Hi awesome people! Nathan here, I'm 30 years young and a full time working professional. I work in the lighting/energy efficiency industry and love what I do. I moved to Sydney 3 years back from Florida, yes that's correct, Florida baby! Fell in love with this city and decided I ain't going back. I'm into fitness (big time!), healthy lifestyle, love road trips, prefer to have a chilled time with friends rather than wild binge drinking sessions (don't mind once in a while ;)) and very easy going with any human being and animals (except crocs, nah we don't roll). Considering myself not to be a boy anymore, the cleanliness department is pretty much covered (you can breathe a sigh of relief now). Always up for a chat/drink with my flatmates, and absolutely dig some group cooking sessions. I will also share a plethora of stories about our beloved crocs, sink holes and storms in Florida! I'm looking for a home and not a house where I can connect and have awesome friendships with flatmates. If you prefer a super quiet flatmate aka stranger, then I'm not your guy sorry. Looking forward to finding the right one, I mean home haha! Cheers Nathan
Hello I'm lara, I'm friendly and happy, work FT in rhodes, non smoker, busy with fitness/friends/girlfriend some evenings and weekends. One car with parking preferred. Look foreword to meeting you :)
Easy Going, Laid back. Working professional. Will be working in Sydney during the weekdays and as required on weekends. I am studying for my final exams in my profession and will be doing shift work with nights. On my days off will be headed back to Wollongong. non smoker
I am very easy going. I am in Sydney for a period of time, doing some work for my business, I am a solicitor/migration agent. My background is across the globe, have studied in Asia and Europe. I love sports, soccer and will do any new adventure if I have the time and space outside work. It will be great to get something close to a new place to live and have similar mates who are easy going as well. I believe respect is the key and I have in the past lived with people of different backgrounds and have enjoyed those experiences. I have lived in Adelaide where I studied and worked for a period of 5 years. I have relocated to Sydney for the past year and have lived in Rhodes but my current flat mate is getting married so that is the main reason I am now sourcing for a new place to stay. ............................................................ I hope to meet new friends through this opportunity.
Hey! I'm a Saffa (apparently that's Australian for being a South African?), recently arrived in Sydney to live and work. I am outgoing, social and am pretty much down to do anything! I am laid back and respectful of other people's space etc but also enjoy having a party every now and then. I am looking to meet new friends in Sydney (as I have left everything behind back in Cape Town) and would love to experience the Australian life style with some great room mates. I am employed full time as an engineering and construction surveyor so I work long hours and travel a fair bit. Also, I have a passion for the gym and keeping fit, playing soccer and hockey etc. That's pretty much it. I am open and would love to answer any questions you may have.
Easy going, quiet. She's working in the retail, I'm working as a window installer. Originally she's from Indonesia and I am eastern European. Both going to the gym on free time, I'm playing basketball too.
Fully furnished house with all mod cons. Bus stop is 1 min away. Ferry is about 10 mins. Concord shopping centre is about 10 min walk with many restaurants and a Coles supermarket. Very quiet area. Unlimited internet. Potential Flatmates must be clean, tidy and prepared to help keep the house clean.

Commuters Dream!! Experience the delights Abbotsford Cove has to offer. Chilled suburban living a stone's throws away from the CBD. We are a short 5 min walk to Abbotsford Wharf, connecting us to Barangaroo & Circular Quay precincts in under 30 min. Boat life is great coming into summer. For those more inclined for 4 wheels (or however many a bus has), there are 2 bus stops in front of our house which connects us to the city via Leichhardt/Annandale or Drummoyne/Balmain. If our house's location was the lyrics from a 90s post-grunge song, it would "the best, the best, the best of you". Smack bang next to a hub of restaurants, newsagent, laundromat and convenience store, we are pretty much on a names basis with the best pizzeria in the inner west. We are next to the Canada Bay run and 4 parks for those who are fitness inspired. The house has a lot to offer. We have a huge (to reiterate, HUGE!) backyard with so much room for activities. We have a fire pit set up, big leafy trees (ones an olive tree?) and huge potential for slip and slide in summer (alliteration game strong). A large garage which currently has a workshop set up, but more room for a gym (pending motivation). House also comes with: - Large lounge room with all the joys of modern living (big screen TV, air con, new couch, many arts) - Laundry/sun-room which is being wildly under utilized (bring some ideas to the table!) - Lots of off-street parking - A doog :)

