Looking for a Peaceful Home – One Person + Friendly Small Dog who will make you laugh! I'm a mature, easy-going professional (working full-time & studying), looking for a peaceful, upscale home to share — and/or a granny flat or large studio with some outdoor space. It’s just me and my small, fully house-trained dog — he’s very friendly, loves people and other dogs, and is well-mannered indoors. I'm responsible and easy going, independent/busy and seek the same to share with. What I’m Looking For: Ideally? A granny flat, large studio or 2 rooms in a house (bedroom with study?) or separate lounge area if at all available. But I'm flexible - a large bedroom with space for a desk and sofa (or a separate study) is also very workable. Furnished or unfurnished, up to you. Prefer house, villa, or townhouse (not an apartment). Courtyard or fenced garden is essential. Off-street parking preferred (not a deal breaker). Budget (negotiable): Up to $450/week (or around $1900/month) for a self-contained space like a granny flat or separate wing. Around $375 to $400/week if sharing a home with one other person and if its just a bedroom only. About Me: Respectful, drama-free, positive thinker, independent/optimistic. Friendly and social but value relaxing home space. I am happy to keep to myself — working, writing, or watching a film in the evenings but also a great conversationalist, someone you can count on as super responsible. I keep shared spaces clean and tidy (my room - clothes can end up on the chair)! Prefer to split the cost of a fortnightly cleaner if sharing. I have my own fridge (optional if space) and rarely cook – happy for you to have full kitchen use. I’m also happy to watch your house or dog if you travel! Who I’d Like to Live With: Just one other person – ideally another professional or healthcare worker. Prefer someone who loves animals (a dog owner would be ideal!) No share houses, unless it’s a separate unit on the same property Must be non-smoking, no vaping, no drugs. If your dog loves a game of chase or a companion to hang with, even better! I’m flexible on location for the right fit. Moving date is also flexible. Home is my sanctuary, and I’d love to find a peaceful, clean, drama-free and easy going environment.

    $250/week26 year old man

Hello, my name is Wayne. I’m 26 years old and currently preparing to begin an exciting new chapter in my life. I’m about to enroll at Holmesglen TAFE in Chadstone, where I’ll be starting a Painting and Decorating apprenticeship. Alongside my studies, I’m also actively looking for part-time work in the painting field to gain hands-on experience and further develop my skills. Outside of work and study, I have a range of interests that keep me busy and engaged. I have a strong appreciation for history, particularly learning about past events and how they’ve shaped the world we live in today. I also enjoy listening to music—pretty much all kinds—and I’m a big fan of horror movies. There’s something thrilling about a good scare and an engaging storyline. I also like staying active by going for walks in the park and playing basketball when I get the chance. I consider myself a friendly and easygoing person. I value cleanliness and always try to keep my living space neat and organized. Sharing meals with my flatmates is something I enjoy—it’s a great way to unwind and connect with the people I live with. I’m also quite social and enjoy getting out into the community, whether it’s for events, casual meet-ups, or just being around people. I’m always open to having a chat, whether it’s a quick catch-up or a deeper conversation. I’m more than happy to take part in any household activities, and I look forward to contributing positively to the environment I’m in.
