To accommodate just myself (and then one night per week, my daughter) Craig (37 Male) Looking for anywhere between 6 to 12 months accommodation or thereabouts. Just myself, although my lovely little daughter of 2 years and 9 months stays over night the Thursday nights. She is generally over for a few hours during the daytime on the Thursday and then she stays the night Thursdays into the Friday morning, after i then drop her off to daycare. The other 6 nights of the week is to then accommodate myself. Preferred areas: Coolangatta, Currumbin/Currumbin Waters, Elanora, Mudgeeraba, Biggera Waters, Pacific Pines. Notes about self: Father of a 2 year old daughter, uber/rideshare driver for current self employment own driving business 6 days per week. Enjoys going to the gym (occasionally) wherever can, cooking , meditating, outdoor activities, finding new walking trails, plays an instrument and most importantly spending quality time with my daughter, Winona, by either taking her to the park or her favorite indoor playground. Very clean in the kitchen and cleans up after self (contact reference 'Shakira' for feedback), though please note on the friday morning after my daughter has stayed it will be not so clean, however my routine is once i return to the house after dropping munchkin off to daycare i do a thorough clean on the Friday morning before going to work. Originally from Sydney but had moved up to the northern rivers in 2020. Resided in the lovely town of Murwillumbah during 2020-2023 and has since moved over the QLD border side for better employment reasons. Generally living basic furnished nowadays and all i would need is a bed frame and mattress provided, though i can provide my own bedside table etc. Would just need the bed provided please if the ideal roomate/s has one spare. Older Australian guy. I ceased working late last year, as an Environmental Health Officer for government. I had a long term (>10yrs) rental lease direct to the owner, and I have shared with numerous people during those many years. The rent increase has simply gotten out of control. Mainly, I share my home with females, as it is more balanced. However, I am open to all offers to relocate to a clean, safe, quiet, and friendly share home. My length of stay is hoped to be 18 Months, as my plan is to move to SE Asia. However, the Aust Gov't locks in pensioners to a 2yr "must stay here" policy (crazy!). I am fully able to continue paying rent and shared costs. I will avoid any form of conflict, and I will not tolerate drugs, alcoholics, liars, or people who have no self-pride. I have already experienced some bad situations. I am respectful, clean, and quiet to live with. I'm a non-smoker, keep to myself mostly, do like to cook, listen to modern music (huge CD collection), and I do drink a glass of wine with my meals. There is a written reference from my current landlords, and also numerous "thank you notes" from the many female co-tenants, who were mostly Japanese students. If someone is looking to find a larger, vacant house or apartment, I may be the ideal candidate, as I currently have a whole Unit full of furniture, appliances, and needed items. I need to either sell, store, or move stuff and be out first week in November 2025. A "Team-Up" with mature, decent people would be great. Just putting some feelers out to see if anything is here?
