I’m 38 and work in finance in Teneriffe and looking to live within walking distance to my office. At the moment I am staying in a friend’s guest room in West End, so dates to move are totally flexible. I’m looking for long term and willing to wait for the right combo. I just returned from living and working in Peru and Argentina since 2022. I speak and can teach Spanish and Portuguese should that be a bonus. Parking of some sort needed. I also sold all my furniture when I left Australia two years ago, so prefer a furnished apartment, however I’m flexible. I ran a three person share house in Fortitude Valley for five years before I moved overseas so know how to share and manage healthy roomie relationships. That borderline between personal space whilst also sharing housemate dinner nights. I do enjoy spontaneously cooking housemates surprise dinners for when they get home from work mid-week. I am looking for a short term stay from 26th of March till May possibly June, as I am moving interstate, my lease is up, and I don't want to renew it as it will be to stressful. -I work full time in the city, so I want to stay close enough to catch public transport. -I enjoy cooking for myself and others I find it's a nice way to bond and get to know each other. -I love spending time with my dog, pretty much get home from work and take her out to a dog park or Hamilton beach. - I enjoy going to Music/Comedy events but my party days are over, I don't drink unless it's a special occasion, I don't do drugs or smoke. -I require a safe spot to park one car. -looking for a secure yard or secured balcony for Snookoms she does get along with other dogs as long as they're not aggressive.
