Hello! I'm Chloe! A kind and caring queer with great taste in music, art and décor. I am looking for a long term rental with like-minded people, I don't mind sharing space with men, women or other non-binary folk. I work from 5pm-5am Wednesday Thursday Friday, so am sleeping during the day, no matter if you are a little loud! I have earplugs and an eye mask. I appreciate a tidy and clean space, sharing common chores and a meal when I have the means. I make a mean roast and love learning how to cook new recipes. I have two cats; 9y/o cat Moe and 5y/o Ralphie, both boys are well behaved, toilet-trained and all round lovely pets. Moe is incredibly friendly but Ralphie is a bit more timid and will take his time getting use to a new home. When he's comfortable he is the biggest cuddle bug I have ever met. They are indoor cats with supervised outside time on leash/they have a pram 😆. I clean up after their litters everyday, and scrub them every 2 weeks or so. I spend time entertaining and training my cats so they have an enriching life. I enjoy long bush walks, local festivals and prep cooking. I LOVE the garden, I have a few potted plants that are lovely and green. Including a yummy rosemary bush and cat grass for the boys. I am very open to social homes as long as I usually get notice. If you have a mate drop in it's not an issue with me at all, I've always loved an open door home. But also happy with roommates who keep to themselves if they prefer. I always tidy up after myself, plus a little extra, I don't mind washing an extra dish or two when I clean up. I've been quoted as husband material dishwasher. I have a nice big fridge with a built in water dispenser but if I cannot bring it with me I can happily give it to my mum. I have a bit of furniture and great kitchenware that I have made a lovely home with, including a big whiteboard, an electric lawn mower, a pretty loungeroom rug and two bookshelves. I'm happy to share the trinket space and am ideally looking for a bigger room so I don't overwhelm the space :) I have always paid rent on time and no issues with providing rental history and employment. I’d prefer to take advantage of nice weather and no snow for once in my life. Interests/hobbies include dancing, art/painting, fitness/running, and traveling.
