If you are after a clean, peaceful and serene place to live, Breakfast Point is one of the places you should seriously consider. The apartment is modern, spacious, has a large living area and Kitchen, with a very generous size balcony for an outdoor setting and barbeque for entertaining guests. The apartment has your bedroom with mirrored built ins and a sliding glass door which gives you access to the balcony. I work in horse racing, which means I have very early starts and long hours during the week. This place is super amazing with 180 degree water view, you can appreciate water view in living room and any bedroom you would like to. The apartment is super new and clean, spacious storage and private parking space.
This is an incredible place, it is a 4 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 4 balcony + rooftop, double lock up garage Townhouse with 2 living and dining spaces and an office. Two master bedrooms both with their own ensuite myself and my partner have one of these, one with a walk in robe (ours), the other with it's own private courtyard (yours). This room is situated on the ground level, it has it's own separate entrance through a side gate into the private courtyard attached to the room. A very large, well lit room - you can easily fit a queen size bed, side table, small desk, dresser with TV for extra storage on top of your double built in robe. This room also has it's own ensuite, so it's perfect for someone who is after a comfortable, spacious place to stay. The third bedroom is occupied by Julia, a lovely, young law professional - who is very easy going, neat, tidy and a pleasure to converse with. The fourth room has been converted into a home office for the whole house to use. The house is completely furnished with beautiful matching furniture ). We have quite a fair few lovely indoor plants, plenty of beautiful wine glasses, the comfiest lounge, a big 55'' TV and everything you could ever ask for in the kitchen. The house is set over 4 levels, so there is so, so much room for both privacy and entertaining. The master bedroom downstairs is nice and secluded and quite separate from the rest of the house, so if you choose, there is always somewhere for you to go to get some privacy. There is a ferry stop really close by to take you into the city, and buses also. The closest train station is Concord West (about a 5 minute drive). There is plenty of parking also on and off street!! Mortlake and Concord (the neighbouring suburb) have so, so many lovely restaurants and cafes. It's a beautiful part of Sydney to live in, right on the bay.

I Always remember to Lockup, it's not just my own stuff that I'm protecting, it's my roommate's as well. I enjoy reading, writing, photography and listening to podcasts. I take pleasure in Housework, Vacuuming, ironing, dusting. "clean freak". Ideally, somewhere quiet with possible Desk space for study and textbooks. I don’t drink or smoke. We have a room available in our lovely four bedroom house in Gladesville. The house is on Meriton St just off Victoria road so plenty of buses leading straight into the city. Hi Everyone! Unfortunately an existing house mate is moving to Canada so our 3rd bedroom is available to rent! It is a spacious room which gets the afternoon sun. There is plenty of space for a double bed, tv cabinet, drawers etc and a built in wardrobe and a view of the park and water across the road. The two-story house has three-bedrooms, the first floor has an open plan layout with kitchen (includes a dishwasher!), two living areas, toilet and laundry. The second floor has another small living area and all 3 bedrooms. If you have furniture, we have plenty of space to makes things work! There also two outdoor areas and a BBQ. Heating and cooling systems are installed upstairs and downstairs. 20mins to town or to Parramatta. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop or ferry to the city. 5 min drive to Top Ryde shopping centre or 10 minute walk to Morrison Road shops. Kissing Point Bay, parks and walking/running tracks along the water are metres from the front door. We keep the house very clean and tidy inside and outside, and would hope our new house mate will do the same. We are happy to have friends around during the week or weekend. We are busy during the week and are usually home late. On the weekends its pretty chill around here, but most of our time is spend out of the house. We also have a little dog, called Luna!

We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. We are a couple, who always do our best to make other laughing, and keeping a good atmosphere. We achieve this by playing quitar, making jokes, listening to you :) I love a clean house, so I love to clean. We work full- time and Peter goes to school and works. We don´t smoke and we do not accept smoking in the house (outside it is fine). We will stay here at least till September 2019 so we search for a perfect rent (for a long term the best).
Will, 24 - friendly, tidy and easy to live with. Working full time as a carpenter so out and about a fair bit during the week. Happy to have a chat and hang out or keep quietly occupied, whatever suits the house. Roo, 1 - lazy freeloader, makes up for it with personality and puppy dog eyes. Very friendly, not a bad guard dog but prefers pats. Lives outside in his pimped out kennel. Wouldn’t harm a fly but he is a big boy, so a house with other dog lovers would be ideal. Ridgebacks are famous for sleeping in the sun most of the day, not barking often at all or shedding, so this solves a lot of the common issues some people run into with dogs and renting. I’ve lived in share houses for a few years now and always had good friendly relationships with housemates, so it would be great to find a sharehouse where everyone is clean and respectful but also gets along well.
