The complex has a pool (sorry not heated) we have netflix, might look into getting fetch or stan in the future. Short walk to a small lot of shops (pharmacy, fish and chips, grocery) and to the train station. Neighbours are quite and there is lots of parking in the complex. Lounge room is aircon /heater, and room has a fan. Open plan means the rooms cool or heat really fast when the aircon is turned on. I have a dog, who is super friendly and loves cuddles, great stress reliever!!!!

Garage has a gym and a bike rack and if hailing the car can be parked in tandem undercover otherwise on the street or in the driveway. Bills will include electricity/water/internet/netflix. After tidy and considerate people who clean up after themselves and who are independant.
Quiet street close to train station and bus station. 1 stop away from logan university. Right next door to waterford,holmview and Edens Landing Fenced yard so allows us to keep to ourselves .. includes optus tv ,internet air con in lounge your own bathroom and toilet. If required can supply bed and desk. I dont have much of a yard but enough to have a bbq and eat outside..
Happy, light and bright 3 bedroom house. It is a pleasure to live in and maintains the heat in the winter and has an excellent air con for the summer. There is one dog that lives here so you need to be pet friendly. Garage has been converted into another room which can be a bedroom or a 2nd lounge
This is a great property with a big back yard, including a sizeable patio, barbecue and hammock. I already have a dog so pets won’t be considered. The suburb is located close to grocery stores and specialty stores and about 15 minutes from the hospital. The closest shopping centre is also about a 15 minute drive. The house itself is on a hill surrounded by trees and other lovely neighbours, there’s also a train station 2 minutes drive from the house. The room for rent is a huge master bedroom with en-suite and walk in wardrobe, it also has its own access outside. Here we have Netflix, Foxtel, internet, PlayStation, airconditioning all under one roof. This is a relaxed neighbourhood close to many facilities, if you’re an outdoorsy person there’s daisy hill only 15-20minutes away which is full of bike/tracks, or gyms if you’re more Into that. Either way you go I love living here and wouldn’t trade it for anything else.

This is a very quiet house. It is a huge, modern 2 storey house. Definitely NOT a party house. This is a family style home. Most flatmates who come to stay here, tend to stay for long periods, and some come back again after they leave. This is because it is normally a quiet relaxing house. We are looking for people aged 25+, employed is essential, and a non smoker is preferred, but not essential. Being neat and tidy is a requirement. Our house is not as tidy as your Grandmas house, but not as messy as you little brothers room. and an ability to get along with other people is welcomed here. Although we like them, no dogs please. High speed internet is available. Drugs are a definite no no. The house is large enough and friendly enough to either keep to yourself or mix in. Local shops 2 mins drive, plus it is 2 mins to freeway and Logan Motorway; 20 mins to Gold Coast or Brisbane City (not in peak hour); short 8 mins drive to Logan Hospital, Logan TAFE and Griffith University Logan Campus (down motorway). The room is furnished with a double bed, large set of drawers, large built-in wardrobe and has access to the downstairs living area as per the pictures. The laundry is shared and there is a large fenced yard. I do have a BBQ upstairs which you are free to use :)
