I'm vegetarian who loves to cook and make creations in the kitchen. I will be out most days working or doing after work activity. I have a boyfriend which I would like to come over now and again. Would also be able to have friends over for drink and sleep overs, could come and go as I please without being to loud and annoying. I am a non smoker but don't mind if others wish to do so. Hard drugs aren't my thing! I go rockcliming and the gym during the week while I enjoy catching up with friends on weekends going out and having a drink & a dance. Looking for a house that feels like home some where I can feel welcome to be 100% myself. Looking for a house friendship but also much prefer doing my alone thing, i like to keep the house neat and tidy. Would join in house cooked meals and doing daily house chores. Would prefer bill included with rent. I come with bedroom furniture.
Easy going, work full time, social but also enjoy enjoy some quiet on my own as well, active, enjoy going to the gym, play cricket and also guitar (I can play with headphones in so I don't annoy anyone, although I have been called the songbird of my generation and the white Jimmy Hendrix) would prefer somewhere that is open to having pets however not a must. Neat, friendly, sociable but also likes to relax and enjoy my own space. I am a project manager for a kitchen company and work long hours. I enjoy catching friends and riding bikes on weekends. I am 33 yo and very casual and easy going.
Hi, my name is Luisa and these are my beautiful nieces, not my children. I am a full time arts student and work part time as a teacher. I am a multicultural, healthy, independent, responsible and respectful housemate that pays rent on time. I like the space I live in to be physically and energetically clean and clear as I see home a place of recuperation and rejuvenation. I am a plant and animal lover although not okay with malting from fluffy animals inside the house. I enjoy nature and the outdoors. I eat a mostly vegetarian/ vegan diet.I keep the kitchen clean and like it to be kept clean same as the fridge. We don't have to be the same to live together well. I'd like to live with healthy housemates where we respect each others differences. I enjoy my space and privacy and respect yours also and I'm happy to share a meal or pot of tea with my housemate’s as/if it naturally happens. I am calm and friendly and tend not to talk much at home as it’s how I recoup. Even so I am mindful of working as a team in creating a friendly, supportive home where we can communicate easily and directly. I try to remain aware of reducing my environmental footprint - still learning - and use eco friendly cleaning/household products where possible. It goes unsaid to share weekly house work. I am looking to share with 1, 2 or maybe 3 other people. Looking forward to sharing space and happy to clarify anything :)
Hey there ! Me and my partner are looking for sort of short-term stay, as we are looking to buy our own place in the next few months. So with looking, buying and settlement it will be around about a 6 month stay (hopefully). I study full time at Deakin, work two casual jobs, play soccer, basketball and volleyball so I'm always busy ! Daniel is a full time electrician and plays sport twice a week also. I'm a vegetarian and he's a vegan, but we're totally fine if you aren't (: Ideally looking at spending around $150 a week, but am open to suggestions if you think it could work. Obviously happy to split bills per person, so you aren't missing out ! We're clean and quiet and would love to live somewhere closer to our commitments for the coming months to make life easier. Hope to hear from you soon (:
Hi my names Kara. I am a manager of a bar so I work nights and during the days I am usually out and about. I am a very tidy person and love my own space, in saying that I want a living arrangement where we are happy to have our own space but occasionally have dinner and movie nights. I get along with everyone and am very down to earth. I don't have any pets however I love all animals so if you have pets be prepared to share :)
3 bedroom home shared with only myself as the other occupant. The room available is the main bedroom with built in wardrobes. There is also a 3rd room in the house which can be used as your lounge room / living area / chill out room if you wish. You will also be sharing with one friendly indoor cat so you must be an animal lover and diligent of keeping doors closed. (Female house mates preferred, must be gay friendly and pet friendly, thank you). My home is cosy yet comfortable, it has an enormous backyard, a large entertaining area which is great for BBQs and get togethers, there is a small amount of storage in the shed outside if needed. The house has 1 bathroom with shower over bath and a separate toilet, a laundry with washing machine, a kitchen including fridge, microwave and all utensils. The house also has heating / cooling. The available room will be unfurnished so you would need to bring your own furniture. Rent DOES NOT include bills. Bills will be halved between myself and house mate (electricity / gas / water). There is currently no internet / Netflix, etc but you're welcome to organise it for yourself I would prefer 2 weeks rent up front when you move in - 4 weeks rent is due before the 15th of each month so rent in advance is a must. **Please note: The room will only be available until December or thereabouts as the landlord is redeveloping on the block. I am looking at moving into another 2+ bedroom unit / house when this does eventually happen so I would happily take my housemate with me if suitable.
