$300/week•40 year old woman
Hi, I’m Nicole, quiet, tidy, and easy to live with. I work as an Admin Manager in the office 3 days a week and work 2 days a week from home. The days I’m in the office I’m usually out the door by 6am and home after dark as I go to my horses every afternoon. Im also usually out and about on weekends riding, going to the beach, hiking, going to the markets, brunching with friends or at a live music gig. I’m social but also value personal space and a relaxed home vibe. Non-smoker, super easy going and drama free.
What I’m Looking For:
• A private room (furnished or unfurnished)
• Ideally 10 minutes or less from Albany Creek as that’s where my horses are kept
• Budget: Around $300 per week
• Preferably with only 1 or max 2 other similar housemates
I have a gorgeous 18 month old border collie cross who is my shadow. She is an outside dog during the day but sleeps inside. It would be perfect if my new housemate has a dog too so she has company.
Ideally I’d love a housemate with similar interests. My best friends are 25-40 so age isn’t an issue, I can get along with anyone. I’m leaving all my friends at the Gold Coast (and my current housemates that I’ve become friends with!), so it would be awesome to have a housemate/friend to create the peaceful friendly, home vibe with.
I’m looking for a room available around mid July onwards, but I have some flexibility with the date. Preferably 3 months to begin with, to make sure we’re a good fit, then open to extending.
