Looking for considerate housemates who are eco conscious, lovely and chilled out, happy to do their own thing but not opposed to the occasional cuppa tea or glass of wine
I work part-time in education, volunteer in mental health, and study psychology at Flinders. I'm into music, film, art, books, tarot, podcasts, board games and hiking, so it's a plus if you're also into any of those things. I'm also involved in a few different creative pursuits, including music, photography, and spoken word. I'm open to moving in to an established home, but I'm also considering starting a new share house somewhere in the Adelaide Hills - possibly Stirling, Crafers, Bridgewater, Aldgate, Heathfield, Summertown, Piccadilly, Uraidla, or Upper Sturt. There are so many amazing 3-bedroom properties for between about $400 and $600 per week. These are the sorts of homes I've been considering: https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-upper+sturt-427559486 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-stirling-422256894 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-stirling-427564118 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-bridgewater-427380394 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-bridgewater-427547694 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-paechtown-427454822 https://www.realestate.com.au/property-house-sa-basket+range-426891618 If this sounds like it might suit you, don't hesitate to send me a message! I'm also open to renting an available room in any of the areas mentioned above.
I am a laid back student looking to branch out and fly the coop. I am used to sharing and always keep the house tidy. I am very social and would love to engage with flatmates. I come paired with a caring, laid back and affectionate 4-year-old Lab.
Hiii, I'm Dylan and looking for a housemate closish to the city. I work part time but full time hours and I'm basically always out on my days off. I'm responsible and very friendly and think I would be great to live with.

Want to be surrounded by nature, but enjoy suburban convenience? Just up from Windy Point, the property is a 5 minute walk from public transport (train or bus), and driving to the city can take as little as 17 minutes (or 12 minutes to Flinders Uni) pending traffic. Off-street parking is available in the front yard. The surrounding area is beautiful; surrounded by nature and wildlife, with a park opposite. Living in this area offers the convenience of nearby shops, stunning views from Windy Point, close access to the stunning Belair National Park (and countless others) featuring walks, bike trails, creeks, lakes and waterfalls. The bedroom on offer has reverse-cycle air conditioning, new carpet and a lockable door. Whilst the decor is dated, you'll still enjoy creature comforts such as a dishwasher, a modern washing machine and a hot, high pressure shower. Fast internet (NBN) is included in rent: 300GB to share, with reliable speeds of around 28Mbps. Water usage is also included, with rent set at $160pw. The only bill on top of this would be electricity (quarterly). I currently have Netflix, which you're welcome to share. The back yard also includes a concreted area suitable for entertaining.
My names Hatty, I’m a mid twenties student working two jobs (3 days a week and 3-4 nights) while I see out the last 8 months of my degree. I’m an easy going, social person but also like my down time, and understand the need of others down time too. I enjoy cooking, sharing meals with friends, the occasional wine and like to keep my living environment tidy and clean. I’m looking for like minded housemates who can get along and socialise, while still respecting each other’s busy schedules.
*** Please note I’m currently just looking what’s around. Not looking to move out for a few months I’m 24 and working in the fashion industry as a designer. In my spare time I love to go for walks, paint, pottery, cook, binge watch shows and spend time with friends and family. I would love to find housemates that are sociable and friendly.
Hello all, we are a pretty laid back and social couple who are just looking for a place to stay while i am visiting in Adelaide. I am from the United States, and she is from Murray Bridge. My time usually consists of working (a lot) and doing some other activities such as helping at a Boise, Idaho local animal shelter. Whilst her time is usually consisting of working, hanging out with friends, and focusing on uni (gonna be a future animator 💕). Usually in my down time i like to go hiking with my husky Silo, increase my proficiency at archery, or just chill and watch a couple good movies. I also absolutely love the outdoors, and the stress of life here in Idaho has made me consider having a vacation for a little while in a place i think i would enjoy with plenty of nature and good people. I hope you will consider me as a flatmate so i may enjoy your beautiful country, cheers
I am studying Health and Medical Science at the University of Adelaide and I work part-time building bikes at Kmart. I also ride and race bikes a lot. I am passionate about creating and experiencing music and film photography and I love coffee. I'm looking for people who have their shit together, are respectful, and are able to form a cohesive and balanced living dynamic with each other. It would be nice to cook together occasionally and watch season three of Mindhunter or the OA when it comes out.
