Hey I’am Rick 29yo from France. 
I would like to move in from May 2. I am currently working as a Technician in Geology FIFO (Fly in Fly out) on a 15 in / 13 off roster. 
 I am working on a permanent contract, and will be home only half of the month for now. I am considering starting a Tafe course in July, so I will be home full time from then.
 During my time Off I like to keep busy. Wether is casual jobs I can find or studying random things I am interested in (a lot actually), I also have a few hobbies, Hiking, Muay Thai and I want to try climbing and maybe dancing salsa! 
I do not know anybody here, so I will be happy to have a bit of a chat, drink, dinner, games with my futures roomies!! (I don't want to live in a party house tho)

Happy to socialise with fellow humans in my downtime. On a more serious note. I am looking to rent a room on the Gold coast near the beach or broadwater. I am open to team ups and renting a property. I am prefering something long term that provides better shelter than a cardboard box. About me: I work full time Monday to Friday on site(No WFH) and have a second job working Friday afternoons for a few hours until the end of june.(that comes with free milk) I also study a diploma online. In the afternoons I have spare I either go to the gym or dance lessons. I grew up on acreage with many different animals, so I have no problem living with animals but I am not bringing any with me. On a weekend I still make time to get out and about to visit the markets and go to the beach. I also recently took up salsa dancing. I still look like a spider trying to stand up on ice but I will get there. More than happy for future housemates to join me on my escapades. I clean up after myself as I go and prefer living in a clean environment. I am not the type of person that will lock myself away in my room. I do enjoy being social with whomever I live with and meeting new people in general. My current room mate has been great to live with. But she was only temporarily letting her spare room and I am looking for something more long term. Any questions feel free to ask.

I'm a 40 year old guy who works full time and leads an active lifestyle. You'll often find me at the gym, skydiving or outdoors. Why am I the perfect flatmate? Due of my work I would only be in the flat for 1 week a month since I'm on a 3 weeks on, 1 week off rotation. When it comes to my living space, I take pride in maintaining a super clean and tidy environment, and I really mean that. I love socializing and share a drink/chats with the flatmates, with the ocationally night out but will never bring the "party" back home. I am as respectful as you may expect. With no pets or kids, my home is a tranquil space where I can unwind after a long rosters but also the time I get to meet cool people. I would normally have my own place as I used to do for years, but since I started working remotly and mostly away, it doesn't make much sense anymore to have my own place empty most of the time.
