Hey! I'm Tameeka, a full-time student at TAFE. What I promise: I love to be helpful and am very happy to help with chores if asked. I am very pet-friendly! I smoke, but will not smoke if not permitted for any reason. I keep my mess in my room, so I never leave dishes in the sink or laundry on the bathroom floor. On that note, it doesn't bother me if you do this as long as it doesn't get in my way daily. Prior roommates I've stayed with can attest that I rarely, if ever, miss any payments or rent. Including paper receipts and at least 2 references. What I ask for: I prefer good public transport, as I don't own my own car yet. Food, laundry detergent, soap, and anything I buy for myself should not be used without asking. I can use labels if that's easier. I mostly stay in my room or won't be home a lot, but even then I want my own little spaces in the bathroom, kitchen and hopefully quiet spots to paint and do art. But negotiable depending on the situation. Little bits of teamwork with lots of communication go a long way for me, as I am an honest person.
