Previously I was in Croydon renting my own place 3 bedroom double story but it got too big & unfortunately due to a few unfortunate life events this year I’ve had to come to terms its time to move on from the last 5 years and establish a new start. I have a fabulous rental history always Happy to apply through a property Agent if need be. Rent is very high at the moment a bit hard on Centrelink income but as much as I usually would be working I can not right now. I was Caring for my father until he passed In February. I like to keep to myself a lot but I want someone I feel comfortable with and things are flexible and easy and need someone I can 100% trust. I don’t like things being difficult, I do like things a certain way but I’m happy to try meet in the middle of course. If you can look after yourself & your respectful & keep things clean then that’s perfect! I clean way too much as its a stress relief for me; I love to cook… for other people or desserts… Originally born in QLD, but been Melbourne most my life! I'm looking for a unfurnished house or room preferably modern style with a generous space! Pets I don’t mind providing it don’t crawl or fly! 😂 i can be a night owl, sometimes a morning person, depends on the day. need to be trustworthy and honest and straight up. I have my own fridge, couch, bed x2 and most house hold items so don’t require much else besides you to bring your own furniture and things along.. i have most house hold items already.