Hi, I'm Dom, Filo background, friendly and I am looking for a share accommodation with someone who shares my interests and vision. I am in my late 30's, easygoing, professional, working towards my PhD in Physics and working full-time. I love reading and playing tennis in my spare time. I am looking for a housemate who is trustworthy and intelligent enough to hold a conversation. My party days are over but a glass of wine and dinner from time to time is fine. I am not so much into the logical and philosophical correctness of things though a person with a sound perspective sounds interesting. If you have that place in mind, give me a buzz. I would like to live with someone who is honest, educated and knows personal boundaries.
The house is an old 3 bedroom cottage on a quiet street in Boronia, 10mins walking distance to bus, train station and shops. Fully furnished, aside from the bedrooms which are partly furnished (standing wardrobe in one room. A BIR in the other, slightly larger room (however the BIR doesn't have doors but has hooks for curtains)). If you have any of your own furniture I'm more than happy to discuss options. The place has one bathroom and the toilet is separate. Double garage for storage, part of it is used as an art studio. It has a big backyard with free reign on the gardens. There is a driveway that is steep to get up that levels out for a potential of two cars parking there and plenty of street parking available as well. Lease does not allow for subletting, so you would have to apply for the property and have your name on the lease for the remaining six months of the contracted tenancy agreement (Ends Nov 2017). If they like us though, it has the potential for the lease to be extended. Bond would be $420, and rent is paid monthly in advance. The house allows for pets, I have none sadly, but you just have to apply for pets in your application, but they are more than welcome! Total house bills are $121 a week inclusive of gas, electricity, water, rent and internet, so great for any uni students looking to live affordably! Non-smokers only please. Perks, light and cosy home, view of the sunset from the lounge room, bright rooms, wooden floors throughout, surrounded by trees for serene living! Walking distance to nature tracks and bike trails.
I have previous experience living in a share house and I tidy up after myself. I work six nights a week at a Chinese restaurant with Tuesday being my day off. Mostly keep to myself as I like to read and write but always down to chill with a coffee/beer and a movie. I'm a recording musician so hopefully looking for somewhere that will be okay with other musical people coming around occasionally to record.
I'm very neat and tidy, I'm easy to get along with and I pay rent and bills on time ☺ I work full time as a painter and decorator. Enjoy a few drinks on weekends and watching a game of footy. I'm very easy to get along with, any questions feel free to ask!
I work full time and study full time and generally chill at home in between. Have lived in sharehouses before and am quite tidy and clean up after myself.
Comfortable rambling house; homesharer has large bedroom with another area attached, so plenty of room to spread out. Hydronic heating throughout the house. The house is set in a picturesque garden full of flowers! There is also a granny flat on the property and the tenant there has a small dog, which is not part of the main household, where there are no pets and the householder is not willing to share with anyone who has pets.
Hi there, I am a Marketing Manager at Raeco. Easy going and working full time. Need to move to a place close to the train station. Recently moved to Melbourne after living in Perth for 6 years. The house is in a quiet street, very close to Boronia central, 1Km to Coles, Woolworth, bus & train station, banks, library and cinema. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms house with 2 living areas, new washing machine, new fridge, comfortable ducted heating and cooling inside, a nice garden outside to relax. The room will be available on the 1st June, it has decent size, build in wardrobe, plenty natural light, double bed, two bed sides, desk, chair and lamp. Rent is $180/week including all the utility and internet. No bills to pay but your own food. Suits for working people who wants a Clean & Quiet place to call home. Must be Employed. Sorry, no smoker, No pet, No couple. Prefer age group over 30. Rent and bond in advance are required. if interested, welcome for an inspection.
Hello. I'm Tyson, 29 years old, father, owner of automobiles and pet. I have lived in and around the south eastern suburbs my whole life, am currently training to be a professional wrestler, possess an extensive library of DVDs and blu rays and am an avid fan and collector of Lego. I'm unfortunately in-between jobs at the moment, but am more than financially capable of steadily paying rent on time or even in advance and contributing to household bills and whatnot. P.S. My move date is extremely flexible.
