We have a room available in our lovely four bedroom house in Gladesville. The house is on Meriton St just off Victoria road so plenty of buses leading straight into the city. The house has a spacious and open kitchen, living and dining area with a huge backyard with an external laundry. The house is fully furnished including dishwasher, oven, washing machine, and fridge. Your room is an unfurnished, medium room (3.5x3.5), with two large windows. The rent is $180 a week (we pay fortnightly and not including bills) and a bond of $360. We are looking to have someone move in immediately (but can be flexible) and stay till late February.
