I am a down to earth individual looking for a place to call home. Quite new to Adelaide, I’d like to live with others in their 20’s/30’s who’d like to be friends. Studying visual arts part time, some of my interests include gardening, kimchi making, Kombucha brewing, yoga, writing. I like to chill out at home, share a meal, be in nature. I’m interested in starting a sharehouse, renting a one bedroom/granny flat or moving into an existing sharehome.
Beautiful location amongst the trees, feels like the country but only 20mins from town, 10mins from Flinders and 20mins from the beach. Large property, plenty of parking available both outdoor and undercover and there's a pretty sweet tennis court. Two really easy going, friendly guys living here currently, looking to add an additional 2 housemates with two rooms available, as other housemates have left for a world trip indefinitely. Gym, shops, etc all less than 2min drive.
The private space includes a full size built in wardrobe, a beautiful en-suite bathroom, and a new reverse cycle air conditioning unit on the bedroom wall. The queen bed is in perfect condition and can stay or go depending on your requirements. The room itself has its own key lock and bolt for privacy. The room is spacious with enough room for a queen size bed and desk, there are duel blockout/sheer blinds at the windows. The shared space includes a modern kitchen-lounge, with a sliding door to a garden area, which is fenced with own gate. The kitchen-lounge area has a dining table and chairs, sofa, fridge, TV, cook top, microwave, slow cooker, rice cooker, sandwich press, electric fry pan, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery. It also has a new automatic front loading washing machine and an outside clothesline in the side garden. Utility Bills are $15/week for water and $25/week for electricity, payable fortnightly with the rent. Unlimited Wi-Fi is included in the rent.
Hey there, My name's Dan. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics at UniSA which means I'm not going to invite the boys over every second night for a piss-up. I do enjoy my quiet time but I also enjoy socialising over a paley or two. My current housemates consider me as a bit of a clean freak which is something I almost pride myself in. Hobbies of mine include: bike riding, photography, hanging out with friends and observing animals from a distance.
Hello there, This is Galib & Tahan from Bangladesh. Currently we're living in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Moving in to Adelaide soon. I'm working as an IT project coordinator in here and my wife, Tahan, is also working in an IT company. We're coming to Adelaide to complete our masters of IT in Flinders University. We're very easy going people. Don't have any habit of smoking or drinking. Don't have any pets as well. We're together for like 7 years and got married in May'17. We never interfere with anyone's personal space. We always try to keep the place neat and clean including the kitchen or common space cause we're kinda allergic to dirt, you can say, can't sleep in peace if the place is not cleaned up properly 😜 We believe we possess the very good practise of paying the bills and rents in time, you don't need to ask twice. I guess this clarification helps most to choose house share partners or tenants. We're available for team ups as well. About us: I'm Galib, 26 years old, currently working in an IT company which I already mentioned. In my free time, I like to watch TV series amd loves to play games on PS4. Also like to play cricket or football in the weekend. Trying to lose weight now, let's see how far I can go. My partner, Tahan, she's 25 and a half years old, she also likes to watch movies, series in free time. But mostly she loves to cook different dishes. Actually she has a knack for cooking I believe. What ever she cooks, always have a great taste. She also loves to travel a lot. That's all about us. cheers!

