"Your" bedroom has a beautiful view of the city lights and is a great size. It’s a spacious 3.4 metres wide by 4.2 long, so it will easily fit a king or queen size bed etc etc. It has polished floorboards, built in wardrobes with lots of storage, curtains, ceiling fan with a remote, a TV point, and power points at both ends of the room. The house is furnished, but the vacant bedroom is not. The upstairs of the house has polished floorboards, 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes (mine, a guest bedroom and the one for rent), bathroom, separate toilet, and another room used as a study/office. There's also an upstairs balcony that runs the length of the house. Beautiful views and the city lights can be seen from the balcony and both main bedrooms (includes the one for rent). Down stairs has a lounge with parquetry floors, a wood burning fire, a large Fujitsu split system heater / air con, kitchen, separate dining with a bay window and slate floors, and a separate room for storage. Outside - downstairs has a partly sheltered and lawned area for BBQ, socialising etc. The house is on a large block so there’s plenty room for growing things if you’re a keen gardener. There is also off street parking with a double access driveway. Belair is a great central location. From here it’s about 20mins to the city, or 20mins to Marion Shopping Centre/Cinema complex, it’s about 5 mins to Blackwood which has Coles, Woolworths, Foodland, lots of local shops and places to eat, plus public transport (Blackwood and Coromandel train stations and lots of busses). It’s about 7 mins to Mitcham, which has very similar amenities to Blackwood, and also has a Wallis Cinema. The Belair and Glenalta train stations are only minutes away from here as is the bus. Finley is an energetic pupper but loves a cuddle too. He comes as part of the package but I assure you it's a sweet deal. I don't watch tv much so you can have full reign of the remote. I also cook a mean chorizo pasta. I don't have a specific time to move out, just would prefer to be closer to the city and work. :)

Hello, my name’s Erin. I’m a single, non-smoking, 26-year-old working full time in HR. Currently living alone in North Adelaide but my lease is ending in December and financially living alone is taking it’s toll so back to sharing I go at the end of the year. I’m a friendly and very clean housemate who is very considerate and respectful of others space. I would describe myself as a homebody who doesn’t really go out all that much but I do like a drink (hello Wino Wednesday’s). I spend most weekends either catching up with my fam when I can (have three gorgeous nieces), catching up with friends, heading to gigs or binge-Netflixing Not much of a cook unfortunately (packet pasta is life) but cleaning is where my strengths lie. I do have my own bedroom furniture and other bits and pieces (small couch, lounge chair, bookshelf etc.) but happy to consider selling/putting in storage however would really prefer an unfurnished bedroom. I realise I’ve started my search quite early but I like to see what’s out there – plus I’m getting keen to move since I currently have no oven, no heating and a hot water service that lasts 5 minutes and paying through the teeth! Oh being an adult is such fun. This experience however has taught me to be super power conscious which I think is a positive and I am a house proud person so looking for someone likeminded. Ps. I have a dry sense of humour and a hideous laugh – these are definitely things to consider as a potential housemate haha. Anywho, that’s enough about me. The housemates are great, friendly and considerate. Located in a nice area about a 20 minute drive to the city centre. If you don't have your license the Belair train line is a 5 minute walk away as well as the 300 bus line. We do have a German Shepard, but she is friendly and you won't have to pay any cost towards the dog. This house has a large backyard that doesn't need too much maintenance and it also has an under-cover area for BBQs. We have a mandarin and orange tree in the yard that produce delicious fruit!
