Hey there! I'm making the move to the ACT from the NSW south coast for work and to begin my studies. I'd say I'm a great, easy person to live with as I like to keep things clean and tidy, am a reliable person when it comes to paying the rent and do respect the privacy of others. I keep to myself most of the time and do appreciate my quiet time to recharge, but am always up for a stimulating conversation with a few good laughs thrown in over a good meal or a coffee as well as getting the opportunity to meet new people and develop friendships. I'm an active person - in my free time I enjoy keeping fit by going for long walks, the gym and have been involved in sport and fitness most of my life. I also enjoy getting out of the house and going for nice long roadtrips and stopping off to new places to explore.
CIT environment graduate looking for long-term accommodation. I like to keep my place clean and tidy, and I get along with just about anyone. I enjoy art, photography, gaming and the outdoors.
I am a Chinese student. Before coming to Australia, I was living in Finland for 4 years. I love Scandinavia culture and Europe. From August, I will start my PhD in computer science in ANU. I do research on artificial intelligence. Computers nowadays can surpass human in strategy game playing but they are nowhere comparable to human when it comes to describing what's in a picture. I want to make computers see better and understand this visual world. I also have keen interest in visual art, great ideas and good wine.
I'm friendly, easy-going, conscientious, neat and tidy and pretty quiet. I work full time as a vet nurse, a job I absolutely love. In my spare time you'll find me relaxing, watching a movie or TV show, going to markets, out for dinner or walking my dog. I'm in no way a party animal, though I'm not opposed to a glass of wine or two. I like to keep a clean house and nothing annoys me more than people who can't clean up after themselves. I really have no huge preference to suburbs in Canberra. So yes, I have a dog. I also have two cats. Tommy is a 6yr old DSH who does nothing but sleep. Maxie is about 1.5yrs, also DSH. She's very sweet and a bit of a homebody. Roy is a small poodle mix, 7kg, about 1yr old, quite timid when he first meets people but a real character once he's happy and comfortable. The cats are outside during the day, inside at night and, being a vet nurse, I'm lucky enough to be able to take Roy with me to work every day! Both cats are litter trained and Roy is house trained. All three are up to date with vaccinations, worming and flea treatment. Can provide referees.
- Moving to Canberra from Newcastle to study at UC - 27yo, lived in share house environments for the past 7 years - Reliable (rent + bills paid on time), respectful, clean, tidy, laidback, good for a laugh - As I'm moving to a new city, I will be looking for casual/part time work to commence as soon as I can - Worked in the health & fitness industry for the past 4 years so living an active, healthy, #fitlife pretty much sums me up - Enjoy getting outdoors, exploring and adventuring, experiencing good quality food as well as hanging out with family and friends - I get along with all animals (dogs in particuarly) so no problem there if the house has pets - I'm a non-smoker, not a big party animal but don't made the occasional drink here and there - Would be looking to move in the weekend of 05/08/17 - As I live in Newcastle, NSW, coming to view/inspect the room is a bit of an issue but as mentioned above I'm quite laidback so I'm sure whatever photos you provide will suffice - If you'd like to have a chat and get to know me more I'm happy to talk on the phone or via skype Cheers, Toddy
Hello, I'm a recent public relations graduate currently doing bar work. I like to hang out and watch movies but love geeking it up on my computer as well. I love dogs but currently have no pets and like a good balance between being social with a few wines or beers and being lazy. As I am currently awaiting full time work in my field my current max budget for a place is $200pw Cheers!
Moved to Canberra from Sydney for public service work. I am independent, tidy, and considerate of others, having lived in shared accommodation my whole adult life. I like having a good convo or sharing a laugh or listening to music. I also look to keep fit, and enjoy being a foodie. I don't usually cook ate home, but sometimes can try my hand at it. Ideally, looking at 2-bed places. If you have a place in a house, or want to team up to get one to share, let me know.
I am a 19 year old, full time Canadian study abroad student, studying at the University of Canberra. I am looking for a private room, preferably furnished in walking distance to UC for the months of August through November. I love being social, but still like some time to myself. I am very respectful, always up for a chat, and happily willing to do my share of the chores!

I'm from the mid north coast and David is from Sydney. We are moving down as we are both about to study at UC. I play professional cricket and I'm down here for the season to play and train. We are both outdoorsy and love camping. We are both really active. We are into crossfit, go mountain biking, play golf and David has recently taken up archery. We are tidy af, super easy going and fun to be around... and we can cook up a mean feast!

Hello! Somewhat new to Canberra (9 months) and absolutely love the tree change from Sydney. I am the travelling/adventure type so I tend to spend most weekends exploring. I also work in aviation so that keeps me fairly busy and not so "grounded". In between post-grad study and full-time work I can be quite a home body with adventures tailored to baking disasters, or simply giving in to a glass of red and take away. Would love to find a new place to share with people I can call friends and continue to explore the ACT and beyond! I would be open to leasing a property with others or moving into an existing residence. I do come with furniture and a lot of books - furniture being optional :) Looking forward to meeting you! Lea
