Preferably renting somewhere with bills capped along rent and no pets if it's a small house/apartment.. I am studying at Uni, work part time and often out of the home for studying and work. I don't have pets and I am flexible with length of the stay, depending on availability. He is mostly pretty chill (similar to a cat), and stays in his vivarium most of the time keeping warm. I think id match with someone creative, open minded, empath friendly and doesn't mind the odd visit from my brother. Obviously stuff like no problems covering rent and proof of employment is a no brainer. Having Rent/Bond $ for a lease application would be an advantage. I have lived in sharehouse accommodation before, but also just recently just come out of a 5 year relationship, so I can understand how everyone comes with a different story. Note - Having stuff for a sharehouse would be an advantage. I am bringing some living room and kitchen furniture etc.
