Hey everyone!

I’m Nelson, 28, working full-time and WFH most days with the occasional office day. I’m currently looking for an existing room in a social and chill house with people around a similar age — or open to teaming up with others to find a place together.

I’m tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I’ve lived in share houses before, so I’m very conscious of cleanliness, privacy, and respecting shared spaces.

Budget: $250–$400 per week
Move in: Around July

Outside of work, I play basketball, try to stay active, head to the beach when I can, and go to the occasional festival or catch up with mates. Ideally looking for a home that’s relaxed, friendly, and social without being a constant party house.
