I am a fluent English speaker, having achieved a PTE score of 80 out of 90, and I am confident in my ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

I pride myself on being a responsible, quiet, and exceptionally tidy individual. My lifestyle is well-suited for a peaceful and well-maintained property.
Quiet & Respectful: My focus is on my studies. I prefer a quiet living environment and do not host parties.
Clean & Tidy: I believe in keeping a clean and orderly home. For example, I make it a habit to wash dishes and wipe down surfaces immediately after a meal because it's more efficient. I also maintain a constant cleaning frequency, such as cleaning the floors every three days.
Organised & Proactive: I am a very scheduled person who plans things in advance. This means I am reliable and will always ensure rent and any other obligations are taken care of on time.
No Pets: I do not own any pets.
