Hello!! I am 31 years old, and looking for a private room in a share house or a studio apartment or a 1 bedroom unit, on Gold Coast/yatala or any regional suburb between GC and Brisbane. Signing a tenancy agreement is a must. The move-in date can be any day from July 2025. My budget is $180/week including bills for a room and $250/week for studio,excluding bills. Need a quiet and neat residential area, no party house or neighbourhood. I am not a dog or cat person so no pets is ideal. I moved to Australia in 2018. I work in hospitality. I am a neat and clean person, who likes to have small chats here and there (an introvert), mostly stay in my room and keep to myself. I respect and appreciate privacy. I cook and have a lot of kitchen stuff, so a place with big kitchen and enough storage space is ideal. I have to wake up at 4 or 5AM for work in weekdays and woek 12 hours a day.
