I am an engineer who manages a manufacturing software business here in Australia and in Indonesia. I enjoy cooking, eating out, a good Netflix binge, swimming in the surf, driving in the countryside, and travel. If any of that involves a good gin or red wine - all the better! I have German roots. I think I am respectful, tidy, and easy going person, with a youthful outlook. I try to exercise a bit but am not a fanatic. But good quality food and a healthy lifestyle are important to me.
Private and enjoy outings. Very clean and tend do my own thing with others around me. Non smoker, own vehicle, very rarely drink and work part time. I love to cook my own food and don’t mind socialising with others in the house, most times Stick to myself. I love travelling and visiting new places. I spend most times out then indoors. Don’t hold that against me. When I’m inside I tend to stay in the room, watch a relaxing movie and chill out. Prefer unfurnished room as I have a bed design for back injuries that I have to take with me everywhere. Note: With experience and vice versa, i don’t like prying in other pple business and I like listening to others problems when they need a ear.
Heya, I'm Imantha (Or Iman for short) and I'm 26 years old. Been living in Melbourne for a little over 3 years now - moved from Sydney. Work full time in IT and relocating to a new gig in Bentleigh East, hence the move! Between work and training, I dig quiet nights kicking back with a beer watching a movie, or with the girlfriend. Looking for a place to call home! I own a motorbike so require secure parking - garage preferably. Note: I dont have a dog just yet, will be getting a Siberian Husky in May. Shoot me a message if you think I'd be a great fit for your crib ~
Basically I'm a really chill and open minded person who is very easy to get along with. I'm a Monash biomed student and work as a swim teacher at GESAC in East Bentleigh. Despite my appearance I'm a bit of a nerd on the inside and spend my spare time gaming or hanging out with my girlfriend. Very open to almost anything in terms of a house and flatmates both as I'm looking to move out ASAP due to personal reasons and also simply because I'm very low maintenance.
Hi future friends! Looking for your own space in a large, modern house? Our master bedroom is available and has your name written all over it! A 3-year old two-story townhouse in Bentleigh East, we've got a great house in a great area, with a small south facing back garden, internet access and ducted heating and cooling. Your new home has excellent proximity to buses that link with Frankston, Sandringham, Cranbourne and Pakenham lines, and is super convenient for students, both at Monash (630 bus right outside!) and in the CBD. The master bedroom is available and comes with an ensuite, will fit a queen bed (or two, if that's your jam) and comes with BIR + mirrors large enough to display all of your excellence. As the only bedroom on the ground floor, there's plenty of privacy and is nice and quiet - a perfect complement to the large kitchen/lounge setup just down the hall! Rent is $978 per month for singles; couples considered (pending owner approval; $1173/mth). Bond is $4380, split evenly across all housemates.
A good sized room within walking distance of Oasis bakery. House has big backyard with fruit trees. Walking distance to bus on north rd as well as several parks. You will be sharing with two professional women and Scamp, a sweet natured cat. Please note that bond is $622 because one house mate is paying a bit more rent, but bond will be split 3 ways.
Relatively quiet and peaceful location within walking distance to 3 different bus routes - all go past a railway station. One bus also goes directly to/between Chadstone and Southland Shopping Centres. Bus to Chadstone also goes directly to Deakin Burwood Campus. You can also walk to Holmesglen Institute which is about a 25 minute walk from where we live. Monash University Clayton Campus accessible via 2 bus connections or Monash Caulfield Campus by a 10 minute bus ride to Hughesdale Station then a train with 3rd stop at Caulfield Station. Large back yard you can sit in with others for a chat or sit on the chairs that are on the front patio area. Smoking permitted outside house. Farmers Market held once a month at the school located nearby if you would like some fresh produce, etc. Rental Agreement includes House Rules that we ask everyone to respect. Rent includes electricity, gas, water and WiFi. Happy to negotiate the amount for the right person if this is an issue. A Police Check will need to occur for the person we invite into our space as Miss Ali needs to make sure that there will be no issue for her son.

Hey I’m Kane, Looking to team up with someone like minded, male or female aged 20 to 40. I’m clean and organised, will respect other people’s space. Keen to make new friends and always up for going out and doing something. I’m mature for my age so not after a 24/7 party house but definitely do like having people over and get togethers. I drag race cars as a hobby and I get around on my Harley as my form of transport. I love my music, I’m a lead guitarist and like to play a few times a week. Anyone that’s into music would be great to jam with. I’m easy going and can get along with anyone, ideal house mate would be someone that likes to chat, go out and do things, make new friends etc. I’m open to other suburbs in Melbourne as long as it’s close to the city, would prefer somewhere on the east coast as listed.
We are a 30 second walk to a 24hr 7eleven (3am donuts anybody?) and 10minute walk to woolies. There is a park/foot oval at the end of the street and bus stop 2 minutes away. Easy parking right out front. We have Netflix and Stan as well as spotify premium on the main tv. We have a gorgeous courtyard with a vertical garden and really open living space. Big kitchen with lots of benchspace and a dishwasher. We have 2 cats a 15 year old and 1 year old. Both really playful.
Hey Im Luke and I’m a 24 year old Aussie originally from the country! I work full time and train at the gym most nights, I think I’d be ideal to live with because I’m very easy to get along with and definitely happy to have a chat and laugh, but also respectful with personal space/time. Im definitely a bit of a clean freak and I guess just expect future house mates to clean up after themselves in shared areas. Other then that look forward to hearing from you and feel free to shoot me a message 🙂