I'm a mature quiet and tidy professional who travels for business, and relocated from Brisbane to Sydney due to work commitments 6 months ago. Except for dinner parties, I'm not into house parties. I'm looking for share accommodation for initially 6 months and longer if the place is suitable, with 1 or 2 mature professional people of either gender. I don't mind living with pets but prefer cats..Room can be either furnished or unfurnished. Maximum of $300 including or excluding any outgoings. I would like something in any of the surrounding areas of Abbortsford, Concord, Newington, but am flexible with this and would consider further out if the place was right. I would also prefer off street parking if possible. I'm quiet, tidy, easy going, non smoker, non TV addict, who enjoys good conversation, respectful of others, and will pull my weight with household chores, including sharing the cost of groceries and cooking. In addition to other activities, I enjoy going to the markets, eating out on weekends and the movies.
**Update- looking to Team-up to lease or find somewhere pet friendly (got 2 cats with me)** I'm down to earth and feel im a genuinely friendly person with an eye for making sure situations are fair and comfortable. I try to stay humble and feel im socially and self aware. Im good at gauging someone else's need for space and have upmost respect for privacy however am still very happy for any sociable interaction and a laugh. If your clean/tidy I will make sure we don't get into any awkward "your not pulling your weight convos", and have will strive to have initiative about cleanliness /house maintenance. I work full time and am looking to study on top so am looking for like-minded people who want a quieter more laid back household. Looking to start my own lease, or teamup with someone who wants to start their own in the areas listed or surrounding. Litterally only want to live with 1 other person....2 max. So if you want to connect we can meet and create a plan of attack in terms of housing inspections ect. Otherwise if your already in a place and think id fit, let us know too, id love to hear from you :)
Hi! : ) I am 24 y.o. full-time student who is about to move from Brisbane to Sydney for my 'dream job'. I am reliable, super clean and friendly and I love being around fun, positive people. If I am not working or studying I love to travel and hike to beautiful destinations. I am not a heavy drinker, but I certainly enjoy going out and having fun! Would love to hear from you if you have a room available. Have a lovely day!
I'm a full-time librarian with a background in musicology, with 2 very friendly, lazy dogs: a whippet (Laszlo) and a greyhound (Luisa). They are both about 7 years old. All 3 of us are quiet and well-behaved :) I'm respectful, open minded, tolerant, down to earth and easy-going. I enjoy being part of a social home environment but also value my quiet downtime too (and respect that of others!). I love the outdoors and enjoy exploring bushy and beachy places with my 2 canine companions. I'm also a keen cyclist.
Hi I'm Franco, 38, looking to move into a new place after selling our family home of the last 8 years. I work in the Sydney CBD in professional services working most days til 6/7pm. I also travel occasionally for work. I enjoy gym, outdoor fitness and the bay run and also cook regularly.

Hello! I've got a 2 bedroom apartment, 1 bathroom shared with me, a big kitchen and massive living room in Abbotsford. It's a quiet little place but still close enough to the city. There's public transport and off street parking. The room will be unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is good to go. We won't have internet but can get it together. Energy is not included but normally around $200 each every 3 months. Min stay 5 months. 4 weeks rent for the bond. I'm pretty relaxed at home but would appreciate someone who is tidy and willing to pitch in to maintain the communal areas. To me, home is somewhere safe and easy to come back to after a big day at work. I totally respect other's personal space and privacy, but do not want an enigma of a housemate who is holed up in their room all the time, would love a wine or dinner every now and again (: While your friends are welcome visitors, no live in guests for more than a few days at a time. Other than that, it's pretty chilled out here.
A three bedroom house with a leafy backyard and BBQ. Internet is available at no cost, Fully ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. A cleaner and gardener visits fortnightly at no extra cost. The backyard is private for sunbaking. It is not a party house, however on occasion there maybe an odd dinner party. It is an all male non smoking household. The room is unfurnished and would suit someone with their own bedroom furniture, however limited furniture can be made available, ie double bed and bedside drawers.(as shown in the room picture)
Its a secured building with our unit sitting on the second level facing the City scape. The room available has a beautiful river view. Its a medium sized room that is able to fit a queen size bed and tallboy etc. and comes with a built in cupboard. Its a very bright, spacious, open style unit with a good size bathroom, laundry and a stunning view not only from the balcony but from each room in the unit. Its a 4 minute walk to abbotsford wharf where the river cat will take you direct to the city. A 2 minute walk to the bus stop that also takes you to the city. No more than 10 or so minutes to the city by car. The unit itself is well set out. I've recently purchased a new modular lounge, 6 seater dining table & TV/HI FI. Fridge and washing machine are also new. Internet is also available, we can simply divide the cost per mth. The view itself looks out to the Gladesville bridge and city which is great for special events involving fireworks. This years NYE celebrations were amazing. Rent is $997 p/m ($230×52/12) - due on the 15th of each month. Happy chat if you have any questions at all.
