We are currently waiting for our brand new apartment we bought to be built in West End (scheduled to be completed second quarter 2026) and are seeking a comfortable place to rent for the next 12 months in Brisbane As the kids are already attending West End Primary School. Only bringing what we need as majority of our furniture will be going into storage. I have been a home owner for the past 14 years with rental properties myself so I understand the care you wish for your tenants to have with your investment. We are a clean and tidy family with a fun loving, healthy lifestyle. Happy dispositions and very respectful. I pride my children on their caring natures and good manners. Obviously needs to be a pet friendly place. Smiley gets along well with other dogs.