Hi! We are two students from South of France, arrived on the 1st March to live in Adelaide, and we search to sharing a house for fews months! We will be soon PhD students in Ecology in Flinders Univ. We both are friendly (we hope ;) ) and enjoy sharing good time with roommates. We are not fluent in English but we will be soon as we like speaking :D As good frenchies, we both love cooking for us and others, and discover flavours from all over the world. Fiona is a 28 years old dreaming woman, archaeology, arts and cats fan. She always needs a highly social way of life and discovering new cultures. She wants to learn the saxophone. Antoine is a 23 years old ginger guy, botany passionate even if he doesn’t really know the wonderful Australian flora yet. He is also a sport passionate, and enjoys playing music and sharing it with other musicians. We live currently in the South of Adelaide and we can relocate us at the beginning of April. We wait your message to meet you :) Cheers, Antoine and Fyona
I'm easy to get a long with, pride myself on keeping a clean house, have a great interest in movies and other home activities, appreciate alone time and ensure the utmost courteousness and etiquette when living with another person (being quiet when others are trying to sleep, cleaning up after myself). I work full time on a rotating roster. My work is open 24/7 and so sometimes I may be required to sleep early / during the day as I may not finish or get home until 6 am after doing an 8 hour shift. I live a healthy livestyle and pride myself on keeping fit. I passionate about cars, Marvel and video games. I can be a little shy when first getting to know someone but enjoy helping others reach their goals. Living with a stranger or someone you don't know well can be hard. It's important to keep open channels of communications and try your best to respect other people's wishes. I make sure I am flexible and try my best not to make living with me a smooth and stress-free process.
I'm an English woman who has lived in New Zealand for the last 20 years. Adelaide has always been a city I love and I'm looking to relocate either to a good suburb close to the City or somewhere in the Hills. I would like to live more comunally but also value my own space, privacy and independence. My ideal is a home large enough for each of us to have our own rooms but to share a large kitchen with eating and sitting areas. I currently have a ten year old dog but even after she goes I know I would wany a cat or another dog. Does this sound good to you?
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

Hi I'm Nick looking for house/flat to move in now, also interested in starting new renthouse. I am 21 yrs old, full time student studying diploma of hospitality and working part time as a chef. I'm from South Korea and I've lived in New Zealand, Thailand and now living in Adelaide for just over 7 years. Looking for a clean, tidy place preferably furnished but if not thats okay. also dont mind sharing bathroom as long as everybody pitch in to keep it clean. I love meeting new people and socialising but I also respect peoples privacy and their alone times. A little bit about myself My most favourite thing in the whole wide world is motorcycles, but sadly i got in a nasty crash couple months ago that wrecked my very cool, very loud when pulling into the driveway at night bike. I go to the gym religiously because i like to lift heavy things from the ground. And I like trying to garden stuff that i can use for food but not very good at it. Occasionally I cook very large amounts of tasty food when I get inspiration and thats usually a good netflix night. I would really prefer this to be a long term home so i would like to live with someone/people who are like minded, honest and can communicate about any issue that is important openly and professionally. I would love to meet for a chat so please let me know if you're interested! Look forward to meeting you!
Hi All, I'm a Uni Student at the Con and have lived on my own for 2 years, I'm looking to share space with likeminded people that get on but also enjoy privacy. The reason why I'm moving is because I want to live closer to Uni for my final year. Would be great to hear from you if you want to catch up on the phone. I'm happy to help around the house because I am responsible, respectful and easy-going. When I'm not at the Con or performing I work as a Landscape-Gardner. I don’t party hard because I'm more chill, anyway talk soon. Oh and I have references from the guys & girls I've been living with.
If there's enough room I'll bring my drum kit ;) Lived in share houses the past couple of years so Im well trained in being a respectful, clean housemate haha. Work overnights mainly in fast food to pay the bills while I serve my licence disqualification so I can get back into my apprenticeship in mechanics. I bus everywhere at the moment so location isn't such an issue as long as getting to work early/late works with the timetables.
Hey everyone, my name's Manita, I'm 23 years old and studying a Bachelor of health science/master of occupational therapy at flinders university. I love going out for coffee, walks on the beach, watching netflix and having a drink or two with friends. I enjoy being social but also like my own space to relax and study. I'm clean, respectful of others and easy going. I've been living in share houses for four years and love meeting new people and making new friends. I often go interstate to visit family and friends during uni holidays. I have a beautiful 14 year old labrador border collie cross named Blossom. She loves food, pats, short walks and otherwise sleeps the majority of the day. Let me know if you're interested in catching up for a coffee or have a room available :) Looking forward to hearing from you

Hello, I’m a 24 year old law student at Flinders looking for somewhere to live in between the uni campus and the city. I grew up in Adelaide but have also lived in share houses in England and Malaysia. I have a degree in Politics, International Studies and Philosophy and work part time as a student support worker at a high school. Hoping to find down-to-earth, clean and friendly housemates. I would like to move into a fairly social household who also respect my need to study. I definitely need a car park but I don’t mind if it’s on-street parking. I have a fair bit of furniture/kitchenware etc. I would like to find somewhere relatively long-term. More than happy to live with someone who has pets. I’m happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
