There are two options for rooms: 1) private medium sized room with built -in wardrobe, & share bathroom, $206 per week 2) private master bedroom, with built-ins, reverse cycle aircon and ensuite bathroom, $220 per week The property is a bright, newly renovated house with lots of living space, ducted heating, dishwasher, awesome backyard area and front garden. We have all of the essential furniture items in the main house but because it's a pretty big place there is room for your own furniture too if you've got some to bring. We would prefer to have a female to balance out the household. It's on a nice quiet street, heaps of on street parking, close to shops and restaurants.

I am Sam, a twenty something male. I believe there is a large difference between a house and a home. I have been very lucky with my prior housemates and consider them as some of my closest friends. I need parking for my car and a bit of storage room for a motorbike, snowboard gear but that is about the extent of my worldly possessions. I love animals but unfortunately don't have any of my own.
