Hi! We are a couple from Philippines with the age of 25 and 27 years old. Male and Female. Open to live with any age and gender. Both of us will work full-time. We'll be working in a restaurant around Bunda St. in North Canberra so we're prefer to stay around O'connor, Braddon, Aisnlie and Turner suburbs. we're looking for Furnished place and planning to rent for 6mos or so. Hope you to look for a place soon! :)
A stunning view over Lake Ginninderra facing north east so we get the sun in the morning and in the afternoon to see the beautiful sunsets from the kitchen window, with plenty of cross breeze. Have premium Foxtel on, unlimited broadband, BBQ on the balcony and good size area for entertaining, plus air conditioning that cools the place down in no time. It's extremely private on an end block on the fifth level which is the top floor and very quiet. Opposite the Westfield shopping centre which is a 6-minute walk, plenty of car parking, bus areas downstairs close by. Room available is in a quiet and cool location of the apartment that is fully furnished a new Queen Bed, tall boy and two side tables. Friendly respectful neighbors. This took me over 6 months to find a place like this and you won't be disappointed as has a modern look. If you feel like being in a great location then this is the spot with all the great exercise facilities in front of you with Lake Ginninderra and Cisacs gym around the corner plus all the cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Hello, my name is Nicole, 30, and I need to move to Canberra in January/February! I will be starting a PhD at ANU with a scholarship in March 2019. My discipline is sociology/gender studies. In 2018, I completed Honours in Melbourne, however I am originally from Newcastle, NSW. I am very excited to move to Canberra and I hope to find a clean and tidy house and some nice roomies. My budget is $150-$200. I would like to live within riding distance of the university and close to public transport and a grocery store. Ideally, I would like to move in to an already established share house which is already furinished and has kitchen/laundry facilities and utensils. Sufficient fridge/freezer space is also important as well as I like to batch cook and freeze meals. A well ventilated house would also be ideal (e.g. central heating/aircon), as I know Canberra gets cold in winter! Thanks for reading, and get in contact if you think I'll be a good fit!
I'm a psychology student moving up from Melbourne and working part time. I am looking for a place to call home for the year. I'm looking for a cosy, homely, green, and calm living space to share, preferably close to University of Canberra. Things I find myself doing often/ hoping to see myself doing often: yoga, reading, writing, spontaneous journeying, gardening, drumming, silent musing, cycling, looking at food recipes, going on irrelevant tangents. I'm not that loud nor like drink-brandishing parties and generally prefer interesting connections and conversations.
Hi, I'm Rhys I'm starting full time work at The Treasury, and I'm looking for a chilled out place in Canberra to live. Ideally, I'd like somewhere that's quiet and relaxed during the week, but open to having a glass of wine or a beer on the weekend.
I’m from a small country town couple of hours away, I love animals! I keep to myself I’m very tidy person. Stating to get into fitness while not at work :) I have said I do have pets, I’m hoping to be able to bring my dog with me but if not that will be fine ☺️
Hello :) My name is Manjari, originally from Melbourne, and I currently work full time in the Public Service. I'm friendly and always up for a chat/hanging out but understand the need for personal space! I'm clean and tidy by nature. **Warning: coffee snob, laughs at lame dad jokes and enjoys a netflix binge :)
I live in Sydney and commuting to Canberra to work full time job for a Government company at Belconnen - Canberra. I am an IT Project Manager. I drive to Belconnen on Monday morning and drive back to Sydney on Friday late afternoon. Basically, I only sleep in Canberra Mon-Thu. I am a cheerful, friendly and cooperative person. I can cook Asian cuisines and enjoy a glass of red wine with friends. I like classical music. I like tidy and clean room/house. I respect other people privacy and expecting the same. I am looking for place which is closer to Benjamin Way, Belconnen, so that I can walk to/from the office.
From the Gold Coast originally, I’m looking for a room to rent from Feb-Jul 2019 so I may complete my final semester of undergraduate studies at the ANU. Friends describe me as easygoing, quiet and respectful. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you can recommend a place to settle in or have any further questions. Thanks!
Hey future housemates, I’m returning to Canberra after a year working full time in Melbourne to study my Bachelor of Nusing at UC. I’m fun loving and bubbly and generally a pretty relaxed individual. I’m super passionate about food and wine, and I love trying new things and exploring new places. I’m clean (but by no means a clean freak) and I’m super down to earth and friendly. On my days off you’ll often find me at brunch, spending time with friends or family or chilled out in my pjs enjoying the sun. Ideally I’m looking for a room with its own bathroom that’s able to fit a queen size bed in a house/apartment with great company but I’m fairly flexible. So if I sound like your cup of tea (or coffee) then I’d love to hear from you! 😊
Hello I'm Jem! I'm 23 currently trying to make a move away from my hometown and begin a body piercing career. I'm quiet, honest, easy to talk to and very respectful. I also absolutely love meeting new people! I have full time work where I am now and have located many suitable jobs in the Canberra area! I know how to take care of myself and how to take care of a home, I have lived by myself for a year and out of home since I was 17, I am very clean and tidy and always willing to chip in with anything that needs to be done. I enjoy creative things, I love gardening reading writing and drawing but also love to binge watch stan and Netflix or weird documentaries with a cheeky glass of wine. I like cooking I don't know if I would call myself a good cook but I do make a killer potato bake I promise you that! I have a friendly calm 6 y.o cat who does his own thing, has never attacked scratched or bitten anyone ever, however he does not get along with other animals. I will very rarely have a cigarette maybe once a week but never in my life have i smoked inside a house and I never will, I'm on my way to completely stopping. I don't party I just want a nice place to call my own so i can work hard. I have all my own furniture and appliances so unfurnished is fine or I'm happy to bring along anything that might be needed.
A large spacious apartment with a beautiful balcony full of plants, opposite Belconnen mall, and next to many amenities. Convenient for uni students at both UC and ANU. Direct bus route to the city (and ANU). Private room with your own bathroom. Room fits a double bed, bed side table and small desk, includes an in-built wardrobe.

Hey there, I am a 23 year old from Brisbane who is moving to Canberra in January to start a graduate Job. I like to think that I'm an easy-going guy - I love a chat, but I can also give you plenty of space if that's what you're after. I am tidy, respectful, and most importantly, I am punctual with my rent payments. I am pretty flexible on the rent period and the move date - so long as it's around mid-early January.
I’m a easy going person, easy to talk to and have a chat. Sometimes just like to keep to myself. always clean up after myself and tidy in general. Mostly away on weekends. Main concern is I need a place to lock up my Dirt bike
Originally from Nepal and lived in Melbourne for 8 years before moving to Canberra for studies. I'm a fun and outgoing person who likes conversations mild to wild, maybe not too wild. I'm curious about life and the world so I read quite a bit and can talk about most things. However I do keep to myself mostly, like a decent clean place and am respectful of others. I do like to cook at times and enjoy a good red wine or a chilled beer and whoever I'm sharing the place with - will get to sample my infamous Himalayan dumplings or momos as they are lovingly called.
