 I’m a photographer and ceramicist, currently working as a pottery teacher. Fede is a musician and currently works full-time as a carpenter. We are looking for a furnished or unfurnished house, unit, or granny flat in the Gold Coast: preferably in Mermaid Waters, Miami, Burleigh, or Elanora.
 Can be a 2 Bed 2 Bathrooms property for approx $750. Or a 1 Bed 1 Bath property for approx $600. We aren’t looking for a room in a shared house. Unfortunately, we don’t have a fixed length of stay as it depends on our visa, but we’re looking for a minimum of 6 months.
Flexible moving in date. We're very friendly and sociable, but also value our privacy and respect others' space. We're quiet, clean, and tidy (this is very important to us), and we’re experienced in living in other people’s homes. We love animals, though we don’t have pets ourselves. Non-smokers.
