Hi there! My name is Vish, and my wife Vaib and I (both 28 years old) are looking for a 1-bedroom unit or apartment to call home, along with our 5-month-old baby. I’ve been living in Victoria for 6 years, and my wife joined me from India 2 years ago after we got married. We’ve been married for 3 years and are a quiet, respectful, and tidy little family. I work full-time at Woolworths Burwood Brickworks as a Fruit & Veg Team Member, while my wife is a full-time mum who loves cooking and maintaining a calm, nurturing environment at home. We’re both introverted, non-smokers, and don’t drink or host parties. A peaceful, smoke-free home is very important to us for the wellbeing of our baby. We own a small hatchback (Suzuki Swift) and are open to either on-street or dedicated parking—no preference. We’re hoping to move in by mid-July and are looking for a clean, naturally well-lit, family-friendly home. We’re ideally seeking a 12-month lease with a formal rental agreement. I also have a reference letter from my previous landlord, which I’m happy to share if needed.
