I’m currently looking for a full-time job and will be starting a course soon, so I’ll be keeping fairly busy. I’m respectful of shared spaces and like to keep things peaceful at home. Hello, PLEASE READ FULL BIO I am looking for a unfurnished and or furnished room in south side suburbs preferably or bayside , Prefer lease agreement but fleixble length of stay to/ sublet too provided there is security over my bond. Prefer my own ensuite ac and or bathroom if possible . Prefer a pool to if possible going into the warmer months but flexible . I am in my late 20s, single, no pets, non-smoker and rarely drink but still may go out every now and then for some days / nights out etc possibly . Aside of this I am mostly introverted but friendly, quiet, clean and respectful and essentially would want flat mates who are similar . But can be way more chatty depending on how well we gel vent nights, some laughs ,movies shared dinners etc :D I would not be ok with people going through my space at anytime . Essentially would prefer autism friendly place or at least people who are understanding of this . Not after a party house , loud noise , music , no drugs\drama. Aside of this I am pretty active and enjoy gym, walks, cooking and will be meal prepping here and there . Just wanting a safe quiet positive space to come home to . I would also require room to run my own fridge standard size and some storage space for a few storage tubs/bags if need be. Not wanting to live with kids and would rather a female around as well as male or just a female . Need to have a bit of a laugh and not take life too seriously i can't do formal and too serious people 😪😪 Please good communicators , people who actually bother getting back to you , honest , no time wasters or unreliable. Apologies for the long bio but I need to ensure I can find the right place and house mates for myself so i do need to be quite fussy and a bit selective 🙏. Thankyou :)
