I use the kitchen for about an hour, even less, the other bloke cooks a little. Have one small dog. Unlimited internet. Close to public transport - Bus # 737, 630, 701 and 722, Murrumbeena, Hughesdale, Oakleigh, Huntingdale and Ormond stations, Chadstone , Monash, Homesglen etc) Cheers.
The house has a big yard with shades, rooms are medium size minimumly and big enough. The bus stop which is around the corner goes to Bentleigh or beautiful Greek part of Melbs, Oakleigh or if you take 5 mins walk to South Road, busses go to Moorabbin train station in 15 mins. It is a quiet area without any car noise but with a beautiful big park next to it for joggings, walkings. If you have motorbike/car everywhere is in 5 mins.
My teenagers have left the nest and I’m moving to Melbourne to be a part of owning a new call centre in Lynbrook, for Aussie Broadband. I sometimes work a long hours and have shifts that finish at midnight. I will spend many weekends heading home to see family in Gippsland. I would like to fit in a few overseas trips over the next 18 mths. I am very tidy and respectful of those I live with. I enjoy a good conversation at the same time can be very private. I would enjoy being able to host the occasional cheese and wine night with my girls but would always communicate before doing so. I am in the process of quitting smoking and would be happy if to agree to not smoke at home.

Howdy, I'm a 23 year old male looking for some cool roommates to make home feel more like home! I've been living out of home since I turned 18 and have all the necessary skills to not be a pest :) One thing about me is that apparently I look like Bill Skarsgård with blonde hair, I get it more often that I'd like to admit. :') At the moment I work at Crown Casino as a dealer ... Once you have met me I can start calling myself a dealer without negative connotations, but until then ;) Have been working there for 2 years, has its ups and downs but as a part-time job it pays great and I get to be rowdy and have a good time. I'm into sports and being active. Took me a while (YEARSSS) to get off my butt, but I can proudly say I love going to the gym now. Gym was my procrastination at its finest. I also study law and business at uni, taking a break from it at the moment as I'm considering changing courses completely. I live to travel, often going away to my fam's beach house, out of state or once a year overseas. I'm a sociable person, like to go out when work doesn't own me and meet new people! I don't often bring guys back to the house to chill, but I think that is mostly because of the aura of quietness that is where I am living; occasionally bring a girl back home so hope that is fine, albeit I'm not dating anyone at the moment. At the moment I live in Cheltenham, have no rush to move out but am just starting to keep my eyes open. I love living here, the house is great and one of the roommates is a great guy but it's just lacking the atmosphere I really desire as a youngin' as they're both a decade older than me and one of the roommates rarely comes out of his room - makes it seem less homey, especially when I get a jump scare when I occasionally see him. But in closing, I'm quite flexible with a move in time so there's no rush as I am still living with a couple guys in this unit, no rush to move out unless there's a great opportunity for me to bond with people that I'd like! What I am looking for are a few like minded people, guys and/or girls, that want to find an awesome home to stay and just make it a great place to live rather than a place of segregation. Sure, time alone is no issue, I crave that too, but if there's no balance it just sucks; no household vibe. I want to watch Netflix with you guys, have a drink or two in (or out of) the home and just catch up with each other about our lives - more or less friends that live with each other, preferably around the same age as me as I found if the age difference is substantial it's hard to relate to the early 20's kind of life :) A little alcohol a few times a week wouldn't go astray. Ask me anything!

NBN connected, so a suitable plan easy to arrange as a group incl Foxtel. Amenities: Large fridge to yourself and 1 other, new clothes washer, kitchenware and appliances provided. The room available has an en suite, split system great for the stinking hot nights and great to warm up the room on these cold nights while also the house has ducted heating and a split system in the living room. The house is newly renovated with a nice kitchen with a dishwasher, decking out back and a car port which does not get used as there is ample car parking on street, 2 large living spaces front and back, the front living space does not get used as much and can be made into your own living space if you like your peace and quite on some nights.
