Hey there ! I’m Georgia, I’m an easy going, friendly and reliable gal ! I like playing sports , travelling, being outdoors, socialising and having a few wines but also am happy keeping to myself. I’m looking for people who are clean and tidy, easy to get along with and can have a few laughs!
Kate is a 22 yr old nursing student currently working in medical administration and reception. Azka is a 22 yr old university student currently working between retail and looking for a more committed administration role. We are good friends who have known each other for about 3 years and have also worked together. We have had some experience living together and know that we are compatible as housemates. We are looking for a room each, both available in the same rental. We separately each have a budget of 250$ per week. Both of us are single without children and do not have any pets. We are both; kind, patient, fun, social and clean.
I’m quite laidback and flexible. Noise won’t be an issue for me at all cause I’m deaf 😂 I’m currently living with a housemate whose dog I look after regularly when he travels for work. Looking to move out in mid 2019 as my current housemate’s partner will be moving and I don’t want to become the third wheel haha. I have a long term partner who is currently deployed for work until December so it will be just me until then. I love animals and would happily look after your pet/s if you have any. I also love a bit of humour- so my massive wooden shit stirring spoon will be moving with me! 😁🤷🏼♀️ Don’t say, I didn’t warn you!
The property is fairly new. It offers a free gym, pool, sauna, barbecue area and a lovely courtyard. Most utilities like a fridge, microwave etc will be provided. The building is about a 5 min walk from Westfields, Ginninderra Lake and the main Belconnen bus stop. Your room will have a large wardrobe for all your clothes and a window that outlooks onto the courtyard.
Hi, I'm in my early 20's and working full time. I like things to be clean, tidy and clutter-free. On my days off, I'll go out for a nice dinner or just lay back and watch TV. I absolutely love anything outdoors, so if you're into hiking, running or trying new activities, I think we'll get along great! I do believe in environmental sustainability so it would be nice to live with someone who does their part in keeping waste and emissions at a minimum. I'm not too serious so it'd be good to have a flatmate who I can have a laugh with. Chuck me a message if you're keen and we can have brunch or something. Totally flexible with move in dates and willing to move to any suburb in central Canberra.

My partner will be joining me in Canberra over the next couple weeks as he has picked up full time work in the city he is in carpentry. Thanks for taking the time to read a bit about me Cheers!! (:
Hi, Allow me to introduce myself .I'm Alan , a 59 year old single guy who works full time long hours as a electronics store manager at Belconnen . I'm into a super healthy lifestyle /diet a total non drinker /smoker exercise a lot with squash and walking to and from work . When I get home from work at 7pm I like to chill out alone in my room quietly watching Netflix /Stan and then lights out by 10 . I'm not into long convos as I'm all talked out from selling all day at work . I'm leaving my current accommodation because of a all night gamer downstairs yelling loudly thru the early hours of the morning and I love and need my 8 hours of sleep . If your house is noisy after 10pm please do not entertain me as a tenant .I like an all costs inclusive arrangement (including Internet ) and prefer to pay monthly in advance on the 15th of month as that is my pay cycle . I work Tuesday to Saturday and have Sunday and Monday off . I can provide rental references from my previous landlord in Belconnen where I was renting an apartment for 3 years before he wanted to move back in recently . I'm downsizing my needs currently as I don't need much accommodation wise due to my lifestyle and working hours .
A bedroom located in Belconnen location is to become available after Easter long holiday (28 April). Situated 10 minutes walk from Westfield, 5 minutes walk to bus exchange where you can catch one of the 300 bus to civic and 10ish minutes walk to UC. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor apartment. The apartment is mostly furnished. Comes with most standard appliance, unlimited NBN, chromecast, PS4 and Switch. Your bedroom will be furnished with a bed (frame is included and to be delivered), I should be organising a desk and clothes rack. You're welcome to make any input. This room does not come with allocated parking. But there are plenty of unlimited after hour and public holiday parking around the complex. There are also amenities like gym and pool in the complex. Asking $240+$20 bill per week. Flexible stay length of up to 10 months. Bond is not required but one month of rent paid in advance is expected. No couples! No pets! No house party!
fully furnished bedroom. in common areas, there is air con, a tv with Netflix, Stan and a ps4 connected. the apartment has some lovely views and gets nice sun all day even in winter, there is also a balcony for communal use. the complex boasts a tennis court, squash court, gym, 2 pools, spa and sauna. there is a carpark and separate storage unit as well.
I've recently obtained a position within the Department of Environment and as such am looking to relocate to Canberra. Prior to the move I have been living in Brisbane where I obtained my Bachelor of Science from Griffith University majoring in chemistry and microbiology. I'm pretty easy going and enjoy a good conversation as well as being tidy, considerate, respectful, financially responsible, generally pretty quiet, non smoker, social drinker and no kids. In the past I've done a 1,400km hike around Japan and a ~900km hike from France to Spain, played some Futsal, fire performance and wouldn't mind taking some cooking classes or some such if I can find some decent adult education courses in Canberra. I'm looking for a share house with responsible and respectful people who solve any problems with discussion and who don't mind some socializing but can also do their own thing as well.
I'm currently studying IR at ANU and am looking into moving off-campus into a two bedroom flat at the start of next year. I work at McDonald's Manuka (not glamorous, but it pays rent) and between that and studying I love to just chill out and read or watch Netflix. I'm fairly quiet and not the most social person, so the chances of me ever having more than one person over at a time is slim to none, but I love a good yarn and watching TV or playing board games (though I'm not very good). I'm very tidy and will always keep up my end of the cleaning deal. My budget is $200 a week (but less would be even better). Feel free to shoot me a message or text if you'd like to get to know me more before making the plunge! I'd prefer living with a friend anyway so we should get to know each other! :)
I am easy to get along with but also respect personal space, I like keeping clean and having everything organised and in order. I am known as a bit of a handy man as i grew up on a farm and am happy to help out with any jobs or chores around the house. I am a casino dealer trainee and will be working varied hours every day. I also enjoy playing basketball and some other sports to keep busy.
I work Monday to Friday.. I enjoy listening to music and prefer just to chill out on weekends. Looking to join a friendly and welcoming share house. If you have any questions just drop me a message :)
Hi! I am moving to Canberra in May to start a new job in consulting. I am moving from North QLD so I'd love to find a room with some housemates where I am able to make friends and socialise. I am clean and quiet but happy to have a chat and hang out! Thanks (:
I'm a 28 year old young professional from Queensland, moving to Canberra for full-time work. I'm friendly, laid back, respectful of space and low maintenance. I love a laugh and a chat about pretty much anything and in my free time I enjoy getting outdoors and exploring the city.
